Once in a lifetime experience. A must see. The vie...
Once in a lifetime experience. A must see. The view is like nothing else. Go for just the looks. The show is a plus.
Once in a lifetime experience. A must see. The view is like nothing else. Go for just the looks. The show is a plus.
A beutiful natural place dating back mulleniums in its origin. Find dianosours fossils here to thrill you. Good place for camping and tracking, for which Denver is famous. Nearest train station is Golden.
It's the best live music venue in the country if not the world
Visiting from Florida to see my son.. Such a great experience!
This place was great. We checked out the Amphitheater (not during a show) and then went for a hike to a near-by overlook. The view this place gives of Denver is astonishing. While hiking up the trail (it had snowed the day before) we went off trail since the mud was so deep, and we ended up getting scolded by a park ranger.
10/10. Would act like a dumb tourist again.
Great place for a nice hike, movies or concert. I go back there anytime I can.
Absolutely awesome place. Amazing trails and views. Incredible amphitheater. A must visit if you are in the Denver area.
This place is amazing! I would recommend anyone to come here for a concert. The acoustics are a hit or miss, but when they're on point this place is the absolute perfect music venue in the US(Aside from the Gorge). Every talented musician know when they play Red Rocks they made it big. Red Rocks is such a distinct beauty. The hike up to the inside can be a pain but it's totally worth it.(this place is handicapped accessible fyi)
Once a more low key and local only type love, however, as a native... if you are new to colorado or just have not seen a show here... you need to make the plans ASAP.
The views. The people. The energy. The acoustics. The natural beauty!!!!! Hands down... no matter what show you see here.. you will love it without question!!!
Treat yourself!!!! No place like it in the WORLD compares. Trust.
We saw Rascal Flats here. Rascal flats released their new song here and recorded the concert for a live video. It was a Great night.
This is our favorite venue! We stayed in Golden and used Uber for transportation. Uber and Lyft both have plenty of drivers picking up in the lower lot. Its a bit of a walk but it's all down hill. When they drop you off before the concert they take you to right to the entrance up top by all of the concessions and visitors center.
Don't drink and drive, use Uber or Lyft!
There an abundance of taxis soliciting fares before you get down to the lower lot but they want 4 times as much as Uber! I asked...
Free... Easily worth a visit to at least see. If sightseeing isn't enough, there are several trails in the immediate area to get a hike in and enjoy the views, which are all very nice to see.
The beautiful rocks along the sides of the rows and rows of people really does amplify the music and look amazing, hope the bass in all those songs doesn't cause problems. Was also impressed by how well the staff was they where all nice and as helpful as possible besides taking the caps of our drinks off I felt like I was gonna get drugged.
A must to see a concert. This place is so unique and to listen to your favorite band makes it all the more amazing. Also pretty good place to workout. It will kick your ass for sure. If you are visiting Denver do visit this place.
Beat place ever to see a concert. Just found out you can borrow a wheelchair for an Id.
A Must See in the Denver area! Unbeatable for concerts, and great place to hang out.
Unfortunately, I was unable to see the theatre because of an event, but the park itself is beautiful. Be prepared. The stairs from the parking lot to the theatre are tough!
This place packs a lot to see in a small town, nestled outside of Denver. They have concerts, nature trails, a quaint little town. Perfect little pit stop while in the area.
Beautiful outdoors amphitheatre! Went with a little ice on the groud to work out just need to be care of the ice spots. Breath taking view
This is the most epic music venue! No matter what band you see here, you won't be disappointed. Be ready to climb a ton of stairs though!
What a great spot I recommend stopping in for a day hike.
Extremely disappointed with the widespread use of marijuana and smoking inside the amphitheater. Also, many drunk people who did not pay for reserved seats were sitting in the reserved sections and being very disruptive. Would not recommend this venue until they get the crowds under control and enforce their own policies.
Great! But the headliner skipped Meaton's favorite song.
Great everything expect the parking experience and pretty ridiculous concession prices 5 dollars for a bottle of water after having you cling 20 sets of stairs.
Sweet place. Wish the weather cooperated today, though you can still drive around and be astonished by the rocks. I suppose, a must-see if you are near Golden.
One of the best live music places I have ever been to and with. One of the most Beautiful sceneries around Colorado
It s the only place in the world that makes you appreciate the beauty of nature while wanting to listen to Queen!
The best outdoor venue in Colorado and the USA! Never a bad show even if you don't know a single song.
The beautiful scenery just adds to the experience. The surroundings really create great acoustics.
You will talk to people that will say there is nothing else like it and for good reason it's the truth there really isn't anything like Red Rocks Amphitheatre. There's a the reason why I travel each year to go to this venue, it's epic - if you are over in the Denver area or outskirts just see a concert here it doesn't matter what artist. it has its own feel and Vibe some people say it's magical or spiritual I think when you're there it means something different to everybody. I love it here. There is some shops in the town of Morrison worth checking out
Amazingly unique place to listen to music and fun history if you're interested
The coolest music venue I have ever been to. Naturally situated in the mountains, the CCC put in lots of work to develop this masterpiece. There are gift shops, food, drinks, and a museum. Great scenery.
The very best venue to see any concert! I've been to well over 100 concerts around the world, the only other venue that comes close to being as beautiful & sounding as great as Red Rocks is the Mozartshalle in Germany.
Would have been nice if people were considerate of others.
Beautiful amphitheater! So glad I got to see it while I was in Denver. If I ever came back I would definitely make a point to come see a show here. Don't forget to check out the souvenir shop at the bottom.
Add it to your bucket list...nothing as beautiful as watching and listening to D.S.O (or your favorite band) play to the Denver city lights and watching a lightening storm in sync with their sounds, in the back drop ...magical place, positive vibrations and positive people ....best place in the mid west to see a favorite band ....it's a must !
I loved this place! It did not have any events for that day because of Covid, but the view was stunning I wish I had to to a concert there. Also a good place to see the sunset. Although they "close at 5PM"
Hands down the most phenomenal venue on our beautiful planet. Do not go here because it will ruin all other venues you might attend in the future lol. I absolutely love this place, I would highly reccomend going on the 4th of july, you can see all the surrounding city firework shows. Not to mention I got to hang with and got a signed harmonica from John Popper from Blues Traveler ;)
words can't acurately describe the natural beauty and majestic nature of red rocks. The feel good vibe from this venue makes for such a wonderful experience. Walking up is a trek, totally worth it. A warm summer or fall evening with the stars and a loved one can't be beat!!
Could quite possibly be the best concert venue on the planet. Also one of the funnest places to hike and workout in Colorado
Breath taking views, wish we were there on a concert day to see a show
THIS. PLACE. IS. AMAZING. I have hiked here and just recently saw a concert in the ampithetheater. It was so awesome. The sound was like no other concert I have ever seen. You have to go here!
Awesome venue, concessions are an absolute money grab though. This is typical for a venue but I feel for being one of the world's greatest venues, they should start a new trend of demanding concessions to charge reasonable pricing.
Great place to hike, workout, sightsee, go to a concert or outdoor movie. Spectacular views!
Love this place. Trails are cool enough, shows here are great.
Hands down Red Rocks is my absolute favorite concert venue ever. The stadium seating means there's no bad seat in the house. Views are incredible. Sound is top notch.
This theater is awesome. You dont see something like this every day. Beautiful scenery all around, surrounded with red mountains and valleys.the show was fantastic and after you can take a tour about the history and the stars that come and go. Truly enjoyed my time at this red rock. If you close enough I highly recommend the visit.
Favorite place to watch a show or get in a great workout by running the steps. If you go to workout, just know they kind of close up around 2pm if there's a show that night for setup.
The drinks aren't even exorbitantly priced! Moreover, they walk around selling them out of buckets so you don't even have to go stand in line!
The most beautiful music venues I have visited. Gorgeous in the daytime and breathtaking at night. If you go for a concert eat beforehand because the food isn't great and really expensive. Usually a great beer selection and good cocktails.
Seriously, its Red Rocks. Does this even need a rating?
Awesome place to see a Rock 'n' Roll show, or any show. Everything I thought it would be and more. My phone camera was not working or I would have included pics. Seen Brit Floyd.
Amazing and breath taking view! This place you have to visit and walk up the steps to experience those beautiful red rocks! If you are visit Denver you have to visit Red Rock!
Beautiful venue. Now I see why everyone raves about this place. Very friendly staff as well. We went to see Chromeo and The Glitch Mob. It was epic.
Visit the museum while you are here. Some great musical history and photos!
This place is rare, beautiful, and amazing. Outdoors concerts are always better.
One of the best places you'll find to workout on the weekends and to watch the sunset! You can't get a more wonderful view of the sun coming up over the horizon like over the Red Rocks!! It's so incredible! You have to witness it yourself to believe it. And the workout?!? Prepare yourself to die the minute you start! You can really get a good - hardcore killer workout in - IF you're serious!!
This is the best music venue I've ever been to. I've seen 5 shows there, and every one of them has been mind blowing.
Been multiple times not for concerts yet. Engaged staff, events and a clean place :)
I checked a big place off my bucket list her. The hike up was taxing but well worth it. We went to reggae on the rocks awesome festival. The sound and lights were amazing. The employees were specially nice for a venue. The traffic getting out wasn t bad at all. I will definitely be coming back for future shows.
Must visit when in Colorado. The sound is amazing in Amphitheater.
Had THE most amazing experience there! Awe inspiring to say the least! We will most certainly be back!
Amazing place for a concert from wonderful sound to great view of the stage regardless where you sit. There are a lot of stairs to traverse just to get in, but it is completely worth it!
Great accoustics and beautiful views. Truly worth the very short trip to see a concert.
This area is beautiful. It was a great family friendly experience that didn t cost us anything. We definitely plan to go back for a concert sometime.
Hell yeah! Red Rocks needs to be on your bucket list. It's an incredible musical experience that shouldn't be missed! Food and drinks are a bit pricey but you are allowed to bring a picnic if you follow their rules!
Awesome venue! Definitely a bucket-list item. Gotta see a concert here if you ever get a chance, it's beyond EPIC!!
It's Red Rocks, people! I'm not going to write about how beautiful and amazing it is. If you haven't been there, you're missing the best venue in the Americas. Period. If you're into reading, stop reading my review and read the millions of others. Actually, just stop reading! Just go there! Geez ...
Like who are you to even wonder if this place isnt stellar! Get on your high horse and enjoy an awesome view of denver with minimal effort. Many parking lots from bottom to top, you're only as resourceful as the next Google review....
It's a beautiful place and everytime family visits they love coming here!!!
This place is gorgeous. Any show here is a good show. I recommend bringing cushions to sit on for shows, it's a game changer to have that. Packing your food is allowed and will save you tons of money.
Best venue for a concert in the country! If you re in the area it s a must.
Great concert.....Amos Lee and the Colorado Symphony Orchestra. Haven't been disappointed in any concert I've seen here. A must see even if you can't go to a concert, just go and see it! Night view is amazing!
beautiful place, a bit far from Denver if you don't have a car but you should definitely see it
What can you say other than it's RED ROCKS. This venue is always amazing but when your there to see Lionel Ritchie how much better can it get. This venue never disappoints.
My cousins and I went here to listen to a band called Death Cab for Cutie. The scenery was beautiful.
World class music venue. It's a bucket list kind of place with scenery unparalleled by most music venues
Colorado AF thing to do.. go for a concert, movie or top work out but red rocks is awesome!
An amazing venue and something you should experience at least once. The visitors center isnt very large but is still worth a visit. Music fans and architects / engineers will find it most interesting.
Amazing red rocks view and naturally formed theater. Make sure there is no concert so you can get access to theater.
