sent a complaint both by pec of the lawyer and by fax with the attached complaint form that can be downloaded from their website for an incorrect bill.
After 1 month still no answer.
They charged me an adjustment of 5 years ago (2016) when the walls also know that if more than 2 years is absolutely not due to the law enacted in 2018. The assistant instead reported to my father (elderly person) that it had to be paid equally (to avoid probable troubles). They tried ..... waiting for an answer (for now in vain)
