Fast response, high quality service. All the other reviews you see about this place are correct The pricing may seem a little high at first but you do have to remember that you're paying for a person's travel to lug all their equipment to you compared to bringing your vehicle to their shop - totally worth the additional cost. I had my headlights restored and they look brand new, would highly recommend this business all the staff I interacted with were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience with All-Star Auto detailing. They were professional and friendly. I bought the gold package as my car had never been detailed before and was quite dirty. It looks great Inside and out. Many people have commented that it looks new!
I had my car detailed by them, with the $250 bronze package ($225 after using the discount code SPRING25). I specifically stated that there was no running water where they would be doing the detailing in my initial appointment request. Day of the appointment I left work early to meet them, only to have them tell me they can t do the wash due to the lack of running water... they had to reschedule for 2 days later at 8am. Pretty annoying that I left work for nothing. A couple days later, the next appointment time rolls around and I receive a text saying they are running late and will call when they arrive. No eta was provided, so I texted back to see what time I could expect them with no response. i eventually called the number and was told they were 40 minutes behind because they got stuck in traffic (it s Boston at 8am... there s going to be traffic, how do you not plan for that?). I had to arrange to leave the keys out for them so they could do the appointment while I was gone.
I came home after they washed the car and found items from my car strewn about my driveway. A knit blanket, water bottle, pack of gum, and ice scraper were just out there in the open. I inspected the car and found numerous places that were clearly not washed- the front grill, behind the mirrors, spots of the roof, etc. Ronald, the owner or manager, had me send photos of the bad spots, admitted that it was a poor job, and offered to come out to finish the work. I told him the last thing I want is to have to sit around and wait (for a third time) for their employees to wash a car, so he offered a 10% coupon on my next appointment (I think he got up to 15% after I told him I wasn t interested in doing business was with him anymore). He refused to apply the discount to the work that was already completed.
Overall just a horrible customer experience; no professionalism on their end, and they didn t even do a decent job washing my car.
I definitely wouldn t recommend using them- go find a detailing service that actually acts like a business instead of a fundraiser car wash.

They offered me a $100 refund in exchange for taking down the review. I politely accepted the refund and stated I would update this review to reflect the refund given. So... here it is: I still wouldn't recommend using this service.

Wow. Ready for your car to look, feel, and smell BRAND NEW? The silver package is a little pricey for the detail, but the leather in your car will look like it's never been sat in. Definitely a "get what you pay for"
I have had fantastic hand detailing before, but All-Star is in a different league.
But the Exterior is where they really take it to the next level. I highly recommend the clay treatment (alternative to wax). The "freshly detail shine" withstood several rains and even a snow. Sure there were water spots after it rained the first time, but the shine on the car was still impeccable. From 5 feet away it looks like you just washed it, even 6 months later.
Can't recommend these guys enough. I have always gone for the silver package because the protective exterior treatment helps against paint fading and other weathering issues.
Scheduling is a problem. After I confirmed my appointment, they reached out to me to ask if I would be open to changing my appointment date and time. I was flexible and agreed. Then they cancelled on me last minute the day of my appointment and said they would follow up to reschedule. A week later, no follow up. So I followed up with them and they said they could fit me in in two weeks - three week from my original scheduled (and confirmed) appointment. The worst part is, they were completely unapologetic about all of it. It is just bad business. But hopefully, they will figure things out in the future.

My original appointment was at 11:40, booked a week in advance. They texted and rescheduled for 1:30. Missed that appointment and said they'd be there by 2:30. Missed that one and finally at 3:15 I cancelled. Ridiculous.
I set high expectations for cleanliness and All-Star met them. Also the line of communication was very thorough. I didn't feel like it was a big business or that I was having an automated experience. I'll definitely be using their service again.
Had the car detailed inside and out and it came out great. I live in the city, so it was challenging for the guys but they were kind and patient making sure they did a thorough job - they stayed about an hour longer than estimated. Highly recommend their services.
These guys have literally gotten 99.9% of the stains that s been in my car (from my kid) for 3 years right out. They were right on time and prompt! They pay extreme attention to detail, you must go to them!!!!
I had an issue with rats pooping under the hood of my car, to the point where it smelled inside the car whenever I turned the fan on. They came out and cleaned all of the rat poop and my engine looks beautiful. Plus they noticed that my car had a bunch of bird droppings on it, and they were able to clean that too! The price was quite reasonable for the amazing work they did and I can t thank them enough!

Have used All Star Mobile twice now and, for the most part, they have been outstanding. I ordered a clay bar and exterior detail and the attention to detail was bar none. For my second detail I went with the silver package to clean out some of the interior grime that had built up. Overall, the detail was good but this time the attention to detail less so. The rims were left unbuffed and the lower part of the rear bumper and some places under the door handles were missed as well. Given the price of details I do expect better attention to detail. However, the staff have always been kind and the customer service great. I will still continue to use All Star. Hopefully, at the next detail no spots will be forgotten :)

Had my car detailed for the third time by All-Star Mobile. Ronald and his colleague did a spot on job just like the first time I used their service. As always, he provides great communication before, during, and after the appointment which is greatly appreciated!
I wrote a review once before, and it holds true on the latest service, received yesterday: Ronald is a consummate professional when it comes to detailing, and he also knows how to deliver excellent customer service. He braved the threat of rain and did a superb job on my small SUV. When I took the car off the showroom floor brand new three years ago it didn't look as good as when Ronald finished detailing it -- my car has never looked better. Bravo to Ronald for a superb job!
Cannot recommend Allstar Mobile Detailing enough! They cleaned the interior of both of our cars (we have kids, so our cars were a MESS!), and made them look completely brand new. The team did a fantastic job! Any questions I had were quickly answered, scheduling and adjustments were easy. The team made communication before and after very convenient! The quality of detailing was excellent and required pretty much no effort from me, just needed water and electricity- otherwise they were thoroughly working away for 3 hours on the itnernal and external parts of the car. They waited for us to see it before they left to ensure we were happy and we were. Everything went so smoothly! I live in downtown, so was slightly concerned about street parking, but it ended up being super easy. Ronald and his colleague were meticulous, and spent tons of time on my FILTHY car. They were so kind, and added on a few services at no extra cost to me. I have used All-Star Mobile Auto Detailing for the second time on two different vehicles. They arrived within our scheduled time and cleaned the interior of my vehicle. The first time I used them they removed all the dog hair that I couldn't remove from the back seat of the vehicles. The second time they were as exceptional with their services, the owner arrived to inspect the vehicles and to ensure the service was within company standards and I also appreciated that. I will be contacting them for my exterior detail and scratches to be removed from my vehicle in the next few weeks again. My trunk button didn't work and somehow it works now, so I have thrilled about how they managed to get it to work. I didn't have to stay while they cleaned my vehicle. I reside in a complex and they were providing the service as I was occupied in the house and texted me when they were about 10 minutes away from being done. Awesome service and I recommend them. Thank you for the vehicle souvenirs as well.

I called All-Star after my dog had a very disgusting accident in my brand new car. They set me up with an appointment in less than 2 hours. Omar cleaned everything perfectly, better than brand new. I made the mistake of parking my car under a big pine tree that was dripping sap, for a whole week! The guys did a wonderful job in removing a lot of the ugly looking sap from the car. After applying wax and sealant, the car looks like new now!
These folks are incredible. I spilled an entire gallon of apple cider directly underneath the driver seat and didnt realize until 2 days later on my way to work when it had fermented so badly that I thought someone had taken my car for a joy ride while i was sleeping.
I was originally a little bummed that the day available was a few days out, but after experiencing the service i have no doubt that they were truly booked full until my appointment date. I work long hours so i needed the job done early in the morning to be available by the afternoon and they certainly delivered. While it was clearly an improvement on the fermented apple smell, there was the thought that it may need a second round of treatment which they offered completely free of charge. Sure enough they were right, and they came out within 24 hours of the 2nd round request and even let me keep the machine overnight so that it could get the full time running needed and they picked it up in the morning. Ronald was fantastic, and super educational as well, easily able to explain why certain things may be a better idea than others. It was overall, a seamless and referral-worthy experience with this company/group. 10/10 gonna call them again for my inevitable next spill
sidenote: They were also kind enough to give me an update that the arrival time was a little later than anticipated, which was refreshing given the mobile services and contractors i've dealt with in the past year who never give updates and act incredulous when you ask them to at least keep you up to speed.

All-Star Mobile Auto Detailing was fantastic from start to finish! Ronald promptly and patiently answered my questions over Yelp messaging after my request for a quote and found a time for the appointment with only two days notice. When he arrived at the garage in my building, he explained what he planned to do and answered my questions. The 13-year old car had never had a professional cleaning and Ronald made it sparkle! He worked to clean every inch and now it looks and smells amazing! He also did a headlight restoration, which made the headlights significantly brighter, and I feel much safer driving at night now. I couldn't have higher praise for these folks. My girlfriend had an entire large bottle of soy sauce upend on the passenger seat of her brand new car during a move. She was absolutely distraught. The appointment process was incredibly easy to navigate and follow-up was immediate and impressively thorough. I was able to book an appointment after 8pm on a Saturday for 9am the next day. Ronald showed up right on time, was so friendly, professional, and polite, and did an absolutely incredible job on the car. Better than brand new.
