Mechanic Ron has neatly announced his arrival fifteen minutes in advance. Ron immediately identified the defect and repaired the washing machine. He was polite and pleasant to deal with.
We had the original purchase receipt and warranty card ready as requested. Very nice that it was also under warranty :).
In short: we are satisfied!
