Amazing service, beautiful waiters, and great tasting steak!!!

Don't eat here. They served us rotten chicken.
It's okay for drinks but get bottles not draft.

Food it was good. But the restaurant isn't clean, the glass for beer it was dirty. Staff it's okay.

The level of unprofessionalism showcased by the Manager is despicable.

Great staff and lively night for Saturday.

We came in for the first day of the world Cup. I've been a server myself so I understand the hardships of being understaffed and overwhelmed. The staff was very friendly so no problems there. Despite how busy it was the service was severely subpar. Took 30 minutes to get drinks. (Multiple tables came in after us and we're served before). I am no way a coffee snob and this was the first coffee I've ever had in my life that I couldn't finish because it was so bitter. Even asking for the bill took 25 minutes. Would not recommend, will not be coming back.

They have pool tables, dance floor, patio etc.the service is great, not sure why some reviews are knocking them. Good music. Food is phenomenal. They have the half price appetizer every day at certain times. Quality of food is great, and good portions. I was taken care of by Alora, one of the very awesome servers there this night. She was friendly and attentive and really made me decide to come back again. The establishment is really cool, and the decor is pretty awesome. I definitely recommend it. #winabbqatarizonas

We first came here 3 years ago when we were staying the night at a local hotel before leaving for our vacation. We all recall the food being delicious and the service to be excellent. It was a great start to our vacation. I recall contacting the restaurant and telling them so.

Last year we returned given the first experience. We found the food that visit to be fair and the service to be ok. Nothing to write home about. Nothing to write to the restaurant and commend them on.

Tonight was one more step away from our first experience. One dinner was very poor...one could tell the food had been cooked on a dirty grill from the taste and smell of the food. Two of the dishes that had rice were found to be partially hot and partially cold. The server was attentive and friendly. She was apologetic about the grilled dinner. The manager comped one dinner with out question. That was good. It would have meant more had the manager come to speak to us and get more details and engage us in our experience.

One other thing that we noticed...and not to sound like whiners: we noticed some of the servers running their hands through their hair, then serving meals. A little unappealing to see.

As we walked back to the hotel we agreed maybe it is time to try the dining room in the hotel.

This place has some of the best food in the city. service is exceptional.

Not good. Dirty bar. Napkins on floor. Tables so thick with grime they don't clean. Windows and mirrores filthy. ..food waany grest either. ..

Loved everything but the nachos. They were soggy. Everything was fantastic beyond that.

This has to be the most eclectic place I have ever been. The clientele, the wait staff, the food is all worth seeing just to experience it. Good beer selection too

I know a lot of people who come here on a regular basis but I don't see why. We had to repeat ourselves to the waitress multiple times, an order placed with a no onions request was loaded with onion, and the wings tasted like fish. Nothing was done about the food issues even after bringing it up. Then to follow that, 2 out of 3 of us were sick with stomach issues that night and the next day. Maybe it's just me but I've never had a good experience here and I think I've given them the benefit of the doubt too many times

A favorite place for my friends to meet, the food is served very quickly, and always with a well manners server, Beer is cold and reasonably priced.
Close to the airport for a quick bit before you catch a flight, without paying those airport prices. I like this place

Dreadful. 15+Minutes before being greeted at our table for beverage service. I actually had to go and request to be served. Lamb Chops were fair to good. Pizza not wood fired as was described when requesting if that is how it was prepared - pretty much the sames as gas station pizza but not quite that good. Chicken burger is unedible really bad..... Impossible to get a 2nd beverage - server never returned to check on our food or offer any additional service. Again had to get up and find server - to then have to request 2 times before getting a manager. Chicken burger was removed from bill and generous 10% discount applied to bill. Then to find an additional beer that was not available on my check which was removed after requesting to not be charged - would have appreciated a 2nd but remember couldn't get a 2nd drink as the server never returned. Place was not busy pretty much empty on Friday night at 8:00 PM and had plenty of staff just wandering around...

Wings are good. Don't get to adventurous with the menu

Despite having a great time here, it wasn't due to the food, service or atmosphere. This is not a location I would look to go to again. The food was standard pub fare, frozen then fried, service was slow and unhappy to be there. I still had a great time with the company I had.

Dirty disgusting for a huge establishment. Still people's sweat on the glass from the evenings before. Health inspectors should visit more often. The servers where hiding and customer service sucked. Actually felt unwelcome. Cold food. Beginning for my bill to pay... I hope the dollar tip explains my dissatisfaction. Stay away.

I always look forward to coming here while I'm visiting and staying by the airport.

Friendly staff who've been there a bit (no, not a negative and they aren't that old).

Place just never fit me great - end up there due to a buddy. They take advantage of location and turnover.

Many large screens, am sometimes puzzled as to who picks the channels but always willing to change one to my choice.

Food is good, nice selection of beers on tap. Last visit, paid full price for happy hour items and server rang through my bill at $38 for a $30 tab, then said she couldn't fix it. Otherwise, this would be a 4 star rating.

Teribble management, if your playing UFC you should have the UFC sound on, huge place with dumb mamagement and even worse servers, wings were good, but im definatly wont recommend

A nice place to watch the game and have a beer with friends, comprehensive menu which you can almost always find something you like on, and excellent service.

Good place. Can get a little loud outside with the airplanes taking off or landing. But that's not the fault of the restaurant

Great service, very reasonable prices ... especially for Toronto. Food is always hot and well-prepared. Many tasty entrees and good portions. I've been going here for over 20 years and the standards haven't changed. Comfortable. Frank runs a tight ship, but he's fair with his staff so I've been told and witnessed first hand. My favourite restaurant for years.

Had there Oyster special today were fresh good food to dine in

This place has improved a lot since we were here last, a couple years ago. Food is ok, atmosphere is awesome, servers are really helpful and sweet. We'll be back.

Super Mediocre Food.
Staff were amicable but seemed to prefer to hang out with each or friends than tend to patrons.
It is a comfy place for drinks and more drinks, not a great sit down meal place.

Love the wings. Wish they had more flavors. They are always busy, but we never had to wait for a table.

The place in itself isn't that bad. There are several spaces, one with music and a small dancefloor for people to dance, one that looks more like a pub and a restaurant side. We were sitting in the restaurant side. The washrooms are falling apart. One of the doors for a stall was off its hinges and just resting on the side. There was paper all over, and the automatic flushing system wasn't working so all of them were gross.
But that's not the worst. I met the most inattentive and non-costumer oriented server.
She pause our order to fix her lipstick. When we couldn't get her attention after maybe 20 minutes of waiting, we called another servet to place our order. She came back and argued with us about it! Later, she brings two glasses of water, I take one. My friend on the other side of the table (we were 6),orders one, and she yells at us that she brought two, and that we should pass it to her, because she wasn't going to bring another one for nothing!
I was shocked with her rudeness and lack of spirit of service.
Never again.

Excellent customer service with food of reasonable quality

One of our company got sick from bad lettuce in the salad, place was full of flies, and washrooms were disgusting. Would never go there again.

NOT THE BEST PLACE TO WATCH FIGHTS BEEN THERE 2 TIMES FOR UFC FIGHTS WITH LOTS OF FRIEND'S NEVER HAD THE VOLUME UP INSTEAD PLAYED SOME DRUGIE MUSIC WHICH I NEVER HEARD IN MY LIFE THE SERVERS WERE NOT THAT HELPFULL AT ALL .I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR UFC NIGHT OR BOXING
