I await the change of the counter of my mother, almost ninety years old and who receives social pension, from July 2017. In the meantime, bills on presumed consumption arrive, all obviously in 2 and 3 range, and therefore exorbitant. Every time I call the Call Center, the incompetent on duty sends me back after a month, fifteen days, after the summer, after Christmas, and gives me completely useless reminder numbers. Since the arin became ABC, the service has been really bad, typically southern.
