My experience at Arlington Toyota was good. I was helped by Ali Mirov and Andrew Fagan. They were helpful and personable. They helped me get in and out with the car I was looking for.

I had a great experience with my car sales person. Everything went well and I bought the car I wanted. I got upset when I went to pick up my car two days after buying it and was told I could not get my car unless I signed a paper stating I had to pay extra $180 for my tag. The agreement was a set price if I brought my tag with me. Not to mention I put down $13k. I bought 6 cars from them and this is my 7th car. I felt disrespected. But I am respectful. I signed the paper and walked out. You know I sent them the picture of the tag I was using the same day I purchased my car. No one said nothing to me. The deal was done. It took me two days to pick it up because I was driving my truck I just bought from them less then 7 months ago. I had my son drop me off after I got out of work. Sad to be treated like nothing after being loyal to Arlington Toyota from years. I always take my business there. I m really upset with them. Making me feel like I would have to walk home after 8 hour shift if I did not sign a paper to give them more money. Making people feel obligated in doing so. That sad part is, if you try to back out on a contract, you can t! But they can hold your car ransom over $180 that was not in your contract! Especially after giving them $13k! I could of went anywhere you buy my car. My credit score is 801!

I had the pleasure of of purchasing a 4Runner from Arlington. I was in communication with Safif that set me up with Mike Marinelli. Mike has a lot of knowledge and presented me with all the different options for my budget. He was straight forward with everything. He made sure I walked out with the vehicle I wanted. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased in the family from Arlington. Great experience with people who will listen and actually care.

Worst experience I have ever had at a Car Dealership. They try to sneak in an $1800 Fee called the Total Value package. They told me it was because of COVID-19...lol. We were signing papers and when we got to the things that the Dealer Owes you they put window tint. I was like, "Hold on, I don't want window tint." Then I pulled out my phone and looke at the Better Business Bureau reports and I wasn't the only one. Aparantly this $1,800 Fee is for window tint and keys...lol I am for real. Worst dealership I have ever went to. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. Do your research, you will be glad you did. The internet price is deceptive, ask for a quote and watch those fees add up. Crazy.

Arlington Toyota lives up to their reputation!! Ray is an awesome salesman!!! We purchased a cash car for my daughter who's about to graduate from college. Ray made sure that everything was right with the car before we took it home. He kept in contact with us even on his day off!! That is exceptional customer service!! We highly recommend ARLINGTON TOYOTA!!!!

Great car buying experience, This is my 6th new vehicle I've purchased over the years and my first Toyota Highlander.
I was amazed at the warranty they give you on the engine and transmission. Only Toyota could be so bold as offer a lifetime engine and trans warranty. Its no secret TOYOTA has built a GREAT PRODUCT for decades. Chance and Gesy made the purchase easy, I was in and out in 2 hours. I was one of perhaps 10 cars sold in that 2 hours. Arlington Toyota moves a lot of cars! there is a reason for this. Exceptional service and exceptional price.

the absolute worst place to shop for a new car in Jacksonville, it's like walking into a world where they hear and nod but do not obey, they only obey a script to get you inside and have you sit down at the sales table, and even though you say "I just want to look" or "I don't want to buy today" you are escorted into the sales room with "let me get the keys" and asked to have a seat and then asked for your personal info and all the time your like, didn't he/she hear me? It's kinda spooky.

Had the pleasure to work with Jacque Harris at Arlington Toyota. I normally am not a fan of car dealerships but Jacque helped make the experience easy and efficient. He was not pushy and spoke in a manner to make you feel valued. I d recommend Jacque Harris anytime.

My wife and I bought two Toyota Camry Hybrids the same day. We had two complete different results. Fort Myers promised us a certain payment and trade on my wife's car. Mike Marinelli & Arlington Toyota were slightly cheaper but we decided to buy at our local dealer. When we got to sign out the figures changed and the Finance Manager completely lied to us. Well Mike & Arlington were a lot less on my car deal. Mike Marinelli not only crushed Fort Myer's price he delivered it to our door. The finance Mgr from Arlington was a gentleman on the phone and had all our paperwork ready to sign. The only mistake we made was not buying both vehicles from Arlington. Richard Reese's sales Team are second to none.

I spoke with two salesmen, Jacque Harris and Andrew Fagan. Both are in the internet sales group. However, they were very helpful on line thru email, over the phone, and in person. Both were very responsive, knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at, very personable, and very straight up guys. I asked for the best price, and I was given a great price. The car I ended up with had a few additional dealer adds, and they even worked with me on price regarding those dealer adds. I would highly recommend either of these two salesmen for the purchase of your next vehicle.

I acquired about a used 2017 Camry xse on the arlington Toyota website, shortly after Frankie Deleon gave me a call to ask about my interest in the vehicle, he was extremely patient with my work schedule, As it was a few days before I could get to the dealership. I gave him the stock number to the vehicle and he was able to have it pulled up front and ready for a test drive at a moments notice when my scheduled opened up. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle safety features and all of its technology and it s history. Shortly later we made a deal on the vehicle that Was within my budget and I was happy with. I will be personally going back to Frankie for my next Toyota purchase!

I purchased a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid. 1 month into owning the car I find that I can only get 9 gallons in the tank (14.5 gallon capacity). After reading online Toyota has known about this problem for over a year now. This was never disclosed to me when I purchased the car. Toyota is basically denying this is a problem and I was told to take it up with the dealer. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency from the Arlington Toyota staff and even more disappointed at how Toyota is handling the situation.

Sam did a great job with us. He worked hard to make this deal work, in fact he followed up with us for a month. Even called me on the way out of town for Thanksgiving. Very professional. We are very satisfied!

I had Mr.Dillard as my sales person. He was very fast to help and assist with find my new car. Worked with my price rang very well. He was also very easy to talk to and straight forward, made buying so easy.

One of the most corrupt and unethical dealerships I ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The finance guy, Frank, is rude, aggressive, and very confrontational. I thought the days of the rip off dealerships had past, but Arlington Toyota shows that they are alive and well. Buyers beware if go here.

The service members were very rude here. I pulled up to get service for my vehicle at 3:25 pm and 4 service members were literally standing there chatting and laughing as I sat there waiting for 5 minutes and no one had approached me to see if I needed help. Finally after 5 minutes we had to roll down the window and actually ask if they were still accepting services and they laughed and responded no. This is very rude and professional and they should have approached us first. I work in customer service and this is no way to treat people who come to your business!

My car salesman Russ was amazing. He was very respectful, friendly and made me feel comfortable with my car purchase. Most salesmen don't care about anything but getting a sale but Russ wanted to make sure that I was confident in my purchase. Before the purchase of this car, I had been car shopping for a little over one week & I couldn't find anything in my price range but Russ worked very hard to get me the car I desired &I'm very grateful that he was my salesman. If I ever have to purchase another car in the future, I'm definitely making sure that Russ is my guy.

My grandmother's car was bought here. We have been using this dealership for repairs and needed replacement parts ever since. While it is the dealership, and therefore expected to be more expensive, the racket they ended up running on us was UNBELIEVABLE. In short, a *very* expensive part re-failed, after being only a week or so past the warranty. We were charged for a brand new part, and labor. We were given the run-around and were not able to speak with management, as well as being delayed beyond reason on the repair because "we had to fax the form" Seriously? You had to FAX the form? There is no way to talk to anyone with any authorization to do do anything useful? Never going back, and as I was told this was Toyota corporate pulling the strings, will avoid these cars in the future. Bad corporate systems are obviously in place, and they are not really into building good relationships once they have your money...

Warley was very nice and helpful with me and my wife and informed me about the vehicle and also help me to choose the type of cars that where in my mind to pick the right one for me, very thankful.
This is my first Ford F150 that I owned very happy with my purchase.

Originally I gave Arlington Toyota a 1 due to their lack of customer service following my vehicle purchase. Since then I need to give a Thank you to both Roger in Sales and Ed is Service for not only taking care of the issues I had but going further and adding additional items. Even though these 2 had nothing to do with my purchase initially, they did change my perception of Arlington Toyota and if I ever return I will be dealing with these 2 gentlemen only

I haver never enjoyed the process of buying a car. I always felt that the sales person didn't truly listen to me. That was not the case at Arlington Toyota. I'd been looking at vehicles online for a while and I stopped in to see them in person. When I got out of my car I noticed a lot (like an unusual high number) of employees standing outside. I immediately felt anxious and purposely walked in the other direction. As I was walking through the area with the vehicles I'd been looking at online a sales person approached me. I liked her instantly. Sandra asked questions about what brought me in and what I was interested in looking at. She took her time and showed me so many options. She wanted to make sure I made an informed decision and was happy with my purchase. I've never had a car buying experience like this one. Thank you so much Arlington Toyota and Sandra Howard.

It was a really good no haggle experience. Definitely the best car buying experience I have had so far. However, they seem so focused on selling the most cars in Jacksonville that the quality of the experience suffers slightly from long waits. And they had not cleaned out the back hatchback of the vehicle that I bought when I picked it up, as they promised they would. Other than that, they've definitely got a good thing going with very polite and professional employees :)

She was able to demonstrate all the features of the vehicle we were interested in and answer all of our questions.
