Great spot to start a vacation with a meal and a beer before catching a flight!
Went last night for the first time, ordered the beef burritos which were pretty good. The reason I'm rating 1 star is because our first time there we saw a cockroach crawling up the wall! We notified the waitress and they are aware that they have them. Being in Toronto its not surprising that they have cockroaches but the fact that we saw one on our first visit...won't be going there again!
They should rename the place Ineptitude Bar & Grill! Our waitress must have set a new record for the most number of mistakes on one order. Manager wasn't very accommodating either. See you never again!
Dirty ... Don't recommend this place. Hotwl bars are better .Make sure you ask for a clean glass. Twice I went this year with colleagues. Twice my drink had a rim of lipstick on it and I don't wear lipstick. Yurk! Daytime you can easily see how dirty it is. Night time less lighting looks better, although this place hasnt been cleaned or renovated for the pass 10 years. Many more options close by better than this spot. If your from Toronto you know what to expect lol

First review I have ever sent about a server period. My business partner and I travel daily across North America. Eating out probably 10 times a week and I just wanted to say our server Tanya was the best server we have ever had. She provided us all with a level of care that is beyond industry standard and never fell short to fulfil our needs.
I am the CEO of a drunk staff tonight and was shocked to see the level of detail she went into with each member of my group (8+ scattered in her section). Remembering every detail about each individual and never letting a drink sit empty. She was honestly amazing and my entire group commented on the quality of service we received.
Pleasant experience. Will come back to visit Arizona for our future business trips.

Visited early on New Year's Eve...hardly anyone there, causing POOR atmosphere .Next time I would stay later than 10:30 and take that comp. glass of champagne.
Jessica's H's service is really what keeps me coming back. she always recognizes me and makes me feel welcomed. She goes out of her way to make me feel welcomed and I will constantly come back due to her only

Honestly, great place with quality TV's to watch sports. Fun environment and they play UFC events! Service, food quality and overall cleanliness especially the washrooms could definitely use some improvement.

Worst service ever. First time there and last time. Sat at a table for 20 mins with waitresses walking back n forth and nothing. I had to go ask if our table was in a no service area. Drinks and food took forever. Never again

Went here for Christmas with friends. The waitress was strange. Would take a long time and only take some peoples orders. Didn't say bye or thank you. Food was good though.

Woke up at 1230am with vomiting and diarrhea after 1/2 price wings and calamari. Could've just been a fluke, being my first time there, but not a good experience nonetheless.

Great place. Evenings on the weekend you can get half price apps. The apps are great and you can really fill up for cheap. Lots of pool tables and no cover. Lots of tvs showing all kinds of sports. Love this place. It's my go to for any big sporting event.

I have been coming to Arizona's for the past three years, very often i should say. is one of those places where you can't be sure what to expect... sometimes they service is awesome and sometimes is awful. Must of the time I go Tuesday or Wednesday after work, I enjoy the oyster because i love it, I have tried other plates and sometimes is good , sometimes is ok, Anyway i know how the place is so I don't set high expectations. i would come back.

Went here for drinks after a conference. Large selection of inexpensive brews, what more can you ask for? Seemed like a great local hangout, I'd love to go back!
I was just there with friends last week and I've never had such awful service in my life! Our waitress wasn't friendly whatsoever... there was no greeting, a grumpy face and attitude from the start. One person's drink came out, but not the other, the order was punched in wrong, she never came back to check in... nothing. We are all frustrated so when another waitress walked by, we asked her to speak to the manager. The "manager" Sonia came out and didn't offer us any help. She apologized and said she'd speak to this waitress who is apparently named Jenn. After this manager walks away, we now have Jenn constantly glaring at us from across the room and talking to the other waitresses like little schoolgirls in the corner. Now, we are simply uncomfortable. Who can eat dinner in an awkward setting like this? The new waitress, Carly or Carla came back to our table after having a little chat with others and began giving us her Arizona attitude too. Let's just say this was our last time at this place.
I've been a regular at this restaurant for over 12 years, and will continue. Over 12 years I've seen many restaurants come and go around the airport. Arizona is always consistent. The main reasons for the 5 stars:
1. The food, always fresh. salads are crisp, burgers are not frozen, Steaks and seafood always fresh including oysters that are brought in every week from PEI ad shucked professionally by a pro shucker (thus reducing the potential for self inflicted stab wounds). So go for the food. The restaurant is large and always has a steady flow of clients so you know the food is fresh.
2. The atmosphere, casual, friendly great service - many TV's a huge selcetion of beers and wines of the world, little quiet places where you can sit and have an intimate feel and wide open spaces if you want to be surrounded by people.
3. The owner is on site every day. You can always find the owner around the place. He personally goes to the food terminal and buys his produce fresh from the trucks as they come in every day. Or he may be offsite temporarily getting a beverage order filled, but he's never too far away.
I hope this helps, Its a big, busy place with a casual atmosphere and friendly service, easy to access from the 401 or if your headed to the airport for a flight, it's a great place to stop in before you check in for your flight.
Spacious environment. Good place for late night plans. Pool, drinks, or even a late dinner. Food is fair quality. Nothing spectacular.

Salad I had not that bad. Servers knowledge of menu needs some work. Expo folks brought others food to our table twice. Just training issues.
Ask for a rum with coke on the side. We got a rum and lots of coke with a large coke on the side. Asked for a second on it was rum sid water. We were going to eat in but we took it to go. Terrible service!
The Arizona Grill Lounge lies at a short distance from Pearson airport. So while on my way to the airport, I choose to stop there for a bit to eat something as I was hungry. The bar had some delicious appetizers which are available at half the price during a majority of time.
One of my friends suggested me this place, and I am glad that I choose to explore their food. It was amazing.
I highly recommend this bar. Wonderful service, good food and great prices on drinks! They also accommodate large group walk in parties.
Our waitress stacy, acted like we were an inconvenience to her. After sitting for 20 minutes we had to ask the manager if we evan had a waitress. Then she kept wanting to leave before taking all 4 orders. Food lacked flavor. The cheese garlic bread tasted like cheese on poor quality bread.
Visited first time and must say, it was an amazing place. Enjoyed the food a lot. Great work!

I ordered the Bruchetta with Feta and Fish & Chip. First off, I waited almost 2 hours for my food. Secondly, my appitizer came at the same time as my entree. The waitress did not listen very well at all. Terrible service.
Plus: I got major food poisoning after. I do not recommend this restaurant.
Fantastic! Food was good, atmosphere was fun and the serving staff was wonderful.
Starting with the good parts. The bar looks good. Waitress was friendly. Food was semi decent but the draught beer was water and v expensive. They give a single sauce (two teaspoons worth of sauce) for 12 wings.
They charged $1.50 for an extra sauce.
Waitresses make a huge base salary (5x) compared to the U.S., but the tip expected is the same. Welcome to the rip off, sorry I meant to say Toronto.
Great ambience. The main event sports is played on the big speakers and is enough to keep you indulged every moment. The place is huge and hence the waiting times are less. We went in a group of 12 and were easily accommodated inside by joining 2 tables. The service was pretty quick and the portions were good. The place was filled with mixed age group people and that made it a really good place to hang out with friends. We went here for a bachelor party and we saw there was group who had come for a bachelorette party as well. Good , lively Vibes all around.
Had seafood pasta - not recommended as seafood tough/ overcooked. From previous visits, stick to the burgers and wraps, which are good.

I had asked for Coffe and Huevos racnheros ($7.99) as adertized.
When coffe comes, The server tells me she does not have sweetner, if sugar is the same.
I said. I cannot have sugar, is there a way you can get me some. her asnwer was NO."NO"
The coffe mug had coffee spilled on teh side, and it weas dry ( I really hopeit was from my coffee"
The Hostess came to fullfill her 'asking after 5minutes" duty and I mentioned I was not able to get sweetner. She apologized, and told me I will make sure that I get you some.
She showed up with some splenda and told me the truth. There was none here, I asked the people at the coffee shop next door. Sorry, I hope this is ok.
Coffee was sweet now, and terrible in taste ( burned).

Now, if we look at this as constructive criticism, Arizona: CLOSE THE PLACE at lunch time.
Or ensure that you are invested into some good service ( even at a loss) until you gain a good reputation for 7.99 lunches.
I work at the airport.I wouldl go there often If i can get some lunch for around.10
But for 13 , I can get good lunch, fresh coffeeand great service at the airport.
And do fairness a favor: Raise the salary of your hostess, or place her for STAFF TRAINING.

Just WOW!!!! From the terrible service to food being served incorrectly to drinks not being done properly. First they go on about their bar and how amazing it is but then they don't have certain ingredients. The food was just questionable. Ohhhh and having us clean the table ourselves because she grabbed the tray "awkwardly". Don't bother coming here what so ever.
Owner makes himself known by disrespectfully telling guests to remove their hats. service was moderate however if you're not attending with a larger group of people .. chances are you will not be attended in a timely manner and will lose priority for "reserved" pool tables because servers want fatter tips from big groups. Hostess was constantly providing wrong information about specials and didn't even know what beers were on tap. I have attended this bar since I was in college and the customer experience has constantly depreciated over the years. Better off going to Cannon Creek or Jack Astors up the road.
Decent sports bar thing. Great half price wings on Monday. But server charged me for food I didn't have so she ripped me off. Didn't notice until I got home. Grrr.
