Love Red Rocks and have for 40+ years. Motet and Galactic were amazing!
Always a favorite place to come for a short hike in the middle of the week!
Awesome place for an awesome experience! Watched NIN perform...Just Wow!!!
Always peaceful.walking the paths and climbing the stairs of the amphitheater are a mean workout. love going through the caves. A great way to escape and be closer to God. Look at all he has created. This was no accident. God is good. Red rocks is rad.
This is the best venue in CO by far! A must see, catch a concert, movie, yoga or just come during the day to walk across stage and hike the trails around the red rock formations~
Most amazing amphitheater. After my visit here I moved across the country to be closer to this place. Definitely a bucket list place
Beautiful .... Been on my list of places to see for many years. Was not disappointed!
Always breath taking underneath the Denver star studded night! I think it is the best venue ever!
Best venue I've ever been to for a concert! Have to experience for yourself.
We enjoyed visiting Colorado & Red Rocks.
ZHU Concert was awesome !
Best concert venue I've ever been to. Bar none. The acoustics were amazing (my audiophile friend wouldn't shut up about it). Despite minimal speakers the sound was crystal-clear no matter where you were and it wasn't overpoweringly loud even right be the stage. Plus the view over Denver was something special.
Beautiful park and natural amphitheatre! Great place to take visitors that love the outdoors. Lots of hiking trails. It's free to drive in and to tour the amphitheatre. When there's a concert, it can be busy and they close the amphitheatre section.
This is by far the best venue I have ever been to. I love the hike up, the open air, the gorgeous views, and the acoustics cant be beat.
Awesome views and some hiking /dinosaur fossils near by.
Amazing place, love their commitment to the site's history. The best staff!
One of the best venues for music on a great weather day!
The best outdoor concert venue there is! That's right. I said it! Best ever!
Best music venue in the country. If you're into music at all... this is a must see venue
This is a "must go" place. You have to attend a concert here.
Very cool place. Lots of stairs. Be prepared. Has a small gift shop at the top. You can buy bottled water snd drinks on the lower level in the gift shop. Small snack bar also. Music tribute area. Art show was also going on when we visited. Lots of people exercising on the steps and seating area. Port-a-potties in parking lot and regular restrooms on lower level of shop at top. There was also a shop down the road.
Wow this place. Even when there were no concerts when i went. Its still beautiful!!!!
Beautiful amphitheater and fun hiking trails. We hiked the Trading Post trail. Our trail was VERY muddy and a little icy in spots. You will definitely need good hikers for this bc of the mud/ice. It s really cool to see all the rock formations.
It's the most beautiful music venue that I've ever been to. Tickets often sell out and it seats 9000 so it can get pretty crowded, but well worth it. Tailgating (drinking and partying) are allowed in the parking lot beforehand (drink responsibly, don't drink and drive!). Bring warm and waterproof clothes and blankets as the show goes on, rain or shine. If your looking to stay near by, Bear Creek Lake Park is very near and had camping, rv hookups and 3 cabins and 2 yurts. They fill up super fast though and you may have to book months in advance. Airbnb is a good option too. My wife and I love to ride our bikes to the show and stay at Bear Creek Lake Park.
Omg this was the best investment on my birthday weekend
Great venue (music or marriage) and a nice place to spend a day outside! Got married here. They definitely cater to city politicians (i.e. special rules, times and dates) more than your common citizen.
One of the coolest venues there is. Take in the amazing veiws while listening to your favorite artists! Also, they have great hiking and special events like yoga on the rocks.
Always amazing, never a let down. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Nice place to visit. On the way to Denver from the slopes.
Stunning venue
I just wanted to go here and race up there steps. Took about 45 second at full speed from the bottom of the amphitheater to the top.
There is no cost to enter when there isn't something going on here.
The views are second to none.
The museum, gift shop, and restaurants are open to the public as well.
It's worth the effort for a visit
Absolutely beautiful concert venue. We came during the day just to check out the offerings. We had lunch in the cafe. It was modestly priced and the food was delicious. We didn t venture down towards the stage but I am definitely looking forward to getting some time under the stars here with some good tunes.
Best night if my life. Saw moe. And pigeons playing ping pong. Night was just epic!
Great place to spend a day hikeing and takeing pics
Morrison Colorado what can I say it is a hidden gym I don't know if the whole world knows about it!! Red Rocks Amphitheater and Parks you can actually see the Earth change in a matter of moments beautiful does not describe it! This last visit I was able to go with my family and be able to take some pictures but I was able to enjoy on another occasion a concert at this venue and it is no doubt the best venue to see anyting!! If you're in the Colorado or Denver area there's a lot of things to do do not miss this and yes they let us in the Amphitheatre to visit it was free!!!
This is the mother of all music venues. Go there to see anyone. It doesn t matter who. Personal fav was Robert Plant July 4 1988. The incredible beauty of the Amphitheatre combined with fireworks displays all around the Denver Metro area and Mr. Plant made for an unforgettable evening...
Absolutely beautiful place to visit, hike, take pictures. Natural sandstone rock features over 100 feet tall frame this amazing amphitheater. The acoustics are some of the best for live performances. Consistently voted the best concert venue in the U. S. , you must see a concert here!
Red Rocks is the absolute best place to hear any music. You owe yourself a visit the next time your favorite artist is there.
We ate breakfast here. Good home cooking for a nice price. Service was good as well. This place was packed with people. I guess this is what you want to see for a restaurant.
If you love music and the outdoors this place is a must. Book it!
Great place to visit if nothing else than for the views and the museum. We visited September 2018 and 2019 and enjoyed both visits!
Those freaking steps, man. Otherwise a super cool place
Went here a few weeks ago for a show and we absolutely loved it! Best venue ever and can't wait to go back!
Red Rocks is the perfect representation of what Colorado has to offer. It's a wife, sprawling park with plenty of trails to hike and plenty of scenery to enjoy. I love coming here. There's always something to do and puts the Color in Colorado.
What an amazing experience this place was. This venue is unique to any venue I ve every been to for obvious reasons. Staff is very accommodating to issues involving drunks trying to take yer seat. Love the views and will be back soon!
You won't find a better concert venue, outdoor or otherwise. Friendly folks tailgating in the free parking lots before the show, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful views, spacious seating, and excellent acoustics. Many artists grow up dreaming of headlining at Red Rocks...so it always seems like you get just a little more concert for your money.
What a beautiful amphitheater and surrounding area by day and by night. Concerts here provide great acoustics and wonderful views. Iconic and memorable. Tickets for many shows are decently priced with a variety of shows that attract just as varied concert goers. Quaint little gift shop with museum.
I can t wait to see a concert here.
Super well maintained little park and nice trail.
Ample parking and open during the day when there are no events going on.
The acoustics are incredible.
Great to hike to and lay around in the seats to tan or do some exercises (:
Best concert ever...at THE BEST venue !!! Glad I could finally check both of those off of my bucket list
Hands down such a great Amphitheatre, with beautiful views all around. Bring some chilled ones and get ready to tailgate!
This is just the coolest place in the world. Even if you can t see a concert here, visit for the views, maybe run some stairs, or just have lunch in their garden restaurant. Make sure you walk through the museum. They list ever concert ever placed here. In 1983 you could have seen Men At Work, U2, Tom Petty, B-52 s, Eric Clapton, Jimmy Buffett, Arlo Guthrie, Joni Mitchell, Willie Nelson, and the Grateful Dead! Imagine!
One of the best venues you could ever watch a concert at. The acoustics are insane and the view is next to none. Keep in mind this is an outdoor venue so if you go in the cold months pack warm. Whether you're a native to Colorado or visiting for a short time I HIGHLY recommend going to see a concert here!
Best natural amphitheatre in North America. The acoustics here must be heard to be believed.
Parking is a nightmare but well worth it
Breathtaking. Beautiful. However, make sure you have water and comfortable shoes. There is some walking. I've had 4 surgeries on one knee and was definitely feeling it. Beautiful nonetheless.
Red Rocks is the best amphitheatre, and people are always so very chill! Outdoors is the best, and the evenings are breathtaking!
The top parking lot was closed which was totally fine but this blondeheaded chick made sure we couldn t drive my car up there. Even though I told her my parents just got into town and didn t want to exert themselves by walking a half mile up. They oversold Brit Floyd. We only got seating because we made a reservation at restaurant. Couldn t even eat there because by the time we walked a half mile we were exhausted. Shoutout to all the parking attendants who have not a clue in life.
What a beautiful and unique music venue! Carved out of a mountain, the acoustic qualities were already established over 100 years ago, and with the amphitheater completed in 1941 it is now possible for thousands of people to hear musical greats in concert.
Spectacular views, wish I got to see a show here. Will definitely return soon.
This is an Awesome experiance, a must visit especially if your a music buff. Lots of music history here. And the views are spectacular.
We went here during a non-event day to exercise on the stairs. It was a really good workout. No cost to exercise and plenty of free parking lots. Some families brought a little picnic to eat on the stairs. The only open restrooms were in the visitors' center.
Have been here for symphony concerts to rock and roll. It is such a beautiful venue. Thanks to our cities forefathers for having the insight to create such a magical venue!
Beautiful scenery and excellent place to have a physical workout in the hiking trails
No concert during my visit. A great visitors center. Awesome place to visit. The landscape is fabulous. Cheers
Literal heaven on earth. You can never be disappointed with a show here! Great sound good people and fantastic food choices. Make sure to bring a pancho or light jacket the weather can change quickly.
I mean who wouldn't give red rocks amphitheater a 5 sorry view. It is world renowned. Is had just about any musician that was ever a musician here
Best. Upper south lot is the spot for chillin. Always take the stairs if you are healthy and able it feels like an accomplishment everytime. Nachos are so so. I ordered a pretzel one time and they gave me nachos... really wanted that pretzel. You can't bring open water bottles with water inside they have to be emptied out and refilled with gross bathroom water. It does the trick though.
This place is amazing i just wish i could have heard a concert there but there were none playing but i walked to the top enjoyed the beauty and watched people exercise
Absolutely one of the finest venues I have ever been to! Unbelievably beautiful! Incredible acoustics! Perfect Sound! Plenty of concession stands for Beer, Food, shawg & full bar (but limited) bring a cushion for your bum & a sweater. Open to the clean air (&Weather) of the Rockies! You really couldn't ask for a better location
Such a surreal and humbling place to visit. While I didn't have time in my schedule to get to a concert here, just sitting in the midst of nature while looking at an amazing landscape was enough for me. I can only imagine how much more live music would add to the experience. A must see if you're in the Denver area and it's only a short ride to come out an visit
Excellent views and sound. Just seen Rebelution over the weekend. Highly recommended!!!
Great outdoor venue for music. Very interesting exhibition area and gift shop. Nice trails for hiking.
I have been to the park and this whole area at least 8 times and I have only lived here 1 month. I love walking this area with my wife. The sun set is stunning, but sun rise gets HOT very Fast
This is the best place to see a big artist hands down. No matter your seat, you will have a beautiful view and clear vision of the stage. That means everything to me as a short girl. Also as a human who enjoys beautiful views of nature like any other reasonable human. Place is a treasure.
One of the prettiest places in the foothills and an incredible place to catch a show. Scenic views all around and great a accoustics for the size of the venue and outdoor scene. The service is always great with a wide variety of drinks / cocktails and some food options as well. There are a couple different options for restrooms and merchandise. Would definitely recommend red rocks to anyone visiting greater Denver and definitely try to catch a show!
Really great site to see. Great for a good workout going up the stairs. Breath taking.
Beautiful. Went during the day just to see it. Didn't attend a concert there, but I imagine just by the looks that it would be awesome. The little museum is also interesting. Shares the history of the amphitheater.
This venue is amazing. Best spot to catch a show in Colorado, arguably America. Always amazing artists playing here. Just be prepared to walk a lot. Up the stairs and up the steep ramp to one of the entrances. They sell food and drink and bathroom facilities are clean. You can also go check out the museum under the rocks during the show and see some of the history of this place.
Amazing Must See Site! Easy drive from Denver into this area. Also pretty close to the Rocky Mountain and Gold Rush tours and towns.
Hike was very hot but cool rock formations and nice air-conditioned buildings.
Love Red Rocks... Parking can be a challenge during peak hours for passing through visitors
