Wow! Great experience! Incredibly friendly staff! We had a 1 bedroom suite which had a great amount of space. Table for 6, plus seating for 8 in the living room. Nice fireplace. Beautiful full kitchen, even a washer and dryer.

The daily resort fee covers you to use the property all day on checkout. We when and skied, then came back and relaxed in the hot tub and used the full locker room to take a shower amd clean up before driving back to Denver.

Will definitely stay here again!

I love photographing weddings at Westin Riverfront! The ceremony space is along the river with great views of Beaver Creek Mountain. Great access to portrait locations and easy access for guests. Great staff too! Highly recommended!

This was our first time in Vail Valley, so I don't have anything to compare the Westin Riverfront to. That said, it was a very nice resort, but left a little to be desired in terms of food offerings. There was nothing wrong with the service or with the room. We had a wonderful one bedroom suite with a fully equipped kitchen and stacked washer-dryer set. It was really nice. What we longer for were more eating options.

I visited with my two sons (9 and 2). On the first night we decided to do in-room dinning. I tried calling room service several times but nobody picked the phone up. I called the concierge but they couldn't find anybody in the kitchen. my husband ended up going in person. The food came in microwave trays. It clearly has been cooked long time ago and reheated. The next day, we tried to do delivery to the hotel but you cannot get anything delivered apart from "domino's" for some reason (yes, that is what the concierge said...). Basically, forget about eating at the hotel (plane food is better than that) or having any kind of useful assistance from the hotel management to be able to get food...no the place you want to be with young kids.

This place is definitely not worth the money, especially in summer time (~$400/nt). I can only imagine what they charge during ski season. We wanted to visit Vail while we were in CO anyways and always choose a Marriott hotel as we are rarely disappointed with the hotel chain. Don't get me wrong, this is a great hotel, nice amenities, big rooms and such, but with not much to do in town, I cannot comprehend how they can command such a high price in the off season. This is a skiing area, so with no snow on the ground, there is very little to do. This should be a $200/nt stay at this time of the year. Besides what to say about the parking and resort fees, really??? I don't consider myself "cheap", but there has to be an inherent value in the money you spend and this place was just not worth it in the end. There were also a lot of pets in the hotel and I do love my dogs, but vacations are where you leave your responsibilities at home, not bring them with you. I realize this area caters to the wealthy, but come on, walking your dog around in an Adidas jumpsuit make you both look ridiculous.

We were there for my son's wedding. After verifying several times before we were placed in the wrong room. Not in the area we requested. The staff would do nothing to adjust the problem. The wedding coordinator was a total waste. She knew none details of the event. She couldn't even tell us where the activities were taking place. Most of the staff were unfriendly and could not have cared less whether we were taken care of.

I have stayed here before and had a great time, however this trip has left me feeling like I will NEVER come back. There are plenty of other high-Star luxury resorts in Eagle & Summit County and you will not be getting my business again.

I booked here to get away on a relaxing trip and found nothing but stress as I stayed here.

1) Since my last stay I have changed to a vegetarian diet. The menu here is very limited for vegetarian diet, and the few options on the menu are mushroom dishes or a salad. I like mushrooms, but for 3 days straight? No thank you. The Mushroom French dip was so terrible I just ended up at the grocery store and purchased my own food for the remainder of my stay. For a 5-star hotel with a renowned, chef I d like to think you could at least provide a more diverse, meat-free menu. Many of your local competitors have better accommodations for those on a vegetarian or vegan diet.

2) I had 2 instances where I needed assistance during the evenings and the girl at the front desk was not pleasant to work with. Same girl, 2 nights in a row. In one instance I had unfortunately been locked out of my room when I went to place the room-service waste out in the hallway. (Totally my fault, my mistake.) I m in my pajamas, no shoes or socks, No underwear, and no mask. So in order to not be inappropriate and show my body, I cover myself with my arms and use my pajama shirt as a make shift mask for Covid safety. I go downstairs and wait in line behind someone getting checked in who is NOT wearing a mask- the gal at the desk says NOTHING to the woman not wearing a mask. Another woman was in front of me, and after I stepped in line and a man and older boy stepped in front of me. The woman before me said to the front desk girl she was after me. And this front desk person chooses to help the two men start checking in. She looks at me and says You need a mask. Can I get you a mask? I said No I have masks in my room. I ve been locked out of my room, I just need help with a key. She says nothing and proceeds with helping the two guys who cut in front check in, while I m standing there barefoot in my pajamas covering my chest and attempting to hide my face inside my shirt- in front of many other people who are actually in the line behind me. This is not the quality of service I have come to expect from a resort of this caliber and I will not bring my business here again.

3) The gal at the salon who did my eyebrows was great. The process felt safe during a time when things can be scary. She was friendly, professional and did a fantastic job.

4) despite the bad food at the Mayan, the gentleman that helped me on the first night of my stay was very friendly and pleasant to work with.

Christina at the front desk went above and beyond the call of duty. She provided exceptional customer service and I wouldn t stay at any other hotel than this one. She rolled out the red carpet and Westin should be happy to have her as an employee as she is an asset to the organization.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was very nice with a full kitchen and pretty view! The pool and hot tubs were amazing! Food is mostly good and it was convenient to have Starbucks! We didn t have a good experience at Maya, but the manager made it up to us and was very friendly about it! Definitely recommend staying here!
