Great place to pick up, sign it at the very front of building. Very fast, no lumper for me to pay, choke wheels and wait in truck cab. They'll come and get you when ready. Plenty of parking area to camp out.
If you like being lied to and treated like a slave this is the place for you.

Excellent place to deliver, I've delivered here regularly for the last year. I'm gone before my appointment time more often than not. I've only had trouble unloading a couple times, and they were both after storms that caused truck congestion; even then it's faster than other places I've been.
Only complaint stems from other drivers. Drivers wrecked the indoor bathroom so now we have to use the outside porta john.
I LIKED AMI. I ALREADY WAS USED. EVEN THAT I WAS ALWAYS SICK, I LEFT HIM ON A TRIP .
You need to do creative parking. Food market across the street with gpod price.
Watch for backing. Steel braclet can damage your trailer door.
I have come several times at the beginning I had no complaints, a year ago they are terrible for unloading and it has a long delay, the manager is rude and treats you badly, he does not have bathrooms for the transporters and they do not let you enter his establishment, it is lousy this place, the worst opinion for them, never come back

Deliver here regularly, every time I come I always deal with Bob. He's a real great guy and really easy to talk to. What people don't realize is this place isn't just their receiving but delivery, they take the fresh delivery across the street for packaging then they bring it back for shipping. Also the time it takes to unload truly depends on the product you have and how bad they need it. Example: If they need spinach that day, and your apt is at 7am but you got here at 2am and you have spinach, your getting a door at 3am, in and out. Sometimes delivery can take a while but you can usually tell how long it's going to take by the amount of truck's there are. Shipping can take a while but it's FCFS, so don't let your broker's lie to you! Warehouse folk's are great bunch as well. Very direct and forward, can't be a softy, east coast people talk very differently than west coast, so if you have soft feelings, your probably a west coast person.
First time here. Arrived at 04:30 for a 09:00 appointment. Will update after complete. Will say you enter off 2nd street not Williams. After delivery i can say not bad at all. I did have bit of a wait but was 5 hrs early and they had several trucks ahead of me. 11:30 i was out, 2 1/2 hours after my appointment. No problems whatsoever
Great people unloading, some times the wait to get unloaded is long. But won't find a friendlier bunch of people
It was rough in the beginning due to it. Being so cold but now getting use to it and getting to know new people. So on that not it pretty good.

Horible place, had an apointment at 7 am,they gave me a door at 12.30,especially the receiver guy,I think his name is Randy,he has got serious issues,very rude and unprofessional,never coming back,
Checked in at 6:30 am, took 6 hours to unload. When went inside to check how long will take more. Forklift driver started yelling at me. Very very rude with the drivers. They don t have humanity

Only my second time here. No complaints about the people on getting unloaded but some of the people need English lessons. Really, if your living here and working here you really should be willing to speak the language. The other problem was being told to leave the property when I got the bills. But I guess that's pretty much the norm these days...

For the truckers. Checked in at the blue building, which is for shipping next to door 8c. Gave me a dock right away. If backing up into docks 5c-8c you're probably going to have a bit of a tight squeeze (especially newbies). They started loading up about two minutes after docking. The only other major issue around here is the truck height restrictions and truck route restrictions. You have to be very careful where you turn. Everything is very tight and constricted
5 Stars for Customer Service. I usually buy State Garden's Olivia's Organics or Nature's Promise lettuce mix boxes . I called to find out what I can do so they last longer. I had the pleasure of speaking to Aleta. She explained all the factors that can help and apologized for any issues I had. She also sent me some coupons and gift card to replace items that went bad before the expiry date. I appreciate a company that truly appreciates our business.

When get a load ask dispatch pick up time and after that time finish you can able make $30 an hour to detention. Because this facility you can lost ELD hours or restart fresh ELD 10-15 hours sleep easy. I put one stars because Walk Cross the street have market basket supermarket good any foods and $5 whole barbecue chicken enjoyed. Thanks
