My 30 year old B&O Beogram 3500 record player had various defects.
I contacted RTV Stegeman, a B&O dealer in the past, with the question if they could check my record player. And they could.
The result is that the turntable turns again as it should turn.
Thanks for the good service. That's why five stars from me.

We have been very satisfied customers of RTV Stegeman for many years (Ton and Betsie Woudt and of course their employees). It is high time to write off those very positive (we are short of superlatives) experiences. There is always a positive atmosphere in the store, which, in addition to the beautiful (A quality) goods that are there and that is evident from, among other things, the (genuinely) pleasant approach of the expert employees who are always addressing you (solution oriented). Regardless of what item or technical question you come up with, people always try to be of the best possible service to you as a customer.
The aftercare or the service (even if there has to be customization, for example connecting your sound system) is also of paramount importance! Delivering purchased goods at home that it is difficult for you to take with you and offering expert service (placing, connecting and explaining etc.) is well organized. In short, for the purchase of technical household items (in the broadest sense of the word) and the associated service you can find no better place than with RTV Stegeman!

Have very pleasant experiences with this company. Always easily accessible and unprecedentedly good service. I have rarely experienced this. Also for things that happen outside of them. Always there for you and always do their best. Absolutely recommended!
