Don't know yet if their work is good - my complaint is about their initial process. I'm in process of selling my house and had them come out to measure a window with a broken pane. Heard nothing for 10 days and called to follow up - the girl says she sent me an invoice and if I pay it or 50% of it they will order the glass. I asked where she sent the invoice and she reads me the wrong email address (there's a d in the middle of the address, which I always point out to people). If I had never called, I guess nothing would have happened on this???
