Absolutely gorgeous here! Most beautiful rock scenery in Colorado I've seen yet! I can't wait to see a concert here!
Absolutely gorgeous here! Most beautiful rock scenery in Colorado I've seen yet! I can't wait to see a concert here!
Amazing is about all I can say - It s breathing and a lovely place. We will return !! We loved it !!
The scenery is impressive. It is also worthwhile to check out the museum, which highlights both the geological and the musical histories. A great day trip!.
Legendary venue. Great sound, amazing atmosphere, and expensive food and drink. Smoking areas on the stairs. Don't fall for the taxis offering rides on the way up, most big shows have a free shuttle, you just have to wait for it.
My fiance took me brcause I had never been there before. Even though there wasn't a concert going on it was hoppin and I had a blast. A memory I'll never forget. Thnx Jay.
If your from out of town, go here. You won't regret it.
A very enchanted place. The sound was excellent. I left without my ears ringing for a day. Top Notch production and community!
Definitely a bucket list item! There were a lot of steps so expect to get winded by the end of it. Can't wait to go to a concert in the summer!
Coolest place to visit Day or Night.
Best setting for a concert.
Beautiful Views.
Great History.
Alot of stairs = good exercise?
Parking for shows is kinda weird at times. The rules seem to change alot when arriving and leaving is pretty slow going.
Red Rocks is iconic. It is an amazing place to visit for a show... No matter how hot during the summer, the cool mountain air is wonderful at night, however visit anytime. People exercise and the energy is always there.... It is a beautiful natural site that we are just lucky enough to enjoy. Hike the trails!
Beautiful amphitheater , very good acoustics and unique
This was our first stop on our journey through the Rockies and took our breath away. Great start to a great trip. May not have seen as exceptional had it been our last stop as we eventually got satiated by beautiful scenery, but I think we would have still enjoyed.
The amphitheater is just amazing. But for hiking I might choose another area. And check if there are concerts in the evening - then they will shut down the place about 2pm.
Great amount of parking space though.
One of the places you've got to visit in your life. Yes, it's that awesome. Has a museum with decades of history also.
Red rocks is amazing for shows and a workout! In the morning enjoy hiking or a boot camp style workout in the mornings, then at night it's full of lights and amazing music, movies, and comedy. Either way it's always a great time and a beautiful view.
Before I went, I was told that this is the best music venue in the US. I immediately dismissed that comment as an over selling of the spot. After going to a show there, I think it might actually be true. This place is majestic. It is not often that I can turn around at a music show and feel a sense of wonder. This is an amazing spot.
Best place in our country to see a concert. You're looking down on the stage, city of Denver in view behind it. Goes from day too night, city lights come on, you have a beer in your hand or a joint. Almost spiritual.
I love this place! No glass bottles, no obvious liquor, very miniscule Pat Downs, sweet barbecue in with propane grills in the parking lot, pack what you need in Ziploc bags, you'll get in no problem
Really lovely venue. I was surprised that it was a big of a trek up to it, you can either take an incline or stairs neither of which were crazy but still a surprise. Bathrooms were clean and updated (in the information center). The show I went to had a good selection of food and drink at expected prices. I love the seating and I was surprised how well I could hear given that we were six or seven rows back from the general seating starting area. I was really impressed by the view behind the stage both before and after the sun went down. Just perfect.
This place is magical. Best music venue in the country. Yoga on the weekend. Even if you are not seeing a concert I would still just walk around the venue. It's open every day for free.
Great venue. Awesome views. Good for day time exercise or family time.
No where else, beautiful! The acoustics are perfect!
Incredible show by @mercyme
Loved every second of it and so did the 10k other people all around me!!
The absolute best place on earth to see any performance!!! I might be biased, as a native Coloradan, but it really is the best!! I can't count how many concerts I've been to there, and I have loved every single one of them!
There's few places on earth where you can experience such a breathtaking landscape as this. The arena is a perfect place to work out or just simply enjoy the scenery.
If you get a chance to see a concert here, do it! The sound is amazing, and the views cannot be beat. If you're not someone that wants to be around large crowds, just come by when there's not a concert going on. There are many trails and an unlimited amount a rock formations to stare at. Be sure not to go off trail or climb on any rocks, there are steep fines if you're caught.
yoga on the rocks is amazing and so is every concert I've been to there! It is a spiritual place in itself!
Beautiful place to visit. Steps are a little steep.
Best concert venue in the world. Gorgeous views. Amazing acoustics. Great way to spend a summer night in Colorado.
Great place. Rainbow kitten surprise was awsome! Amazing venue.
Neat place to visit we did on a Saturday morning to walk the amphitheater and surrounding trails. Kids like the hiking and running the steps of the amphitheater. The museum was neat and the ability to do what you want (in the way of exercise at it) in the amphitheater is neat. The walking paths were busy but it didn't seem crowded. Other plus is all parking is free
Red Rocks Rocks, one of the top 5 concert venues in the world.
If you're site seeing around Colorado, the Red Rocks Park andd Amphitheater is a MUST SEE. The whole area is picturesque for sure. Unfortunately the Amphitheatre was closed when we arrived but I hear it's absolutely stunning inside.
It's a beautiful venue, but seats with actual lines showing your space would be helpful as would an easier way to get to the venue instead of an extremely steep hike to get to the venue.
Amazing concert venue! Any band is worth going to see here. Concessions are pretty good but pricey. Beers are $9 and food is around $10 depending on what you get.
Great for concerts, movies, hikes, nature walks. If you're visiting, check out the visitor center and learn about the history and performances. If you're native and haven't been here, you're not a native.
Beautiful place .You need to find new sound engineers .The sound at the yo yo ma show is terrible!! Wind noise through speakers, and speaker array not powerful enough to fill the place. Find some new sound engineers who aren't complete amateurs!
This place was amazing! Even the acoustics from the band setting up sounded great. Very dramatic backdrop in person.
Best place I've ever been to see music, hands down! The staff is great, the scenes are breathtaking and the sound is incredible! Be sure to go here at some point to hear your favorite performer!
This is one of the best place to experience a concert.
Greatest venue in the world. If your favorite bands play here, take the trip to see them at Red Rocks just outside of Denver Colorado in the town of Morrison.
Always a pleasure going up here to take I the sights and fresh air.
Simply the best outdoor venue in the country. Upgraded choices for food this year, too. Friendly staff and very helpful.
Red Rocks is a beautiful park with a lot of history. We visited as part of a charter tour. The gift shop was nice, the bathrooms are clean, and if they aren't setting up for an event, you can walk freely around. Be prepared to walk a lot of stairs/steps if you plan to go to the stage area.
Growing up with this in my back yard made me lose appreciation for it. Years later visiting after I moved away made me appreciate the true beuty of the place.
To visit is to feel the majesty of God. To experience music here is to hear God's thunder.
This should be on your bucket list. Absolutely the best place I have ever been for a concert. The acoustics and view are amazing. Food prices for the concert could be better, but it was as expected. Would definitely go back.
Wonderful place for a walk and to climb the rocks. Nice quiet areas to go and see the views which are amazing.
Beautiful trails, accessible parking towards top of amphitheatre for nice view where on clear days you can see the skyline of downtown denver
Beautiful use of the natural beauty of rock formations. I look forward to attending a concert when the regulations and restrictions from the pandemic are lifted.
Amazing and beautiful park and amphitheater. Must see a concert here. Or check out a film on one of the film on the rocks nights.
Great place to see. Cant wait to see at night with a show
Premier music venue in the country! Incredible natural acoustics and the booking acts at top notch national touring bands. Always an excepcional time there, wish I could make it more often. If your on the fence and do yourself a favor, def check this place out!

Obviously 5 stars. If you are here on vacation and have tickets to night show, hike it during the day too! This experience is awesome. I'm a local and workout here on the stairs, run the trails behind, go to concerts and films at night. Staple of the CO diet
This place is amazing! Views are breathtaking and it's perfect hiking for beginners.
This is hands down the best venue in Colorado. You can tailgate so you don't have to spend so much in the venue itself on drinks or food. Great sound for concerts, great setting for events and a good workout spot as well.
Best concert venue in the US hands down. If the weather is nice out, there is nothing better. Would highly recommend everyone adding a red rocks concert to their bucket list!
Red Rock Amphitheater should be on every audiophiles bucket list destination venue. Life-changing moments included with every performance I've attended. So grateful th Civil Conservation Corps had the foresight to gift many many more generations yet to come, this legendary natural open air Amphitheater

Really upset with the yellow shirt Clayton. Felt like he singled us out to check our tickets and was very rude. Great venue but I am so disappointed with the staff
Beautiful!! The rock formations really make it too. I love it here. I m happy it has seating. And even a little rain doesn t stop anything
Awesome venue. Mellow people even with a sold out show. My water bottle vibrated with the music
There is not a better place on this Earth to see a show! The views are breathtaking and it's always a joy to go here. Drink your beers in the parking lot because you can't take them in and beer inside is outrageously priced. You can take snacks in with you though which is cool. Been going here for years and never had a bad experience.
Best place in the world to see a concert! A beautiful and truly magical venue!
Gorgeous natural view. I can't imagine why anyone would give this a bad review.
Really wish they had water bottle refill stations like the rest of the world...
Such a cool experience, lots of places to park and look or go on a hike. Would be cool to go on a bike ride here like I seen many people doing!
Amazing venue, great music and acoustics. Highly recommend for a special evening, well worth checking out this unique venue.
For concerts bring a rain coat and warm clothes for when the sun goes down. Rain and wind happens often during concerts, be prepared. No umbrellas allowed. Vegan hotdogs are fantastic. Cheers
Incredible place to watch a concert. You probably want to figure out best place to park before going. Lots of different lots. Wear comfortable shoes as you will be walking uphill to get to seats. Super quick to get through entrance. Beer and food is a little pricey but pretty typical of a venue. Lots of restrooms.
This was a highlight of our travels I have never been there before is the Rocks were so smooth I think it's wonderful the things that God creates it's a must-see and has lots of history on the people who had played there in the past they give you the history of the musicians people are nice there it's a must-see and if they're doing sound check you can even hear it just echoing around
Beautiful outdoor music venue an park. If you're coming to a concert be sure to dress appropriately, good shoes for climbing large steps at high elevation! Excellent sound, by far the best venue I have ever seen!
We ate at the Ship Rock Grille before the show and we were able to get in early! Good food and service. Amazing views! Must see!
Stunning. Here's tip. Take Uber there to the north drop off entrance and take Lyft home. You'll avoid the hike up and have access to cars for the ride home.
so awesome we came back twice. beautiful concert amphitheater looking over denver perfect to watch the clouds turn pink and sky change colors as the sunsets and lights light the city of denver up
This place was kept so clean and I loved the beautiful hike I did. Loved it
The greatest place on the planet to see a show! The acoustics are out of this world, the view is spectacular!
Just an amazing experience and place to visit. To wander around this amphitheater and the park are an experience not to be missed
It's red rocks! Great views and great sound no matter if you are up close or the top
