Would love to see a show here. However was only able to visit on off season
Red Rocks is one of the best concert venues in the U.S., if not the world. The natural and beautiful setting, excellent acoustics, and stadium seating make every concert I've seen here a joy.
Absolutely worth visiting, and a fantastic concert venue!
It's always a great time to go to red rocks rain or shine. If you want to party go to a lower lot. There is accecible parking near the entrance. Be prepared to walk a lot it's quite a walk for people out of town. I always bring water as long as it is not open I can bring it in.
Did not attend a concert. Came on an off day to take in the sights. Can t believe my family has been driving down 70 for 25+ years and never stopped off to check out Red Rocks. Truly a cant-miss Colorado spot for locals and visitors alike. PRO TIP: The downstairs restrooms in the main rear building are immaculate. Very nice facilities.
Hands down the most amazing music and event venue in the state, if not the entire country. Every view in the place is amazing and most bands that play here really do it up since they know they are in such an iconic venue. Even the hike up from the parking lots to the venue is awesome. Sometimes scoring tickets can be challenging for larger shows so get on top of that if u find a show u want to try to get in on.
Wow all i can say or once in a life time experience
Seeing Mac Demarco play among the rocks and under the stars knocked my socks off
Beautiful grand sights of nature around an astonishing amphitheater. A Must See!
Amazing place with cool trails and views. Good place to work out when there are no events!
One of the best places on Earth to enjoy music and the outdoors!
Best amphitheatre I've ever been to, absolutely amazing venue for all music types
Incredible place to take a look around and get some history. Can't wait to see a show there!
Highly recommended for all ages. Beautiful scenery all around the red rocks park. Bring water you will need it. It s always so clean. The visitors center is amazing teaches you a lot about the park and the Artist who have performed here.
It has great views and its just awesome to see a event from a carved rock place
Best venue in the US. Gorgeous scenery and no matter who plays it'll be a night you'll never forget.
Maybe one of the best outdoor venue locations on Earth, let alone in the US. Seeing someone here is pretty much a must or bucket list experience for sure. Only thing I can knock it for is expensive drinks and food but what concert isn't over priced like a theater
Despite the 2020 music season being postponed the hiking is still wonderful.
This place is absolutely amazing. By the looks on the map, it appeared that we would have to walk forever. Looks are deceiving. We went to see widespread panic it was incredible.
Beautiful natural amphitheatre. Red rocks also has a venue that complements the beautiful views. Bring a sweater, cold or than the valley
Iconic Colorado. Just stop. You will be glad you did. The museum is worth a trip alone, it houses a timeline showing everyone who has played there and has many pictures, maybe even thousands! Don't forget to visit the trading post for those Colorado souvenirs!
Wow what a venue. Sounds was amazing and location was beautiful. Took about an hr to get into the venue so arrive early. General vs reserved seats was a little confusing at first but they displayed messages on the screen where to go. Expect concert prices on food and drinks. No deals here. Overall great experience. Will return and tell all my friends.
Absolutely a must see in this lifetime! Try to wrap your mind around the formation of these rocks. Just an amazing, miraculous and beautiful sight!
Beautiful venue. Great place to visit, even if you go just to walk around when there's no event. They have a little museum showing all the acts that have played there. Gorgeous setting.
Truly one of the best places in the world to be when seeing live music. The ampitheater was clean when I got there, the vendors were plenty and friendly, and the food and beverage selection was nice. Overall a fantastic experience for people of all ages.
Will come back here regularly, humbling place spend an afternoon.
Beautiful. The traffic can be challenging but worth it.
This park is beautiful there is no place I would rather see a show the sun often sets just as the main act is coming on which is magical. if you sit about halfway up, you can even see Denver in the distance. Worth the effort to climb, the steps the museum is also great.
Great place to go see any concert loved ever min I was there
Awe inspiring rock formations surround the man-made theater and seats. There is a nice bar located at the top. Also home to the Colorado Music H.O.F.
Beutiful place for a beginner hike and a little articulated comic book art!
Beautiful!!! We were in Denver in December and had to come see Red Rocks. It is Amazing. We plan to come back and see a couple of concerts in the near future.
Considered one of the top concert venues in the world, if not the best. We saw David Byrne for the fourth time. The acoustics are perfect, the location is beyond beautiful, fantastic views Denver, and a clear, starlit sky. One of the best concerts, in the most beautiful venue in the world.
Tedeschi Trucks concert was amazing! This is a great venue to see any band.
Great venue, acoustics sound awesome, and hard working staff
Great place for a concert. Love the views.
But it's a tough walk for an old person if you are stuck parking in the lower lots. As they do not offer free shuttles for getting up hill.
Amazing experience. Life changing. Being there w your kids, even better.
Beautiful just for the scenery. Can only imagine a concert here.
Been wanting to see Red Rocks since U2's "Under a blood red sky" came out. I started flying in to see Furthur in 2011 and loved it so much that I went back in 12 and 13. It's absolutely the best outdoor venue. With its views and acoustics, you will not be disappointed.
I'm hoping to take my kids and girlfriend in 2017.
Loved this place come here all the time great workout and family fun if you like outdoors
Saw One Republic there...instantly the best concert of my life.
Dope venue for sure. Lived up to the hype. Came for Peter Frampton and Jason Bonham and stuck it out through the rain. Hope to come back for Greta Van Fleet in September.
Enjoyed visiting with family over the holidays! They were doing some construction, but it didn't seem to disrupt our time.
The scenery is beautiful. This natural Amphitheater, made by God, has the most awesome sound. Sunrise ....i's just gorgeous
Um it's Red Rock's this place is amazing! Thru rain, snow, even hail. I've been to at least 20 concerts here and always have a great time! It's like no other experience.
Amazing amazing experience!!!!! So cool to be surrounded by natural beauty and great music. Would recommend to absolutely everyone.
Super place to go for FREE in the Denver area. Beautiful vistas and a music history museum that a real fan could spend hours touring. Drive to the top for the best experience. Grill food is good but a bit pricey. Eat outside weather permitting.
Always a joy and thing of beauty. No matter what time of year always a must when I come to town.
The venue is beautiful. Parking is deplorable
Little help with directions. NO help when leaving parking lots.
Always a great venue for shows. Definitely worth the trail that's nearby for any folks that didn't make it out for a scenic hike with an out of towner. Trail goes from North to South lot and is roughly 1.5 miles one way? Only qualm I have are the poor condition of the port-a-potties in the parking lots....many don't even have toilet seats & no hand sanitizer in the broken down dispensers. It's always like this and has been the whole summer so wasn't just a one-time disappointment.
Great place for open concert. Make sure you avoid the traffic on a concert day. Overall a nice place.
A must go day or night. Beautiful view. Museum and gift store. Food and drink. The best artists and shows
Amazing venue! Amazing atmosphere! Crazy acoustics! 110% recommend that if you've never been to a concert here you need to
Just saw 'The Empire Strikes Back' at Film On The Rocks at Red Rocks. But this time they made it into a drive-in theater. There's nothing like watching Star wars at a drive in theater. Tickets go fast and they may be sold out for any remaining showings. I hope they do this again next year. It's been 30 years since I've been to a drive-in theater. Thank you for doing this.
You have to stay in your car during the movie. You will need a mask to go up to the concession stand and the bathroom (porta potties) or anytime you're outside of your vehicle.
Its an alright place to go just to get some good views.
Surreal way to experience music. If you're passing through the area and just want to see it, swing by for some easy and scenic daytime hikes. Plenty of parking, just make sure to remember which side you park in or you might be in for some extra hikes after the show!
Truly is one of the best places to hear music. The walk up to it is even amazing
There should be a star rating higher than 5 for Red Rocks Amphitheater, but I'm sure there's enough reviews in here to read to tell you that. Went and watched KillerQueen and it was the most amazing concert experience. And that was in the rain!!!! From parking to exiting the venue it was amazing. I recommend bringing a jacket for when the sun goes down and check the weather. Parking was free. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Love this place.
Beautiful scenic amphitheatre. Great hike on the trading Post trail
The best natural acoustics on the planet. Holds about 10,000 for concerts and the scenery is unbelievable.
Tons of people tons of people lots of things to look at plenty of drinks and food and the events are just the beginning come for the music stay for the experience!
By far one of my favorite concert venues in the United States! Great views, and sound is amplified naturally! Can t get any better then RED ROCKS
One of the best if not the best amphitheaters in the United states
Went with my Father and kids. Walked up and down the stairs. Lots of friendly people, free and BEAUTIFUL!
Highly recommend visiting if you re in the Denver area. The view was fantastic overlooking the city.
Really Fun. The amphitheatre was super cool and the rocks were beautiful. Most hikes were closed because of the baby animals but overall good experience
Amazing!!! Will be here again later today for the Bryan Adams concert.
Beautiful venue. Everyone should see a concert here.
Beautiful most wonderful scenery can't wait to go back
Tremendous views and breathtaking rocks. Prepare to hike a long way from the parking lot and yes...it's all up hill. The acoustics were spectacular and rock surroundings made selfies look killer! Bad info at box office, told the band played classic rock but was heavy metal....not for me. Although signage stated smoking restricted to outer area only, no one complied and heavy tobacco - marajuana use. Left early. Fourth of July weekend - would have loved a patriot experience.
Red Rocks is the absolute best place to see a concert. What else can you say but you U2 filmed Sunday Bloody Sunday there and it's Epic. Make sure to go underneath the Rock where you can see history of all the artists that have ever played there. You'll also find interesting information about the rock formation inside.
The amphitheater is one of the best places I've ever seen a show. The sound is great, the crowd is great, and most of all, the view is gorgeous. If you don t want to do a show, they've got lots of other options: yoga, hiking, biking, and more.
The view is really great and particular. I loved walking on the trails.
Amazing looking venue, beautiful rocks, just a bit too crowded for my taste.
It was closed off for an event when we went, so we just had to enjoy a hike at the top.
Red Rocks right out my livingroom window. I grew up in this area now for 44 years and wouldn't trade it for anything. To see a show here is just simply amazing and breathtaking.
