Friendly staff. I was ONLY there for a drink and left. Restroom wasn't very clean.

The ceasar drink i ordered tasted water down when when i told the waitress she asked me what i wanted her to do. Ordering the food she told my friends we had already ordered 4 plates as if there was a limit to order. Calamari was plain onion rings tasted burnt and the wings were soggy and cold. The pool table was wobbly white ball chipped and double balls. We were ignored, when we needed something we had to go looking for the waitress. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Plus my girlfriend put a deposit down to get the balls and because someone didnt do their job they didnt want to give it to her. Horrible place!! This USED to be good now its just disgusting like their washrooms . never again going there !!

The Arizona Grill Lounge has been one of my favourite restaurants in town. Located right by the airport and surrounding high end hotels , the restaurant sees a variety of people all across the world come and go. One of my favourite times to come to Arizona , is for their wings . There's always a special on Monday for Half Price Wings so you are able to get the delicable Honey Garlic , the fancy Guiness BBQ , and the Magestic Suicide . One of the memorable experiences I had was when the power was out in the entire restaurant, and the staff still continued to serve us. They worked twice as hard and made sure everything was as confortable as possible. Highly recommend this restaurant for a laid back chill atmosphere.

Only had one dish and it was tasty but the riblets had just too much fat for my liking

Great place to watch Sports while taking in a meal and catching up with friends! Gentlemen at the door were friendly and helpful.

What a pleasant experience; don't let appearances and locations fool you. This establishment has great bar food, I mean really good, while being hot and fresh all while being served by pleasant friendly staff.

Great place for parties or after work beer and wings... Oh and the wings are up there in size, flavor and quality. As are the chicken strips!

If you didnt order the water you're missing out. Maybe the best thing on the menu.

Ok, this is the place to go when you're at any one of the "airport hotels". Atmosphere, food, and customer service all get five stars. Prices are reasonable, given what they offer. Great wings (go here for wings instead of Hooters), and beer selection was decent as well.

The Food here is really good and the wait staff is excellent!

Bad service. We called ahead to watch an event and confirmed it would be on. Got there and was seated. A single server never talked to us or even gave us a drink list for 30 minutes. An individual was rated beside us after twenty minutes and was served immediately. Theyldn't even put on the event when we asked. None of the servers seems to know what was going on. It was loud and oppressive. I would never go here again and warn anyone else of its poor service and experience.

The bar is a step up from its neighbours, The Landing Strip and Hooters, but that sets a pretty low hurdle. The food is average and the atmosphere is sports bar meets girlie bar. Still, it is one of the better options in the area if you want to drink and watch a game served by attractive waitresses.

If you like planes, you are right under an approach path. If you don't, be prepared to be interrupted by planes flying overhead every few minutes.
Food is generous. Diverse selection of drinks also.

Staff is amazing, food is not amazing but passable at 1 am.

The A/C wasnt working.. Extremely hot while playing pool.

Came for after dinner drinks. Place wasn't particularly busy but it took our waitress about 15 min to come by and take our order which was some drinks and dessert. Our drinks came 20 min later, still no sign of the dessert. By the time we finished our drinks the food had still not arrived so we cancelled it and ended up leaving. I wouldn't suggest this place unless you are only interested in pitchers of beer and have hours to watch the game on the TV's.

Terrible experience. Tables were dirty and saw a cockroach on the bar. The owner was less than pleasant about the situation. Will not be returning.

The quality of the food was unexpected. We were pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything was. Would definitely go back.

Went with some friends after work. The private area with the billiards table was an amazing spot for a large group (15+) and absolutely loved the ambiance and atmosphere of the bar. Server was constantly checking up on us and kept us refreshed and happy.

Loved it and will be back.

To start no one was taking tables we waiting for 30 min at the front in tell we just picked a seat our self and then it took them 1hr to bring our stuff.

Service very poor. No utensils. Waitress did not come back to check on us even though we tried twice to get her attention. Had to find her to pay bill. She never even said thank you even though we gave her a tip she didnt deserve.

Good enough road House type menu. Good selection of beers and tv for sports.

The venue is very cool! Great decor & fun with the pool tables & games. The menu is extensive and the food was good. My only disappointment was that the appetizers we ordered were delivered at the same time as our meals and the service was a little slow.

good food, good service.. dj's on the weekends and even though I'm married they obviously have some hot girls working there. My wife can agree.

Portobello mushroom sandwich!!! I will come back again. Even the bread is warm and crisp and delicious. Vegetarian finds!

This place was ok. Nice staff. Bloody freezing though! Get a clue, when its minus 30 outside, you might want to put the heat on! Bar staff could barely move their fingers to serve drinks!

great place to go for a few beers,it does get very noisy due to the fact that it is right by the airport but it's cool for the kids to see big planes getting ready to land.

Surprisingly delicious. Our family had the nachos ,teriyaki beef and the raspberry spring with blackened chicken..very tasty. Service was good and timely. Would come back when we are around the airport. Ambiance has a nice roadhouse feel without it being too skanky, despite being next to a strip club. Thanks for the food .

I enjoyed it alot. Martina the girl serving us was wonderful very friendly and polite. Loved her service.

Worse experience ever! I went to Canada for the fisrt time and on my way stopped in this place. I ordered a side of mashed potatoes and it was fermented. I gave it to the owner and he didn't even replace it. My husband ordered ribs and it was boiled and bland. He got sick after he ate these ribs. Terrible service. They didn't have nothing on the menu. I will never visit/recommend this place.

The food was good. You recieved more food then you'd expect and the prices were alright even for the beer. Our waitress was nice. We had a good time

Staff was on the ball, never had to wait long for anything. I was also quite surprised as I was there on a UFC night and it wasn't too busy. It was busy but not out of control busy. We shared the mixed fajitas (shrimp, chicken and beef) for a sports bar it was good. Drinks were brought out very fast. The only complaint I could say I have is that the patio is a great place to enjoy your night if you like the sounds of planes taking off and landing quite frequently. But I should have expected that considering you can see the airport from the patio. Lol

Typically like this place but have had less than stellar service last few times I've been here. Order came out incorrect and due to timetable didn't have time to wait for it to be fixed. Fairly good food is keeping the rating at a 3.

Visit this place with a group of 14. This place is massive, lots of TV and projectors showing various sports games. We got moved to private pool room to accommodate us all.

Food: Food here is good and average for what you would expect from a sports bar and grill.

Atmosphere: atmosphere here was top notch with pool tables available to kill time while waiting for food to come.

Service: Service is okay, only one waitress was serving a group of 14 and even though she did her best, it took quite some time to get us our drinks.

Came here with some work associatea to unwind after a long week.

I will say, the wings are tasty and great, however a situation where I literally had a drink dropped on me and little done to rectify situation has resulted in me not recommending this place.

Nothing was done to address it, nor was the drink comped.

Would not go again.

Good ambience for the Raptors game, and the bartender was so sweet that she remembered what I ordered last time! I'll definitely be frequenting Arizona more when I want to watch the Raptors somewhere!

I had amazing service from the bartender Emma, we came here quite often just to see her and be served from her. Excellent service, will definitely be back next time in Canada.

Well...the experience started when we walked in the front door in a sea full of cigarette smoke from the guys standing directly out front of the place smoking. I mentioned the smoking to the hostess but she said "Thats the only place for them to smoke" we get seated and the hostess who just tossed our menus on the table and just walked away sat us at the table closest to the doors. Our server takes our drink order and makes a face when we just want water. We ordered our food and it came pretty quick. The GF had pasta and the garlic bread was hard as a rock, so that got sent back. Wings that I ordered were nothing great. Came with 1 celery stick and 1 carrot. Lol. Her bread got sent back and came back dry. Pasta was over cooked and falling apart. We finally decided that weve had enough and when ready for the bill....waited 10 minutes to get our servers attention as she was talking at the table beside us. When finally paying...I paid cash and she returned to the table with a hand full of change saying "I hope thats enough as i dont have a 5 dollar bill" She short change me buy over a dollar. That turned into her tip and we walked out. DO NOT GO HERE!!..also, it states on the menu that the burgers are "freshly ground beef"..but the server admitted that they were in fact frozen. Servers name is Julia.

Warm beer & $8 cocktail with no garnish plus u have to eat ur pina colada with a plastic spoon instead of drinking it. police all over the place inside and out.2 star just bcuz fish and chips was ok. I definitely will not be visiting again.

Ordered a beer at the bar, then waited 20 minutes for the bartender to take my order for food while she chatted with friends. Great beer selection but poor service. Won t be back, at least at that end of the bar.

Nice service and good food. It was too loud making it very for us to hear each other.

I came here for a quick bite & something to drink. I asked the waitress a few questions about the menu, which she unapologetically couldn t answer. I ended up getting wings. They were cooked well but I m pretty sure I had gotten the wrong sauce. Told the waitress & she just shrugged. I ended up eating them anyway. She also never came over to check on me & I had to request napkins half way through my meal. So, the food was very good but the service was absolutely terrible. THEN I found out that you re automatically charged 20% for tip!

This place used to good. The food and atmosphere is good.But every time I go there the level of service is dropping down:( hopefully the management will address the issue.

Weekend are the days to go. Alot of great people to be around

I went to #ArizonaGrillLounge on Monday to enjoy their 1/2 price Wings special. There was a deep fried #Cockroach at the bottom of the plate of wings. After telling the waitress, she spoke to the manager who directed her to void our bill. You think that the manager would come over to discuss the situation...nope. Not very professional and doesn't inspire confidence that anything will be done to address how this happened or how to avoid this from ever happening. On the way out I was looking for the notice that says how their last #FoodInspection was but it was nowhere to be found. My friend is calling the city inspection department to log a #Complaint.

Used to like this place. Came in today and there's roaches crawling around the beer taps. Told the bartender and showed her the attached picture. The manager couldn't even be bothered to come speak to me, check your food and drinks carefully here.

Its a simple bar with a slight sportish feel. waitresses are nice and the food i had was good...honey mustard wings. Ill probably go back again next time im in town to see how it is.

Great place to check out. Loredana our server was amazing and exceeded our expectations, despite being super busy. definitely going to visit again when at the airport.

One of the best services I have had in a long time. Our waitress Tanya was super prepared and prob the best server I ve seen in Toronto at a bar setting ever. The wings are phenomenal and I highly recommend them over hooters if you like a roaster size wing with some very nice house made sauces. Fries were crispy and my guest loved them. The nachos were excellent as well. Very spacious and even with covid protocols in place there is enough room for you to get a decent table. I will definitely be back. Kudos to management for having such a great and well trained staff.

The service sucks. Me and about 6 friends went to dinner on a Monday night at around 12:30am. The restaurant wasn t crowded yet it took an hour for us to receive our food. To start it took the waitress 15 minutes to get us drinks. The waitress didn t communicate why it took so long until I asked what was the hold up. She never took the initiative to say Hey I m sorry it taking so long but... After asking to speak to the manager she lied and said the manager wasn t there but that she called the manager to get us a 10% discount off the check because the food took so long. After discussing how poor our service was we found out that she was the acting manager and never called anyone. When we asked her name she didn t give it and said to look at the receipt. When asked what s the manager s name for the following day she gave a fake name. Instead of apologizing about her lack of communication she placed all of the blame on the cook. We tried to explain that it was her job to communicate that there was long wait on the food instead of having us sit wondering why it s taking so long. To make matters worse she brought out the wrong food so my friend never ate. She messed up a damn salad! This was the worse experience I ve ever had at a restaurant.

Food was stale and service was slow. Others got served faster.
