They came out to fix my lead glass windows and did a fantastic job! They were very professional and cleared everything up nicely. They listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

So I'm one of those picky people when it comes down to getting something done for my home. I wanted quality work at a fair price. I always shop around and I had three companies in mind. Shower doors of Houston, Mr. Glass, and Arc glass were my choices. Avoid Shower Doors of Houston. They try to over charge big time and communication is horrible. Mr. Glass has fair competitive prices whom I have used in the past and was satisfied with their work but couldn't fit my schedule. Now for Arc glass, I was extremely satisfied. Brian came in spent time with me gave me my options. I could already tell I was dealing with professionals. He didn't come across as salesman trying to make a sale but more so someone who took pride in his profession. Everything was quoted and communicated to me via email with Rachel who was great. Day of installation came and two gentleman came to install on time and insured a clean job by laying down blankets on my carpet and wore booties to cover their shoes. Not sure about others but this level of service speaks volumes. They made the install look like a breeze and were very courteous. I will definitely use them again and I have referred them to friends.

Don't know yet if their work is good - my complaint is about their initial process. I'm in process of selling my house and had them come out to measure a window with a broken pane. Heard nothing for 10 days and called to follow up - the girl says she sent me an invoice and if I pay it or 50% of it they will order the glass. I asked where she sent the invoice and she reads me the wrong email address (there's a d in the middle of the address, which I always point out to people). If I had never called, I guess nothing would have happened on this???

Arc glass came to fix a kitchen window. Not only were they a great price but the service was prompt and speedy (done within an hour) and the workers were friendly, including to my two dogs. Thanks for a great experience!

Great company to work with. Very response to the customer's needs. As a remodeling contractor I use and recommend them to everyone of my customers. They are prompt with their service and do what they say.

All I can say is wow! Amazing company to work with. Had a break in at my business, called them first thing in the morning... within 30 minutes they were there to take measurements and within an hour had a new window installed. All before I even opened for business. Definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

I am very pleased with ARC Glass for the installation of 53 pieces of insulated Low-E glass in my house. They replaced the gas-filled, double-paned glass that had failed, which was installed by another company when the house was built about 18 years ago. They were prompt, professional and courteous. Can t ask for anything more!

ARC Glass recently installed a frameless shower door and panels for our master bath remodel. They exceeded my expectations on many areas - and that's not easy to do. Their front office was tremendous - very knowledgeable about their business, provided a thorough explanation of every aspect of the job and kept their word to follow up - great communication all the way around. Installation was completed as expected.

Just went in for a couple of cut pieces of glass they were quick awesome and a great little store to go into

My experience with Arc glass WAS fantastic! Professional, prompt, and customer service driven! After arriving to home ON TIME! They looked at my broken windows and said I was quoted for a larger size. They called the company to explain the error and saved me 80 bucks! Now that is what I call excellent customer driven service. I highly recommend using this company! Thanks Arc, you have gained my business.

An excellent experience for a difficult job. They replaced two glass doors on two different contemporary cabinets re-using the hardware from both shattered doors. They look great and fit perfectly. Plus, Arc Glass is local, family owned business and very professional.

Absolutely great service and install! Had Devin and Reggie do the install and it went smooth and quick. Changed from a framed shower to a frameless and after the install I couldn't even see where the old frame was screwed into the tile. The quote was well done and the final product was exactly what I wanted. Looks great!

Our business was broken into overnight. We called in to place a service call around 9 am. Brian came out took measurements and had our door and overhead door taken care of by 1 pm. Excellent customer service and friendly technician. Would definitely recommend.

Daniel and Matt just brought the glass shelves for my curio cabinet that had been broken in our move to Texas from Louisiana. They took extra care to clean the glass before putting them in and didn't rush. They were both very friendly and professional. I had looked and gotten bids from others and they took time to explain the options available and allowed me to make the choice. I'm very pleased with the workmanship and experience of dealing with ARC. HIGHLY recommend.

Most competitors wouldn't leave a 5 star review, but these people were a pleasure to deal with. If you're in the area, this is your best option. Thank y'all!
