The food was amazing and service was even better! The staff was seriously so on point! Their timing was always perfect and even did things they really didn't have to (take plenty of pictures of our group) we even asked random workers walking by and none of them minded or made it feel weird or rushed. The menu had sooo many great selections to chose from it was definitely hard to only pick one dish and the servings are huge so thats all you need. The presentation of the food is "Instagram worthy" but the taste of the food would be Gordon Ramsey approved! The place is huge and decorated so nicely. Definitely going again
Portions were great, almost to much. No one in my group was able to eat their entire meal. Service was good. We could tell as professional as they ran the establishment, it still had the touch of a cozy family run restaurant.
Great food, fast service, very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend making reservations a couple of weeks in advance though!
This place is amazing. Always a great dining experience. The service here if impeccable. Servers are knowledgeable in everything on the menu and will offer great suggestions. The lobster paella is my favorite menu item. Not to take from any of the other wonderful dishes. Their ceviche is out of this world and they have different styles for everyone's taste buds. I can't recommend this place enough. When in Providence this place is a must.
Ordered takeout on recommendation of a coworker. Food was ready when I arrived and still warm when I arrived home (25 mins later). I got the salmon dish and something with eggs, shrimp and chicken. Truly AMAZING! I highly recommend this restaurant!
I loved the food the sirloin was great the ceviche was mind blowing really recomend this restaraunt
Food was not all that good honestly would have rather ate at machupichu they have way better food and a better selection on the menu.
The food is great and the decor is gorgeous! This place has come a long way but has kept their prices really reasonable. The perfect spot for drinks or dinner!
Very loud, food was just ok. Slightly disappointed.
Very delicious food, fair price and sweet services!
Perfect in all the ways!! The food, the service the selections. Yummmm
Excellent food. Only distraction quite loud acoustic wise. Great service
Be sure to make a reservation. It's always packed but the food comes out quickly.
Great service amazing food there is no way you leave this place hungry
Food is good but what bothers me is the fact that they don't offer pollo peruano
The paella was amazing and the leche de tigre sauce in their ceviche is almost better than the seafood itself.
I finally got to check out Los Andes after hearing for years how amazing it is. It was absolutely delicious. I had a pisco sour, which tasted just like they do in Peru (now I sound like a snob), ceviche, and amazing chicken, though I can't remember what it was called. The tres leches cake was delicious as well. The service was impeccable. The lady at a table near us congratulated us for our fist time and said she drives and hour twice a month. We were sat in the back room/tent in below freezing weather and the temperature control was pretty bad. Avoid sitting back there in the cold.
First Time I visited and I have to say wow what a great place, staff, atmosphere, food all amazing. A must visit
Food was exceptional. Menu in spanish but the explanation in english really helped. I got the Lomo Saltado, my girlfriend got the Visteca a lo Poera. Made some substitution on the meal and they accommodated well. Plantains are PHENOMENAL! Would certainly return. The service was great as well and the place is well designed and thought out.
Best restaurant in The state food safety owners go out of there way love it
Best Peruvian dishes around. You must go! Chaufa is fabulous.
food and staff is the best. I come here all the time and I will keep coming back
This place is amazing. We were so impressed. We had to wait a little but it was well worth it.
Delicious food, huge portions! Friendly staff, great service.
I adore this place. It's great food with very generous portion sizes. The ambiance is inviting and cozy sort of like having a meal with a really big family. The staff is a amazing as well which I feel adds to the experience. I recommend making reservations as to avoid the wait.
Often crowded, and not arranged with accessibility -or just practicaility- in mind. That said, the food is fantastic. As a vegetarian, my options were a bit limited and non-traditional, but still unique and fantastic quality. I am told that More
Our experience was amazing food was so good everyone was super nice definitely a must to go back
A must for foodies in the Providence area. Nice outdoor area.
As someone who spent some years in South America, I was very excited to hear about Los Andes. And I was not disappointed. The service was excellent, the food amazing and tasted like I remembered. We will definitely be returning. 100% recommend the ceviche, and I can't remember the name of my meal, but it was the first one in the enterees.
Fun lively place, food is always great. Very reasonable prices.
It was the best ceviche I have ever had! The entrees were fantastic!
I had not been to the restaurant in a few years and forgot how good the food is. I won't wait so long to return.
Service was immediate.Food came out piping hot and was very delicious.WE had reservations and we were seated ahead of time and with appetizers and entrees were out in one hour.
Portions are huge! Quite delicious and beautiful back garden.
This place is unbelievable. From the outside you may not think it is the most classy or big restaurant. However, as soon as you walk in, the bar scene is lively. You are greeted by friendly staff at the check-in. When you turn the corner you are welcomed into a big dining area with more dining in the back. The place is actually huge! My waitress asked if we had been there, which we hadn't. She answered many of our questions promptly, showing excellent knowledge if the menu. Differentiating for us which parts were Bolivian based and which were Peruvian. Her and the staff cleared our table for each stage of the meal. We started with new plates and utensils for each course. The food is SO good... we ordered Jallea and Pacumuto and the portions are massive. Everything was spiced well. I couldn't have been happier. The prices are cheap for the portion sizes you receive. Everything was perfect. Will be back soon.
All around great experience. Gets a rare 5 star from me!
Great date night spot. The food and drinks are spectacular and the staff is always attentive. You will not leave hungry and to top it off it will be some of the best food you have eaten.
Amazing food & amazing service. There was a line when we arrived but since we made a reservation got taken to our table immediately. Our server knew everything about everything on the menu, and overheard her knowing everything about the wine and wine pairings to another table. She was fantastic. The food was delicious as well. Lamb was cooked perfectly. We both ordered off he special list and are sure glad we did! It s a must go to in providence.
Hipster crowd way to busy and loud. Not my type of cuisine
Great food, clean vibrant atmosphere. Paella is wonderful.
Great place for some very good food. The place was clean and the staff was very attentive. Menu had a wide selection of Bolivian foods. Been twice so far and never disappoint Ed. The owner dropped by the table to make sure we had everything we needed. Planning my next trip there soon.
The server, Sarah, was horrendous! From the first interaction until we left, she was not welcoming and spoke down to everyone at the table. Even though the food was good, her service is what will keep me from eating there again for a long time. Overall was not happy with the experience!
I really enjoyed how the placed looked. Very nice. My group of 6 really liked their food, drinks and dessert. Waitresses were good and food came out very fast. I however wasn't super impressed with that food. Like, the food was passable, but I had the same dish as half my table and I really think they were only impressed because they sucked at cooking. I'd go back to try a different dish, but not in any kind of rush.
The food and the service were perfection. The outside seating just topped the cake. It did not feel like chalkstone Ave, that's a promise. You will be satisfied.
One of the best Peruvian restaurants in New England. The food was fresh and staff was friendly.
The whole experience was amazing. We all felt happy and our waiter was awesome. Delicious food!! This is now our favorite restaurant!!!
Always great service and amazing food. Tough to get in. Make a reservation!
Great food. Huge portions. Awesome they have valet parking given the area its in.
This place is hands down THE BEST. Delicious food, amazing service, casual AND great quality. 5 stars! Order causa and ceviche and literally anything on the menu.
Great Peruvian meals with top notch service. Valet parking only unless you can find a spot on a side street. Outdoor eating area is beautifully landscaped with waterfalls and small pond. Very busy need reservations.
There renowned ceviche had way too much lime juice couldn't even taste the seafood flavors. Paella was over cooked seafood was tough. Base flavors were good sausage had nice flavor. Disappointing first visit however it is Monday. Flavors good enough to want and give it a second chance on a weekend evening. Also took chicken empanadas home they went in the trash. Very disappointing heard great things about this restaurant and as a chef was not impressed at all. Best part of the whole meal was friendly bartender cold Negra Modelo!
Get reservations early, just in case. This place is always busy.
It's worth it though. The waitstaff are great!
Los Andes is always amazing. The portions are huge! You will never go home hungry I can promise that. The staff is excellent, always friendly, willing to give recommendations and very courteous. The food is just delicious and tases very fresh. I will be back for sure and highly recommend it!
After hearing so many great things about this restaurant, my boyfriend made reservations here for my birthday. Our reservation was for 9:00, we were seated around 9:20. The server was really nice, he came and took our drink order and we ordered appetizers. Before our drinks were even up he came over a couple of times to ask if we wanted to order our entrees. The drinks were great, food was OK but I didn t like feeling rushed and not able to enjoy the drinks, appetizers and entrees. I get that it s a busy restaurant but customers shouldn t feel rushed when they re there to enjoy dinner and drinks.
The food is good. The service is good. You get a lot of food for the price.
Excellent food, atmosphere and wait staff! valet parking a bonus!
Intimate atmosphere, excellent food, service and specialty drinks
Great food, knowledgeable waitress, great portions. Saved 1/2 our meals to enjoy homemade desserts!
Stuff very friendly we have reservations was on time food was outstanding
Great place, nice change of pace versus the same old. . . . delicious food and that's why you can't get a seat on either Friday or Saturday nights without a reservation.
Great service. Great stuffed mushrooms. Portions are very large.
Great food, great atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back
I heard so many great things about this place so i decided to call for take out, but im not to happy. i ordered the lobster paella and the lobster was hard as a rock. also, ordered Pollo los andes and what was supposed to be chorizo; was clearly kabasa will never order here again.
