So I'm one of those picky people when it comes down to getting something done for my home. I wanted quality work at a fair price. I always shop around and I had three companies in mind. Shower doors of Houston, Mr. Glass, and Arc glass were my choices. Avoid Shower Doors of Houston. They try to over charge big time and communication is horrible. Mr. Glass has fair competitive prices whom I have used in the past and was satisfied with their work but couldn't fit my schedule. Now for Arc glass, I was extremely satisfied. Brian came in spent time with me gave me my options. I could already tell I was dealing with professionals. He didn't come across as salesman trying to make a sale but more so someone who took pride in his profession. Everything was quoted and communicated to me via email with Rachel who was great. Day of installation came and two gentleman came to install on time and insured a clean job by laying down blankets on my carpet and wore booties to cover their shoes. Not sure about others but this level of service speaks volumes. They made the install look like a breeze and were very courteous. I will definitely use them again and I have referred them to friends.

*** I am writing this review a year later from the actual install. I waited to see if I ever had any problems or leaks with their work before posting a review. Happy to say there are none ***
