They wouldn't give me a letter of homelessness because I wouldn't stay there. They discriminated against me because I am a veteran. It's full of alcoholics and drug addicts (women's mission). The attorney general needs to investigate and close the Everett women's mission down, including getting their state and federal funding pulled. Satan's demons run that place.

Good place for a shower and a hot meal. But beware of the "mini" city that is outside of it. All the garbage, drug usage and stench are quite offensive & the police should really clean it up down there. Just visit and don't stay long, unless you would want old habits to resurface (if you're an ex-user), you'll be using again by morning! 1 picture shows 2 people passed out on the sidewalk under the bridge, totally not accurate. I will be posting proper pictures.

If you enjoy hanging out with the winners that live under the bridge just out the door and to the right than this place is for you. Now that I think of it I should have brought my EX here on our first date LoL would have saved me a fortune.lmfao.... NO seriously if you're down and out and lost everything at least you can eat take a shower and mabey if you're lucky you can win a bed for the night. They do there beds on a lotto system on the computer so it doesn't matter if your the first or the last on the list. GOOD LUCK

If you are in need of a short term or even a longer stay, and are truly in need, the Everett Gospel Mission may suit your needs. Warm, dry, place to stay, the food is free, showers free and a change of clothes all free.

Staff is rude, looks unkempt, smells like urine outside security is a joke sitting on phone while being harassed by homeless had to wait along time to donate food and was not greeted too busy smoking cigarettes.. Will find another way to donate myself and food.

It might be in a sketchy part of town and can be a bit intimidating at times, but the help they give is amazing. If it wasnt for the EGM idk where our town would be our citizens are in good hands with this organization.

Too much to say..The staff are awesome! No names, that's up to you, and caring in ways that simply go unnoticed on much of the outside world. The facility is kept massively clean and orderly by intake volunteers. The food is always on point! But what always stands out for me as one who receives services, is the outside community that donates everything from food, to clothing (wow), shoes and toiletries, something we just couldn't always get that easy on the outside. Gratitude is the attitude.

Free meals that are not bad, showers are open to the public everyday from 2:30-4:00 and they give out clothes at shower time, but clientele is shady things are stolen all the time if you go there DO NOT LET ANY POSSESSION OUT OF YOUR SIGHT FOR A SECOND.

Needs more staff to help the community to stay safe and warm and less people on the street and more helpful when people are needing help to get the help they need to be safe from doing drugs also provide support for people who need housing support them from being out side when it is not safe to be

I was checking the place out & I found out the food is great better then what most of us eat everyday. Only bad thing is the place is full and no one can ever get in if they are stranded or homeless. Outside there is people shooting dope in their necks & smoking Meth. It's a complete death trap for anyone that's hit hard times. We need to fund better programs for these poor people. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy's. It's hell on earth.

This place isnt a good place to stay, the CEO, is not a good person, she puts on airs, she has her Favorites, as she was back in High School, she likes people who have done drugs, she doesn't help the ones that are down & out, someone should investigate this place & shut all the houses down

If you need help without being judged because of the position you find yourself in, in life the mission can help you with meals, counseling and a place to get warm. Even overnight sleeping in a safe environment. Many of us at some point in life need such a place. Don't be afraid to ask for help! Sometimes it only takes a small boost to get going and others a little more. It's alright, many who work there have experienced homelessness and understand your need(s).

I have had a privilege to stay here in Nov '01 until Oct '02 as part of then Gideons Men under then Maneger Elliot Crawshaw.. It was great place for a lot of people to grow close to the Lord. I'm sad to hear of people not getting what they need with over growth of homeless flooding the area. Forever in my Prayers

EGM is a great place for those in need of a variety of services. With it's very helpful and understanding staff and clean and well run facility, EGM is a bright light in a sometimes dark world. The people of Everett and surrounding communities are VERY FORTUNATE to have such a understanding and giving place. EGM helped save mine and countless other lives!!! Thank you and God bless....

Stopped in with a friend to get a cup of coffee because we had been driving all morning. Staff was very helpful. I noticed how clean it was inside and the patrons that come here were very respectful. Coffee was nice and hot. I also have to say very good and stout....Better than some establishment's where you have to pay for it. Yes, coffee was no charge. Very surprised after my visit. It was not dirty, staff was not rude and the patrons showed more respect than the so called " community ". Thank you for your hospitality Everett Gospel Mission.
