Fatal contact with the customer. There are no contact / cell phone numbers directly to account managers. You need to call a general number for some broker who allegedly connects to the guardian's desk. Unfortunately, the guardian never answers or is not there. The person receiving the general number says he will forward the information and a guardian will contact us. He has never called back.
If I knew that this would be the case, I wouldn't sign a contract with this company.
