Exceptional staff

I just found out that the review I submitted at Trip Advisor on February 2018 was not published.
We stayed Jan.18-Feb.3, 2018 and the hotel itself was excellent with nice clean rooms although I found out when we arrived that the studio unit did not have a washer dryer and these are available only on studio executive. Nevertheless we were very happy with the room, and its facilities offered especially the Zumba classes since I was able to continue my daily routine.
The staff are all good people, starting with Mr. John Reyes Reyna who replied promptly to my concerns before our arrival. He took care of my concerns and requests, especially my early arrival and room location requests. At the Registration area we were assisted by Katrina who was very kind and very professional. Almost everybody we met while on the way to our room greeted us with a smile.
Breakfast at Myron was amazing with many food selections and all of them were tasty. The staff are very polite. On our 2nd day going to the free breakfast the staff Michael who served us the day before already knew our coffee preferences. They anticipated what we usually have.
There were 2 Supervisors one is Resty and I noticed that they both were on top of all that is needed. At the entrance of Myron s restaurant Sharma made us feel really welcome and always drew a happy face on our receipt. Michael our host is also on top of our needs, he knew right away our preferences which include a bowl of mango. We commend all the cafeteria staff for their excellent service including Christine who is in charge of the gym and Marg the best Zumba teacher.
