I recently purchased a 2020 Corolla. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Charlie Dillard was my salesman and I couldn't have asked for a better one. He was so polite, patient and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the price and my monthly payments. My niece also purchased a vehicle with Charlie's help. She too was extremely happy with her experience. We have already passed his name on to friends Charlie Dillard is the man to ask for ! Thank you for everything, Charlie !!!

We let her know what we were looking for she took us inside and she immediately started looking for the kind of Jeep we want and the kind of price we wanted to pay. it didn't take long for this knowledgeable young lady to get us on our way and we left that that same day with a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee the one I wanted. Went to Toyota Arlington looking for a reasonably priced used truck and got exactly what I was looking for. Terrible experience. The Relations Manager is so rude. Refused to take call. The Manager hung up. Didn't even look up account, just said, they can't help. When I explained to them they already did what we are asking for just need a letter from them, he said, that is not his department and hung up. It's been an absolute nightmare.

Mr Arturo @ Arlington Toyota helped me cement my decision in the purchase of my 2019 4Runner with his patience, professionalism and positive attitude. Mr Arturo also shined in his ability to process the paper work in the short time that he did, and presented the whole process of transaction without being pushed into the purchase of the vehicle. His non-aggressive approach actually sealed the deal for I had other choices later that week, but his laid back approach, and delegation of the paper work procedures really stood out.

Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a Toyota purchase...

It was my first experience buying a car. Edric Mallard took all the stress out of it. Helped me find what I was looking for quickly. I'm amazed that I have a new car and it was affordable. The rest of the staff was also super friendly, and I didn't feel rushed even though it was a busy day for them.

My dad and I were looking for a good used RAV4 several weeks ago in October. We finally made appointments with Arlington Toyota and another competitor for Saturday morning and afternoon. Mind you we were a lil apprehensive due to the covid and being around crowds. We took our chances. We had the pleasure of working with Jacque Harris. Despite the large crowd he was very patient and allowed us to check out and test drive a 2018 Rav 4 as well as a 2019 CRV, both uniquely great mid size SUVs. 2018 RAV was the last body style before the new 2019 updated body (flat front) style came out. The Honda CRV turned out to be a smoother ride then the RAV 4 but engine was a lil louder on the highway. Long story short we spent a good 2 and half hours test driving and walking around the used car parking lot. Jacque spent almost a good hour with us in the parking lot showing us different SUVs and answering questions. In the end we told him we have another spot to go check out but would keep in touch. Later that afternoon we went to Coggin Toyota, bigger facility but prices were definitely steeper. We test drove a new 2020 RAV4 and the ride smoother and more power and more torque. Unfortunately we did not end up purchasing a vehicle that weekend and kept shopping around online. On October 29th I saw a nice 2020 Rav4 with low mileage at a good price. Jacque had reached out to me a couple times prior to me seeing the RAV4 we planned on purchasing. Luckily for us the vehicle was available and made appointment to come out that weekend of the 31st. We spent another good 3 and half hour at dealership test driving and negotiating a good/fair price. I was not expecting Jacque to reach out to us but he did despite us taking a lot of his time the first time we met him. He kept in touch with us and that made me wanted to work with him even though another co worker had also reached out to me the day we were planning on buying. Even though Arlington Toyota seem smaller, they do have a lot more in their inventory and was actually glad Jacque Harris was assigned to work with us. He never questioned us other then asking specific questions that catered to what we were looking for and he never pressured us to buying something we were not ready to do. I would likely come back again and purchase either a new or used vehicle. And yes we are returning customers 3x times now. Ask for Jacque Harris :-)

Happy with my most recent purchase made this past 6/17/2020. My family & I have been loyal customers of Arlington Toyota since 1997. Loved my 97 Forerunner. Still have my 2004 Sequoia. My parents got their 2005 Sequoia & 2006 Tacoma from them & my younger sister her 2007 Camry. On this particular visit, J.P. Cruz was my sales rep. Please go to him for your next purchase. I was looking at SUV's and testing them for almost 2 weeks. I wanted a RAV4 2014 or newer. I visited over 5 different dealers in Atlantic Blvd and some of them weren't transparent and were very pushy to run my credit without even bothering to answer my questions or concerns. During the entire process Mr Alan Baker was transparent, dedicate and patient with me. He answered all the questions I had. My dad came with me to finalize the process and he ended up getting a new car as well. I definitely recommend Mr Alan and this dealer. For feature purchase I will definitely come here again. I am happy with my Certified Rav4 2017.

This is the best Toyota dealership in town! Dave Love was a great salesperson. He was very professional. He responded quickly to all of my questions. I would call him before you even get there! He was waiting for me at the reception desk with the keys to test drive the vehicle I asked about. He explained all of the features to me. It was such a great buying experience. Everything was quick and clear. I was given options to finance and buy warranties but not pressured to do so by Dave or the finance manager. I felt very respected. I went to 2 other dealerships which I also did with my last Toyota purchase. Arlington had the lowest price both times! I will never buy from anywhere else!

My wife and I had been driving a 2000 Honda Accord for awhile and needed an upgrade. Arlington Toyota was the perfect place to look for a deal on a solid vehicle. I had such a great experience trading in my jeep for a 2020 Toyota Corolla LE. Everyone was beyond nice and helpful, but Dean Efstathiou stood out. My original sales associate was very pleasant to work with. However, when i took my newly purchased vehicle to another shop for a detailed inspection, salt water damage was found. When a manger called me to discuss coming back in within the time frame to return the vehicle, he was very rude. I reported his behavior and requested for another person to work with me on resolving this issue. As this is my second car ive purchased, i had expected the same great customer service i had the first time.

We were looking to buy a truck and couldn t agree on a price. So later that night a salesperson sent me a video of someone looking at the truck. In my years of dealing with dealerships I never seen this and also the salesperson had no idea about the truck I was looking at. During the test drive she yelled at a homeless person under a bridge and kept interrupting me and my wife talking. I wouldn t recommend this dealership. I rather go somewhere else and have good service and good salesperson that actually knows what they are selling.
