If I did not reach every possible communication channel, including the complaint department, I would probably wait for the car to be released to this day. Finally, after threats that I would terminate the contract due to failure to comply with the contract (no car despite initial assurances as to the deadline), suddenly I began to write back efficiently and even called back (sic!). Finally, the car was released only because I agreed to the annex to the contract deleting winter tire service. I bought the tires myself.
