Terrible, they have a toll-free number that cannot...

Terrible, they have a toll-free number that cannot be called from Cell, they don't have the courtesy to answer a fixed number. For a one-box contract, they keep the deposit despite the debit in cc. And they apply high rates of 15 euros per month only for fees ... other than water, common good, WATER WELL OF THE MUNICIPALITY, what a disappointment
