Ordering tires lasted over 2 weeks (I did not get them in the end), no one informed me about the progress of the order, you could get the impression that this is a ghost company extracting personal data. In addition, the dealer mentioned in the email from Arval, when I called him after a week, had no idea that he would release a vehicle, he learned from me. "Babysitter" almost always unavailable. If I did not reach every possible communication channel, including the complaint department, I would probably wait for the car to be released to this day. Finally, after threats that I would terminate the contract due to failure to comply with the contract (no car despite initial assurances as to the deadline), suddenly I began to write back efficiently and even called back (sic!). Finally, the car was released only because I agreed to the annex to the contract deleting winter tire service. I bought the tires myself.
Arvalu, you made a terrible impression on me, your hands are falling down. I am afraid to think how the cooperation will look like.

I advise against using Arval services. When entering into a leasing contract with AC, there is no insurance in practice. The GreenLine insurer is a daughter company, and the recipient's leasing acts in favor of the liquidation of our cakes. In the attachment there is a photo of the damaged vehicle (broken headlight, wheel arch bumper) - they valued the repair at about 180 thousand, unless only to determine total damage and terminate the contract. Finally, we received a large bill. The case was referred to a lawyer.
Arval has been unprofessional since the beginning. The car was delivered with a month delay, but they issued the first invoice for the period before the planned release. They forgot to pick up the replacement car, but we don't pass the cost on to us anymore. Frequent errors on invoices, wait for correction 3 months, invoice automatically and immediately.
