Over packed, manager was frantic we were bot able to play pool despite having reserved it, we waited an hour and half for our a bill only because I had to talk to our server that was taking an order and prior we waited 2 hours for food. My Reuben sandwich was soggy and we didnt have a server to come to us to see how we were doing or if we wanted more drinks. I dont think I'll be going back.

Near the airport. Lots of planes fly over so that's a cool experience

We had our wedding here, we used 2 of the rooms that they provide, provided a buffet for our guests. The GM and managers did a great job at answering any questions we ha leading up to the day. The servers that were designated just to us were great, they were fast and attentive. The food was great too! Our guests were full and had a great time.

A lot of potential here. But the place is basically run down. & not upkept. You can definitely feel the dirt in here. All pool sticks are ready for a dumpster. Wings don t get better after every visit. I definitely say try another place.

attention this review is regarding the short blonde waitress that works at this restaurant, this used to be my favourite restaurant to visit until she started being rude to me and asked me not come back to the restaurant anymore. I've never been misappropriate so I decided to disregard the request. the behaviour got even worse as she started slamming drinks down on the table spilling beer all over the place including on me. all of this and i still decided to look past my mistreatment to frequent a restaurant i enjoyed, the tipping point for me was when she started spreading lies about me to co-workers and customers, ridiculing me into not coming back, its disgusting that she still works there. i'm recommending no-one frequent this restaurant until patrons can be assured abusive behaviour of this kind does not happen to anyone else.

Sam the new waitress dressed up my wings to perfection..her service was superb and on point!!

Friendly staff really enjoyed our evening we sampled the food and found it very difficult to criticise.
Read some of the reviews and thought that they were not applicable too this venue.
As regards the racism view's I cannot comment as I am a white English man.

Service was slow. Asked for ice water and it came in a glass with lemon pulp in the water and stuck on the inside of the glasd

A place I frequent whenever I'm in the city or in that side of town. Besides its awkward location the venue is very spacious and attracts a wide variety of individuals. The staff is usually very friendly and cheerful displaying a genuine level of job enjoyment especially for their regulars. prices are fair given it is close to the airport. The front doors are a bit straining at first as it is misleading exactly how heavy they are, I did not notice wheelchair accessibility. The venue itself is usually very well maintained in terms of cleanliness and their meals are tasty nonetheless. Been visiting on random over the years and I am yet to have a bad experience.

Service was slow. One order of wings were under cooked. Waitress was nice. Gave a new order. Beer and wine are expensive.

Avoid this place at all costs. Found a piece of cheese in my pitcher in the middle of a pandemic ... Clearly they don t wash there glasses. Disgusted.

Met with a friend, great spot and atmosphere to relax and have a few drinks.

First time here. First impressions - great sports bar! Food looked fantastic and staff is pretty friendly and accomodating. Only 3 stars because they were changing the Heineken tap so decided on Stella. That was the bottom of that keg, beer tasted flat and a bit skunky. Finished that and tried the Heineken again but there was still too much foam. Would love to return and try the food, would recommend for those in the area looking to watch sports.

Close to the airport. You know what to expect from Arizona's. Watch the Margaritas,
mine was way too salty.

This place has the space and potential to be great however the food sucked there are what seems to be a bunch of weird regulars who make you want to immediately leave this place it is very sad as they have the space to be great

Decent place for a meal, but nothing outstanding. Service hit or miss... mostly miss when they're busy.

Had to return one of our dinners. By the time the new one came, everyone else was finished.
We still got charged. Disappointing service for sure.
We use to go there 20 years ago, before it became as big as it is.
Probably wont return.

This place is a trainwreck. Flew into town for the night and decided to go here to watch UFC. They only had the fights on few of the many TV's in there. I asked if they could put the fights on one of the 3 big TV's near us because they had the same basketball game on 2 of them. They said the fights are only on the TV's along the back, so I had to watch on a small TV above the bar. The food wad a nightmare, started with the "jumbo" wings, which is a stretch. They are bigger than average wings but far from jumbo and mediocre tasting. I then ordered the fajitas and my friend ordered the Canadian burger. When the waitress brought out the wraps for fajitas, all 3 had different consistencies. 1 was soggy, 1 was soft and crispy and the last was hard as a rock, like a tortilla chip. The burger my friend ordered wasn't even edible. I wouldn't give to my dog. The bun was a soggy mess, after taking 2 bites he gave up on it. She asked how it was, he said it was bad and couldn't eat it. He didn't want a replacement. She said she would talk to her manager about it. The waitress then came back and said they would half it. My friend calmly replied that he was no going to pay for something he had 2 bites of. After consulting her manager again, she came back and said it would be taken off the bill. She then proceeded to say that they get complaints about the burgers all the time and that "I don't think they give a f@&k back there"!!! . Well that's reassuring! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy, so don't waste your time at this establishment.

Incredible atmosphere, outstanding service. Detailed thought and care put into the making of food and cocktails as well!

Been here a few times and it is a hit or miss. Most recently it was for the McGregor-Mayweather fight which was a bit of a disaster. Cold food, slow service, filthy washrooms, no plates and utensils were given with shared dishes I.E. pizza, nachos, springs rolls and so on.

Nice atmosphere...good food. Looks the same as it did 13 years ago. Could use a refresh.

Waited 30 mins for a waitress to even serve us, even though we were already seated. Horrible customer service.

This is BY FAR, my favorite place in all of Canada. Good food, great service. I just love this place.

Come here to catch sports or come here to play pool. Either or on Fridays there is a DJ spinning all that is Drake, the Weeknd, and Bieber.

Dated decor, seems like an old truck stop. Food ok, chicken fingers resemble frozen junk you get at Price chopper.

The atmosphere is getting a bit old, even the menu was worn out. The meat was fine and the waitress was attentive. You have to like the volume of the music.

Changing my review. Came here for an event. UFC. Took ten minutes to recieve my drink. Waitress said the bar was over wheeled. More like bartenders talking. Poor management. Had to order two drinks at a time to get them at a decent pace. Still waiting ten minutes after I order.m

Came here on a Monday night got seated right away. Ordered chicken bites on the menu, the meat was not the same texture it almost resembled fish s consistency. I then proceeded to order a Cesar salad to make up for the chicken bites, got it and there was literally 5 croutons in it. Beside where I was sitting there were rock designs into the wall and there was huge chunks of dust in it.. probably won t eat here again. Nice pool table area.

My friend went to eat here and was refused service and was told by management "we don't want to serve black or brown ppl" awesome! Perhaps better business bureau needs to hear this!

It took them an hour to bring our drinks, and an hour and a half to bring our food, after two different wrong plates brought to the table, we got OK food at best. Bartenders have the worst attitude ever. Wouldn't recommend at all!

The food is good for a bar. A little dirty and the pool tables could be reclothed.

This place is robbery at its best. 11 bucks for a double of polar ice. What is that what I heard they don't have a double button they took it out of the computer. Don't drink here it's a joke.

The food was great! I just wish their menu was more descriptive and maybe a picture or two.

Some of the staff are very friendly, they make you feel comfortable, I find the place cozy and the prices are great. Especially the half off apps they offer every day and theyre delicious. The pool tables and the pool balls tho need some maintenance/ upgrading but since theyre free cant complain

Food is good (although, my friends order came wrong). Atmosphere is nice and layout it great. Music gets too loud later in the evening. It's like you're in a club and can't even hear the person beside you talk.

Bunch of flies around the bar. Bartenders get distracted with people they know and forget about you. Food is decently good.

Nice place, great atmosphere. I had the beef fajitas, there was a lot of food, tons of vegetables. Unfortunately the steak was grossly overcooked, dry and chewy.

Went to this restaurant for my son s birthday and had a very bad experience. The food was horrible. They don t even have straws, and the service was not up to standard. Called the manager to complain about the dirty dishes, and she tried to tell us about their double washing system. Very disappointed by the way the Manager handled the situation. Very poor service. Will not recommend anyone to go there.

Probably the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. Waitress forgot what drinks we had ordered multiple times, and not all of us had the correct drinks (Coke and iced tea, nothing fancy) until after we had food. She also forgot our food order and had to take it a second time. The menu clearly said burgers came with fries but we didn't get any, and when questioned the waitress claimed they didn't come with fries.

Arizonas! What happened with your service? I have been going religiously for 3 years. Last night, I had a crummy time which left me in tears. I ordered my usual steak sandwich, and when it was given to me, It was a piece of meat on a bun. When I asked for the toppings, the waitress advised the kitchen ran low on supplies. It would have been nice before hand. We weren't offered a discount or the chance to swap food, we were just told to deal with it. Management was too busy to take the complaint. We paid our bill, and left. I don't think it was the servers fault because clearly they are overworked, but it's extremely disappointing to see management doesn't care. We won't be going back.
