Attention, avoid wide arc. The company collected money for a car that we didn't see - despite the fact that we had a contract with the company - a pre-contract car broker. Of course, we paid invoices for this car. Despite requests for refunds and promises from Arval (Mrs. Magdalena B.), we did not receive any money. Customer service at an outrageously low level - no contact from Ms. Magda, despite previous arrangements and promises on her part. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I do not recommend. Nobody is interested in the case. Nobody helps in this company and nothing can be found.

Second star only for low leasing cost. Practically no support during the contract. Contact only via one central telephone number that connects to the reception. From which you can hear in 9/10 cases that there is only one person in the company who is competent to take care of the case, and of course that person is never there. Since this is how I operate, I am surprised that the company will not fire the receptionists and will not transfer customer service to India. It would be cheaper and also pointless.

Like many other people, I can confirm that "Customer Care" is a fiction and a joke. No response to emails and there is no way to talk on the phone.
The fact is that you can quickly and efficiently order a car (another company implements this) and sign the contract - later failure. Pickup of the car organized and carried out in an amateur manner. It is said that the own contribution is PLN 1,000 in each damage, and if their insurer does not pay as much as he wants the service to be borne by the landlord. In addition, on the forum I read that if there is a total damage, the client must pay the difference if the value of the wreck and compensation is lower than the value of the car on the day of damage. I'm waiting for information.

Fatal contact with the customer. The first invoice issued one month before the car is issued. I waited half a year for the correction, asking for it in the customer service department every month. Every time I was reassured that "this is the last time such a mistake happened". During this time, the person responsible for my contract changed three times.

The mobile application is a simple webview rendering a website. I have not been able to arrange tire replacement for two months, I am redirected to the helpline to the automatic help system which suggests "installing a mobile application to easily and conveniently make an appointment". Unfortunately, the application after installation displays an error when trying to book an appointment. The internet odometer distorts the distance covered (in my case x4).

I believe that it is a very good option for companies, I use it myself and I am satisfied. I used to think about this form of buying a car for a company, but I gave up because I was afraid of new things. Today I wish I had used it earlier. This option from the classic one is much more convenient and cheaper. While I have the best possible relationship with Paribas, Arval is a failure. I signed a contract at ride4less on Bmw with an installment of PLN 2,550, to which arval agreed and granted funding (I have all emails from them). When I went to sign the papers at the headquarters of Paribas on ul. Suwak in Warsaw they offered me a signing agreement with a 2900 installment. It was the end of the year, December and nobody wanted to explain the reason for the change and I have to agree to a higher installment of PLN 350 for 3 years, or goodbye. I wrote emails, called, but nobody wanted to talk to me. I learned from a friend from Paribas that arval employees often try to pull customers so much (a man is already happy that he has a new car, he will hug a few groszy more).
After 1.5 months I found a new car, this time taking over the rental, but also from arval. The owner contacted them on how to make the assignment, they ordered documents sent to a general mail to the service office, no specific person. When I sent them all the papers, strange questions started. Why does that owner want to let out, and then why I didn't use the previously granted financing. On the first question I sent them to the owner, on the second I described the situation and added that I would not let myself be cheated and that is why I thanked BMW for that. I also asked the person who emailed me to introduce myself, because so far nobody has signed up to the emails. Arval did not speak to me anymore, they only wrote to the owner that the risk department does not allow assignment (1.5 months earlier they agreed on a more expensive car, and my income did not decrease). So that my experiences with arval are hopeless. I wanted to give them a second chance, they didn't want to cheat me this time, but they retreated in English, pretending to have me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

The first time I decided to rent, that's why I was looking for a well-known and proven company, which is of course Arval Service Lease.

Most importantly, all OC, AC, etc. is included in the price. You don't have to worry about anything. They arrange everything for us. We are not interested in anything but use.
I recommend the longest possible cooperation.
