I came into Arlington Toyota looking at the Sienna. I was previously a Honda Pilot owner which I loved however, God has blessed me with 3 beautiful children and the Pilot just no longer fits our needs. I came in and worked with Sylvia and Tony and had one of the greatest car buying experiences! I had a specific budget that I needed to stay within and they went above and beyond to make sure I stayed within it and was also happy! I am now the proud owner of a Toyota Sienna and me and my family could not be happier! I recommend both Sylvia in Sales and Tony in Finance to everyone! Even though my family didn't purchase a car cause of the trickery of the $1,885 so called value package, I would like to extend my great appreciation to a young man that was very kind and listen to every detail and over came all of my family's objections except the $1,885 so called value package. Same vehicle that we compared at another dealer with similar miles with a difference about $2,000 car more cleaner than the one at Arlington Toyota. So advised my sister to buy the one $2,000 cheaper and way cleaner, however my hat off to Mr. Cobb as he took his time for two days and showed and test drove the car several times but it came down to the numbers game, wished I could've bought from Arlington Toyota as I've been buying automobiles from Arlington Toyota for the last 23 years and I've noticed to the quality of service and the condition of the automobiles have taken a huge dip for as quality. Seats dirty with scratches on vehicles and mislead $1,885 so called VALUE PACKAGE.

Most of the staff friendly, however i came in for a specific car, paying cash, and they completed the paperwork with me quickly, however, when It came to the financial part, they let me sit for 2 HOURS before acknowledging my existence. This will be the one and ONLY time I shop here. Even after 6 requests for them to put some gas in the car, they still sold it to me with the GAS LIGHT ON! Alongside the COMPLETELY unnecessary $1900 worth of add-ons, most of which were already on the car from the factory.

Mike M made buying this car easy and as fast as possible. He's very knowledgeable as well!

I just want to say what a pleasant experience my husband and I had at Arlington Toyota. Armando Scorza went above and beyond in helping us find the right SUV for me. I love my Dodge Journey. While we were going over price and getting approved, he even made me a pot of coffee! That speaks volumes with me! I will definitely be back when we go to look for another car! Go talk to Armando! He will get you a great deal and a vehicle you will love!!

The icing on the cake was getting it delivered to my door because my schedule would not allow me to get there until possibly a week later. Will definitely look here for my next purchase. Awesome experience from start to finish. Dakota was so helpful and not pressuring at all. Not to mention patient. We came in several times and never felt pushed in to buying. He was patient and transparent and very professional.

Was in the market for a new car, and my visit here was a good experience. I knew which car I wanted to see from finding it online. The test drive went great, and the gentlemen who helped me were very personable, honest, and great communicators. The vehicle was in excellent condition. The only reason I did not purchase it was price. After tax, tag, new title, and dealer fees the total cost ended up $3k-$4k more than the online advertised price. They were willing to work with me some on price, although were not able get it down to the point of others in town, so I ended up purchasing a vehicle from another dealership. To their credit, however, there IS extra value in purchasing a Toyota from a Toyota dealership. And Arlington Toyota's advertised pricing was thousands less than for comparable models from other Toyota dealerships all across north Florida, including another across town in Jacksonville. Will definitely consider Arlington Toyota when it comes time to purchase another vehicle.

Service is excellent! I went to look some cars with my husband Alfonso Camacho and we get the best discount for a 2021 Corolla. Alan Thornton is the best sales person in there. He is super nice and patient, he show us all our options and help us to get the best manager discount ($6000) for the beautiful car.

Before Arlington Toyota, we went to a couple of dealers nearby and nobody showed up or offer help.

I bought a new Rav 4 Hybrid last weekend and Dave Love made everything very easy, he even programmed my Bluetooth connection and downloaded all the Toyota apps for me. He knows his stuff and is able to explain so that even I can understand it (I am not the most tech savvy). He was super nice and had my vehicle read and waiting when I got to the dealership. He even gave us his hand lotion after my husband commented on how soft his hands are. Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new car.

The front lot is over loaded and finding a place to park was a bit odd. Irwin helped me out with a new car, though it happened almost to fast for me to think and react. Still, the pieces was easy and he was friendly, even if the website is a bit weird and the car I initially came in to look for apparently wasn't inspected on the inside

Beware of bait and switch. Advertising one price and then adding a $2000 non optional value package that I didn t even want! Never before has this happened. Find a vehicle I m interested in near my price range, make an offer and the counter offer come back higher than the advertised price! Amazing how now they wanted to add a non optional package for things I do not want and a much higher price than the value.
