Nobody ever answers the toll-free number for complaints.
Nobody ever answers to the PEC.
Nobody ever answers to the FAX.
I hope that the judiciary will intervene for the money that ABC (Acqua Bene Comune) takes without providing the service and without carrying out repairs. Leaving 4 buildings without water and with disabled inside is criminal.
One star is too much.
We await an intervention by the institutions.
