Hours of waiting on the phone and no one answers. What a shame. If I were part of a company and read all these reviews I would rather work to improve the service. But apparently there isn't even a bit of pride. It is enough to collect the money that PURTROPPO an honest person nevertheless disbursed in order not to run into problems of various types !!!!!
