Wait in the lobby and on the way up I was not allowed access and I indicated it was a guest and so other similar incidents since we were a group of 15 single rooms

I lost my charge here .when I come back to get it. they told Me they found it and waiting for approve to send Me .then i stay here for nearly 1h and stil waiting. it my worst booking experience. i Have been stay in this hotel for almost 20days

Very pleasant ,would stay again. All staff were very helpful and polite, courteous and always striving to do their best and all request. Rooms were very clean (always ), always with coffee and water - wi fi always working.

I attended a conference, but I thought it was a nice and elegant place.

The rooms are spacious, and it is close to everything. Good restaurants nearby. And the people who work at the hotel are always ready to help.

Very clean and nice place to stay, breakfast was very good. Great selection going for typical Peru to international and classic. By second day they even salute by your name. So it means the attendants are paying attention.

The price is high for what it offers, very poor gym and pool. Otherwise it is fine

Good location, beds meals but they are not very clear with prices of supplements and the process of Check in and Check out is a bit messy and long. Correct services but they also do not stand out.

Well located, close to the Indian markets and not far from the beach

This is the place to stay when you visit Lima, Peru! It's pricey but so worth it. The security in this hotel is nothing like I've ever seen before and they are very inconspicuous about it. I slept more soundly here than any hotel in the States! The Senior Suite Room was very nice and roomy. There is a ton of traffic in Lima and in the Miraflores district but you did not hear anything, double paned sound proof windows. Room service was excellent, the food! the coffee! The only drawback is the limited choices, but that wasn't an issue for me. They also offer a shuttle service to the airport (Jorge Chavez International). If I am ever able to return I will stay there again.

It went to the buffet breakfast service, delicious and with several options: healthy, fruits, juices, salty, breads

The hotel, like all of the chain is spectacular, very comfortable. Breakfast disappointed me a lot, it's not bad not nothing, but it's more elementary than in other similar hotels

Nice place, elegant and the menu of 35 looks expensive but in reality it is good and cheap. Refreshment and refill salad I finished super full. Variety of salads to choose from.
