It's very cozy place, nice music, servers very friendly and helpfully, food is okay but the prices little bit high. Other that that is highly recommended for friends meeting.

Found pieces of glass in my water not happy about that!

No coasters were given out for our prints.

Music was good. Food was okay. A bonus for serving food until 2 a.m. Wasn't too packed and our server was quick and attentive.

Had a fun time watching the Raptors game with the locals. I was staying at a nearby hotel on a business trip and was looking for a place to unwind. Service at the bar was excellent. The place was slammed due to all of the patrons watching the game. An extra call out (kudos) to Loredana who kept the drinks flowing and was very friendly to all of the patrons that entered. She never stopped moving the entire time I was there! Also, thanks to Miko, a friendly local, for picking up the tab! I've been to many bars/restaurants on business trips. This place was fun and friendly. Full disclosure, I didn't try the food.

Manager (Ola) needs to be retrained in hospitality and treat customers with respect. This lady obviously has no respect for customers she approaches people with aggression and has no respect towards customers. She is the worst manager I've ever encountered. Whoever owns this establishment should regret hiring her for she is rude and disrespectful. However all the other staff are great. Me and my friends have been going to Arizona's for a long time and OLA has made the place horrible for customers who have any issues.

Always a good choice if you are hungry and find yourself near the airport. They would have gotten a 5 if their parking was better. Very crowded.

Lots of TVs for watching sports. Usual Roadhouse experience.

Half price wings! But something went wrong and our order came out pretty late (45 minutes.. maybe that's normal?).

My buddies and me have been coming here for a loooong time, and I love this place. The nachos are amazing, and they have free pool. Not a big sports guy, but it's a great spot just to hang out.

The food is a little basic but cooked well. Drinks are nothing fancy but good enough. The staff are young and pert. So nothing you can complain about.

Nice, quiet and fun place. We were 10 people and had a separated room with our own pool table. It was so nice! The service was good and fast!
The reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because 5 of us got sick and had stomach issues that night and the following day. What a shame!

The worst experience ever. Very disappointed with the service. The server that served us was very slow and felt like she was least intsrested in doing her job. She was so distracted. All the other servers includinv the manager were busy doing their own thing and didn't bother to come check up on us. Had to draw their attention even after which we were ignored most of the time. The dishes that we were served in was not clean. Had to wait 15 minutes to get it changed.

The food is genuinely good and have many pool tables around the lounge, although cue's are crooked and balls are missing or doubled, the environment let's you enjoy everything. Everytime I have been (3) they have been "under staffed" so waiting for food, drinks and figuring out who has to pay what... is very frustrating. This place is great if it's a lady minute thing.

Been around for a long time, and still makes great pub fare. Sweet spot for watching the games and more...

Great taco salad, Angela and Shannon are two of the best servers I've had. Highly proficient, super friendly. I'd come back for sure.

Great airport area bar and grill. Good service, great wings, excellent spot to watch the game and pool tables if you like to play.

Arizona cheddar burger was great and the service friendly. Seemed to.have a good atmosphere with travelers and locals enjoying themselves. The bathroom however was heinous. I dont have high expectations of a burger and beer joint but someone clearly wasn't paying attention to the details.

Before going I read the reviews about this place and I wasn't very impressed but I still went there for a birthday. I thought maybe it wasn't as bad as people were saying. Nooo!! The place definitely has potential, huge inside very nice.
But everything else is so disappointing, the food is not good. The nachos taste like soap! The drinks pure water!! I went w a group of girls to celebrate a birthday so expected to have some great drinks. Spent large money on drinks and didn't even get tipsy!! Won't go back!! Very disappointing!!

Used to be great atmosphere and fun place with average pub grub. Lack of building maintenance and cleaning has left it a dirty, broken shadow of its' former self. The floors are sticky, the pool cues have no tips and the billiard balls do not have complete sets.

Bartenders have a tendency to over serve drinks so watch out for overly intoxicated patterns.

Visited with work colleagues twice for parties. Has some wide open rooms, reasonably good for casual parties with drinks. Food is decent but generally overpriced (though not crazily so). Service is decent, environment is good, overall just a normal average place.

Nice venue... but that's it, they mabe racist too, or just stupid.. our perhaps both. In any case not the type to review places but.. this place is just disappointing not only because of its poor management and service now but is sad to see all of this locations good points go to waste on account of brain dead understaffed servers. Can't waste any more of my life on this place plus I see the reviews about roaches now.. wouldn't doubt it.

Wings aren't as great as they used to be....they've shrunk in size and suicide has mellowed out.

Which ever lady is the general manager should not have a job. Such a disorganized place I will never host a party at this place again! I m disgusted with how poor the managerial skills are in this restaurant!

Service was terrible, we were with a large group (14) and it seemed as though they gave us a waiter with the least experience. When I asked about the option I was thinking of ordering she read back to me word for word from the menu and to my surprise it came with fries which she didn't tell me and I would have changed had I known.
Another of our group didn't receive one of the items she ordered and ended up with half a dinner.
Lots of other better similar options in the vicinity, don't waste your money here, service REALLY BAD food mediocre.

The food and staff are a hit and miss. Sometimes it's great and sometimes not so much. I like the location, so I'll keep going there.

nothing special. had a drink from here, some pretty looking blue thing. it had absolutely no alcohol in it, was super small and over priced. the nachos were not properly layered, just a mountain of chips with topping dumped on top of them. lastly, no bottomless drinks, meaning you have to pay $3 for every pop/soda you drink! service was decent though.

I usually don't like to give poor reviews, hit this one is an exception. Let's start with their Organic burger, it felt like the buffer was in the freezer for over a year, super dry and no flavour. Our waitress was high as a kite, bit manage to get our orders right. She picked up the dirtyplates from the table in front of us and left it on the table next to us and didn't pick it up till we were done with our food. This one goes down as the lowest review I have ever given.

Good food and good service from breakfast to late nite meals. They've been around for many years and we've been going there for many years.

Some old lady came out (think was manager) and was extremely rude . Will never go back , and for my next meeting we will surely go to hooters, even my co workers thought it was a mess.

Me and my work friends have been visiting this restaurant for ten years or more.
Great place, the service is good, and the food is pretty good too.
Summer patio is great and the actual venue is huge, with pool tables and lots of seating room.
We have had work parties here, and often visit for lunches.
Never really been here for a party evening, so I can only comment about the before 5pm venue etc. :-)
