Pessimo servizio. Call center completamente inefficiente. Ore di attesa al telefono e nemmeno si riesce a parlare con qualcuno. L'addetto al centralino quando gli ho esposto il problema mi ha risposto che lui ha fatto presente la cosa e che bisogna rassegnarsi.

Per avere poi la concreta assistenza, a partire dalla segnalazione telefonica, passano settimane se non MESI!
Morale: sono finito a bere acqua in bottiglia per 2 mesi.
