Great experience with JP Cruz! He listened to what I wanted and gave me time to compare all my options. He was knowledgeable of the different vehicles and financing options. When I met with the financing guy, all the paperwork was complete and ready for signature. After all the paperwork was done, JP showed me the features of my new vehicle. JP made what I considered a burden (car buying) a pleasant experience.

Like any smart buyer you shop around, you compare, you critique and read all the reviews. What I can say is that this dealership saved me about $2500 on a Toyota Avalon compared to pricing in my area of Western North Carolina, and then delivered the car to my driveway. Responsive, courteous, knowledgeable. Absolutely the easiest on-line purchase you can expect. You may not end up buying at Arlington but you owe it to yourself, and your wallet, to at least give them an opportunity to earn your business.

Purchased a used 2009 Altima as the first car for my son. Was dreading a used car purchase, but Jeff Ritchey made it a positive experience. He took plenty of time to answer all of our questions and make sure we were comfortable with the purchase. Would work with Jeff again.

Absolutely great experience. We had gone to a competitor the day before and had a bad experience. Arlington did not disappoint with their service. Our sales person Cali was fantastic. Cali is knowledgeable about the product he sells and truly listens to the needs of his customer. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly. If you are looking for a great car buying experience, definitely go to Arlington and ask for Cali! The process was quick and the management team is phenomenal.

I decided to give them another try, but one of the sales people ( Sandra) rubbed me wrong. One of the other sales reports was walking is inside to meet up with another sales person and she (Sandra) rudely said to William to just send them to the front desk and she pulled him with her. Like we were garbage. I'd never buy a car from her and don't know if I'd go back there.

I went in to Arlington Toyota to look at a used Jeep. They ended up working with me on the price to where I could afford it and drive it home that night. Monica was such a great representative for the company and made me feel like I was talking to a normal person and not some car salesman who only wants your money. I would highly recommend going here and asking for Monica!!

Purchased a 2003 Camry with low miles, the car overall was in mint condition. Upon having the vehicle 4 days later the engine light has come on. Took the car in and it was the O2 sensor, fixed that. A few weeks later, had to take car back in, alternator issue, a week or so later, the alternator is still an issue, and finally 7 weeks later... the alternator is STILL an issue. My daughter called and was told to come in next week. Avoid this dealership.. choose another Toyota dealer.

Great experience. Called to check if a vehicle was in stock at 8:30 PM on a Saturday. Gil answered the phone from sales and verified the vehicle was
available and at their location. Gil even asked if I wanted to come in that night even though they closed at 9:00PM. I declined and he set me up with Andrew for Sunday. Andrew got me in and retrieved the keys then took me to the vehicle for a test drive. Came back to the showroom and went through all the financing. They were busy even on a Sunday so took a little longer than you would want to spend at a dealership but Andrew was consistent in updating me on where everything was at in the process and keeping me comfortable while waiting. Most of the time was passed watching the Jags game with sales team members as they had a free minute. Left with the vehicle I wanted and Gil even called me the next day just to check how everything went.

My bf found me a car here and drove us down from SC. I was in love with my car as soon as I saw it (2010 white Honda Accord coupe) the staff was cool so the process was too. The car still needed detailing so we couldn t drive it back that night but they drove it up a few days later and she looks and drives great! Highly recommend. Thanks Van and Dwight!

I met Sam walking through the lot. Do you need help? Nope just point me in the direction of Camry's. He left me to explore. He was there when I was ready to ask questions.and was very knowledgeable. I said I'll be back. When I called he answered his phone while on vacation and made sure I had a contact in his absence to meet with. That was Jacque. He was very friendly and not pushy at all. So I guess my first review is gone? Interesting to say the least. Instead of calling me back and discussing paperwork I guess I will just have to sue you to get tour attention since you sold me a car with stolen parts. Have a good one!

Oh and now they have contacted me belittled me via phone and apparently their end of the paper work is incomplete. Have a fun time if you go to this dealership!!

I am a hard sell, I looked at a lot of trucks at a couple dealerships. Contacted Christian via their website, told him what I wanted. He told me to come by and check out their inventory. I dropped by unannounced and Christian took his time showing me a few trucks. I took a test drive, asked for a couple quotes and left. I was back in a couple hours to buy and he had me out the door with a new truck in 30 minutes. The guy is amazing!

If I could I would give 0 stars. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE. My experience was terrible from the start. I came to see a certain car (from Daytona Beach) and the car mysteriously was sold prior to me arriving. No one called or informed me of this. I ended up leaving with a Prius I didn't initially want. I had my sick mother drive me and she told me I had to leave with a car. That is the only reason I even purchased a vehicle from this terrible Toyota. I would have rather purchased from Daytona. Where they are local and they treat their customers right. When I got home I realized the cover to the trunk was missing. This was only the beginning of the issues I had. The extended 7 year 100,000 warranty Daniel up sold me is now currently invalid. It has been 83,000 and only 4 years. I have called for the past 6 months. No one will call me back. They are now ignoring my calls and emails. The Toyota in California will not take the expired warranty and the warranty company said Arlington needed to fix the issues. They have not doe a thing. This is not a way to treat a customer. I had an issue they said they would cover and they did not. They finally took care of that issue but now my maintenance light is on and no one will response to me. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR CAR FROM HERE. I wanted to take the car back the minute I drove off the lot. I would never purchase a car from here again and never recommend this dealership. I call every morning before work and am told "Someone will return your call" everyday and nothing. I have the copy of the warranty. Save your money and take it anywhere but here. You will only be taken advantage of.

I James McKenzie had a very postive and excellent sales and customer service with Alan Thornton at Arlington Toyota today. He was certainly very patient with my grandson i through the entire buying experience. He even knew my wife from working with many years ago at Florida Blue.

This dealership practices fraudulent sales. We were granted the same deal as a new vehicle, 0% interest for 75 months on a used vehicle in 2014, only to later discover that we were being charged interest from day one. They misled us to sign a contract that was contrary to our verbal agreement which is fraud. Even the salesman who originally sold us the car confirmed the agreement, and the finance director confirmed the promotion. However, dealership refuses to hold up their end of the bargain or refund us for interest paid-to-date. Instead, they told us we should have read our contract. They are just so unethical.

I would like to thank Matt Romano and Dean Efstathiou very much for working out a miracle getting me into the car of my dreams they were awesome GREAT TEAM WORK GUYS!!!!!! If anyone is looking to get a car please go to Arlington Toyota and ask for Matt and Dean.

Very pleased with my recent visit to Arlington Toyota just as I was the first time I visited here 10 years ago. 10 years ago I purchased a highlander from same dealer and same sales consultant. I was looking at some used RAV4 with certain options. Sylvia Brummitt was very patient with me and absolutely no pressure was felt at this dealership. She allowed me the time to decide the features that were important to me. Arlington Toyota definitely has the customer focus down. Hands down customer focus is more important than the bottom line. Giving a 3 star review because on one side, the sales person Matthew S, made it a not so simple pleasant experience. Not really good reading his customers and feels like he has no people skills. I informed him that I used to work at a Toyota dealership, he doesn't need to sell me so hard, it was pretty much a done deal. But he kept emphasizing on how clean the car is and how impressed he was that such an old car doesn't have any scrarches, marks, previous owner was a non smoker, etc. Then as I get in the front seat, first thing I noticed was a long obvious crack on the front windshield. Which was NEVER mentioned. Only thing Matthew said is, "there's nothing we can do about it. You can make an insurance claim after purchasing the car." The crack is fixable, the reluctance to mention it to me was a poor choice to build trust with a customer. I had a friend ride with me. So as we test drove the car, she inspected other things. With all his emphasize on how clean the car was, we found cigarettes burns on the ceiling of the car. Which we turn said that, obviously there has been smokers in the car and there are marks. His reply, "Who looks at the ceiling of a car anyways." That's how you convince a customer to sell a car? He seemed very hasty and wanting to get things done quickly. Even snatched a form from my friends hand when she was reading it. It just felt very unwelcoming.

At the end, the manager Tony Garcia made up for the experience with his great personality and his ability to relate to his customers. I'm satisfied with the purchase, just could have been a better experience from the sales person aspect of it.

The sales associate was very helpful and patient with us. Danny went over the border to ensure that we selected the vehicle we were looking for. We didn t like they way Arlington Toyota prices the vehicles because they price listed on the car is not final. We ended up paying a $1,885.00 fee we couldn t get away from it. Getting to the final number on the actual cost of the vehicle was very stressful and confusing. I will give a five star to the sales associate , Danny, and one star to the person who approves the pricing and does the negotiations with the trade in. This person put a lot of pressure and made our experience unpleasant . The person who works finalizing the paperwork and processing our loan was also very friendly I would give him a five star.

Sam and the whole Arlington family were a pleasure to deal with. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and well fed and hydrated (Sam even ordered our kids a pizza and brownies while we went through the grueling paperwork!)
