Ooh...yoga on the rocks with Adrienne. I can die now.
Red Rocks is the very best place ever to hold a concert!! It's extremely beautiful & the sound is amazing!!
It's easy to get to because it's only in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains near Golden, CO.
Click the love button if you agree with or like my review please.... Thanks!!
While the area and the facilities are amazing, most of the natural landscape is off limits due to the established nature of the compound. You only get to go on a few little trails over the entire landscape. Really limits your ability to see the natural terrain. I don't think I would visit again unless going to a concert, but a concert doesn't need to be out on the "wild"...
Had a great experience here today. It is amazing to see the formation of the rock and witness the wildlife in the park. The views are breathtaking. I wasn't here for a concert but just to visit the theater and park. I hope you get to visit this place.
Very nice! Saw ganja the white night there. Really good accoustics
Such an amazing place! Great trails and overlook locations. Highly recommend the nearby dinosaur ridge as well.
Going to a concert here is a once in a lifetime experience. If it's not on your bucket list, add it. The amphitheatre was built right into the rocks and offers an amazing view of Denver along work your concert. Pictures don't do it justice.
It's red rocks! Who doesn't love red rocks! Amazing outdoor amphitheater, will be going back for the rest of my life! Make sure to be ready to hike a rather long distance up if you are driving yourself! Every show is always breathtaking, the employees do an amazing job!
What a beautiful afternoon visit to the Red Rocks! Magnificent amphitheatre, concession area, and museum! Really enjoyed my time there!
The venue is amazing but my experience there was horrible. As a concert goer, I expect to go to a venue to enjoy the star of the evening: the music! Rather, on the day I went there I was vomited on by someone who was completely wasted and engulfed in smoke (pot and cigarettes).
What's not to love about an outdoor concert venue in the red rocks. Prepare to walk some stairs! Beautiful spot and be sure to go inside to see the exhibit of musicians! Bonus-clean restrooms!
You need to see at least one concert at Red Rocks in your life. As a musician I would say this is one of those bucket list places to get to play!
Beautiful vista. Nice cafe and restaurant in visitor center.
Pretty beautiful location, seems to be more for commercial events because of the amphitheater, but there were still a few trails we checked out.
Beautiful area! Has a great time checking out the scenery! Absoltely amazing!
Really awesome how the amphitheatre is built into the rock formations. Views all around are beautiful. Wish I had time to see a concert there or walk/hike the trails. Must see if you're in the area.
Always a great venue for a concert. If you have not seen a concert here, put it on your list of places. They also have a variety of other events throughout pool ight the summer as well. You can go up early and hike around the park before a concert and check out the visitors center as well. You can visit when they do not have an event and your the amphitheater. Just a really cool place to visit.
Jason Isbell & David Crosby 9/17/2019 and John Prine with the Colorado Symphony Orchestra 9/18/2019. What more can be said, except no better place to see a concert in the USA!
I can't even to begin to explain Red Rocks. It's was a truly amazing experience. From the drive getting there all the way till the end. I love this place and will be back every year.
Magical place to see a performance. Possibly best in the world.
Amazing acoustics in an incredible backdrop of a natural amphitheater. You must add this destination to your bucket list.
In town for a high school graduation. Red Rocks is stunning! I get to go back in two weeks for a Big Had Todd and the Monsters concert.
It's one of the greatest treasures in Colorado, forever one of all time favorite spots! I love going up here when there is a show and when there isnt! It's so tranquil, and theres a whole little museum underneath that will blow you away!
This place is great. I don't understand the one star reviews. First off it's FREE and it's beautiful. You can't compare red rocks somewhere else to here, pikes peak is the backdrop and its amazing. Theres trails to hike as well and plenty of paved walk paths along the Red rocks. The visitors center has like a mini museum and even a movie I believe. The gift shop is nice as well.
I fell and almost brok my hand because of a brick that was not placed right and the workers saw and did not help good thing my sis is a nurses and she knew what to do so I give it a one if I could I would give it a 0 for that.
Beautiful. The Trading Post Trail was an easy quick hike that takes you through some beautiful areas of the rocks. Went midday in a Monday, not crowded but still lots of other groups. Probably would avoid during more popular times with COVID, as some short sections of the trail do get quite narrow.
Saw one of my favorite bands Dispatch! Amazing location and and amazing concert.
Beautiful and impressive. Was not there for a concert, but would love to do that one day!
This is such a perfect place to experience the magic of a concert. You will be breathless as soon as you step in. Complete and amazing connection with nature. Wont be disappointed . Give it a try or two, or three!
IF you're ever in town, make sure you watch a concert here especially summer time. The quality of the sound is amazing. However I think the food can be a bit better.
Gorgeous views. I can't imagine being out there for a movie or concert . When I went it was lightly snowing and picture perfect. There are lots of stairs so be prepared to get a workout lol
This is the most beautiful venue I have ever been to, no exaggeration. I saw De La Soul, Atmosphere, Watsky, The Lioness, Living Legends, and Dem Atlas here. The view of the rocks is magnificent, and the stage itself is very well designed. Plus, it's in Colorado, so you can do some research into the local cannabis industry before you go to the concert.
We visited for my daughters friends graduation. I am disabled and they were VERY accommodating and the young man pushed me all the way to my car in a wheelchair. Not an easy feat! Thank you!!
Beautiful part of Colorado! Definitely a place to visit for a sunrise.
First show was Day of the Deadmau5! Great first experience for me 10/10
I don t think we could ve picked a better time to go visit Red Rocks! We went around 9:30 and there was no one there, granted there was a lot of snow, but we weren t complaining. You have to walk down to the bottom and walk up to the top to experience all the beauty!
Then if you go into the visitor center there is a museum dedicated to the artist whom have played there and it s pretty cool to see. It also shows how it was constructed. They also have a cafe but we did not eat there.
Best part about it, it s free!
Beautiful place for a concert. Wish the concert goers had more respect for other people who are there. Drunk people spilling drinks on you takes away from the experience
Just Saw Green Sky Bluegrass there last night. What an absolute amazing experience. It was on my bucket list and I can now rejoice in the memories. Staff was great too!
We saw Nine Inch Nails at Red Rocks on 9/18/18. This is not the first time we have been to Red Rocks for a concert. This is the best concert venue ever! Not only is it beautiful, but it has amazing accoustics as well. Highly recommended!
The venue is amazing! Though I felt like they oversold general admission tickets, there was no place to sit, we had to sit under the trees, and it was very hard to see. Parking was difficult too, definitely get there early,
Was an afterthought to stop here on the way back to the airport but pretty incredible. Definitely worth a stop.
Very beautiful place and great place to go see concerts
We just took a look around for the first time. Can't wait to see a show.
This place is amazing! Plenty of parking but be prepared for a workout
Breathtaking is a good word to sum up this place. The views, the colors and the history are amazing. Def worth a visit!
Went to watch the sun come up , we took a tellascope My boyfriend watched through the scope, while I took a 20 minute video,we watched video a few days later and to our surprise we captured a UFO flying into my frame and exiting the other side, happens fast and at 1 minute 3 second's. We finally got like loaded on computer slowed down and took frame by frame pictures amazing .
This place is a music mecca. If you ever get a chance to see any band here, JUST GO!
Best venue for seeing at show ever! This was my first time and it was amazing. I wasnt prepared for hike up the stairs but once you were in it was amazing! The sound was great. Best I have ever heard at any venue (inside or out). If this is your first time I would look up where to enter from to get the closest parking and bring water for waiting in line. It is a long way up for someone not in shape or used to the altitude. Will be going back next year to see Brit Floyd agian!
It's awesome! It's free to visit during the day time unless there's a show. You can call them up and ask for schedule. They are super friendly over phone.
Perhaps the best outdoor venue there is. Mesmerizing rock formations everywhere you look, this magical place is very unique. It's likely you will have to do a little climbing to get in or to/from your seats, but it is so worth it. The south entrance has a long foot ramp that gets crowded, especially after ahows, so let the crowd thin a little before heading out.
Amazing venue with incredible views. Make sure to wear good walking shoes!
We got married at Red rocks trading post. The views were phenomenal. A big thank you to Rachel at Aramark for making our day so great.
The best place in America to see and listen to a show. A lot of room great vibes and the acoustics in that place blow every other place away.
Fun and challenge. Enjoyable place, magnificent sound.
Been here a few times now, it absolutely has drawbacks of parking and trying get out and if wooks aren't quite your scene then you'd be annoyed but it's beautiful. Like...
F-ing gorgeous. It also has amazing acoustics for an outdoor venue. Perfect sunset scenery. The food is food, can't complain wouldn't write home about it but who goes to a venue for the food?! It's not the world's greatest venue like some rave about but you can't not enjoy it unless you are really dead set on being a bummer
Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre is a beautiful and iconic place to visit for so many reasons. From sunrise to sunset this park has lots to offer. Watch the sunrise and practice yoga, challenge yourself to run the entire length of stairs, walk any of the many trails throughout the park, or check out there museum and learn some of the history of the park as well as an extensive list of all the concerts hosted there. In normal times this is by far my favorite place to attend concerts, currently they still host events with certain precautions in effect. The staff here has always been fair and friendly, always with a feel good attitude. Check out Red Rocks or suggest it to anyone traveling thru.
Wow what a gem. Wasn't quite expecting this level of beauty and sophistication.
Beautiful place to go visit and walk around on a normal day. On concert/event days it's very memorable. Dress in layers.
I mean... it's the best concert venue on the planet. In my opinion. Nothing beats it!
Only stopped here because I was passing thru. Definitely going to come back for a concert
It's hard to observe the amplitheater with all the venues going on.
A pretty unique venue. Shoule be on your list if you haven't been.
Amazing place. Super beautiful. There is a video of Hank Jr., displayed there. He sings "I OD'd in Denver and. I just cain't remember her name. Clean air, great place to spend time.
Best outdoor concert venue ever. Most evil stair climb. Stop looking at reviews and go. You already know you should.
Overall experienced was great and awesome. It was my first time to visit here in Red Rocks Colorado. And i can say that i was so enjoyed the day we came here.Thank you.
Awesome. Wish we had time to see a concert. All big-time entertainers have played there.
I loved this place because it's beautiful at night and the singers are always the best!
My favorite place to see a show. So awsome. Great sound and food and drinks
Redrocks! Need i say more? A beautiful tradition in Colorado.
Beautiful all year round -- if it's not too snowy to drive up.
What more is there to say about this place? Just absolutely beautiful!!
