The venue itself is awesome but not very handicap accessible when leaving. We were able to get uber to drop us off at the top but there was no way to be picked up from the top. Once we made it down the never ending stairs the walk to the uber lot was too long so they claimed they would allow our uber through to come pick up. Of course they left us sitting there and never made sure we got down. If you need any type of assistance post concert you better drive yourself and park at the top or they may just leave you there.

The trails are nice. Being able to walk into and around the historic amphitheater was awesome. A crew was loading-in lights and equipment for a show later on the day we went. That was cool to watch for a bit. Great experience here.

Looking for a good scene and hike? Come here and take in the beautiful red rocks. If you re not watching a concert it s still nice to come in the day time. On a clear day you can see the city. They have a museum and you can exercise on the steps. The sun is quite strong so bring some sunscreen! They have a restaurant and a cafe.

The best place on Earth to see a show. The energy, the acoustics, the views, the people and amazing nature. It is a place that can bring out the best in people. Shows at Red Rocks can be life altering experiences.

This amphitheater is incredible. We went to an EDM concert there. I don't think there is a bad seat in the place. I would choose a seat on the end of the row so you can get drinks and go to the bathroom easier. The sound is great. Lots of bathrooms. The parking lots are big. Be prepared to walk a bit and go up a lot of stairs to get to the amphitheater. It's worth it.

Red Rocks is truly one of those wonders of the world. I've been going to the park since the early 70's and it never looses the appeal.

Some things do change like the people and of course more rules then I care to remember.
However the beauty and formation of the Red Rocks aura still remains.

On the last visit only a few days ago I did get a chance to visit the tour center, it is amazing. All the concerts listed on the walls, the many musicians bios and a short video of the history of Red Rocks Park was fascinating and fun all located in a comfortable setting.

As a child I remember my father taking us there, we would climb the rocks and hike the area. It was a carefree experience.
Now it has some restrictions, and you don't have the same experience as my family did years ago. But that seems to come with the times of today.

On another note; I have been to many concerts and it is one of the best experiences.
Listening to music among the stars at Red Rocks is awesome, the acoustics is so rich and amazing.

Beautiful venue! 1st time there and I will definitely be back! Wear comfy shoes and be prepared for lots of stairs and all weather conditions. :) also be ready for a ridiculous ride share wait if you decide to go that route, which we did lol.

Red Rocks Amphitheater is beautiful, and you couldn't ask for better acoustics during a live show. I personally love it here, however there are some major issues when it comes to actually being in the audience during a show.
Saw Billie Eilish last night, my first show at Red Rocks in YEARS. The weather wasnt cooperative and we got rained on pretty heavily. The Amphitheater sells ponchos, yet they sold out pretty quick, which was only slightly annoying.
My group had really good seats, but as soon as the show started, a large group came rushing down, and pushed in, standing directly in front of us. Note, I had 4, 14 year old girls and 1 12 year old boy with me, who couldn't see well over the heads of the intruders. Heaven forbid any of us tried to sit down. Security was notified, and did NOTHING.
Then there's the smoking. Red Rocks provides designated smoking areas - outside of the audience, along the outside rails, yet there was an insane amount of smoke (including Marijuana - which by the way is illegal to smoke in public places, such as in the middle of the audience at a concert). Again, security was notified, and again NOTHING was done. If anything, the longer the show went on, the heavier the smoke got, to where myself and my kids were covering our faces to avoid it.
Red Rocks is beautiful and an amazing venue, but I have zero plans on returning.

Had a great time!!! Bucket list item and it did not disappoint. We were able to take a shuttle with the Cheba Hut Sub Shop for about $25, which I recommend too! Everyone on the was friendly and fun and we hung out with them for the majority of the show. The one thing I was not prepared for was the walk to the Amphitheater was more strenuous than I anticipated. Doable but its a climb!

What a wonderful place to visit. So many musicians have played there.

I got to ride on the elevator with Michael Franti, just wow.

The visitor center is great with the history from all the events throughout the years.

Can't decide whether to go or not? Just go!!

Beautiful scenery all the way around too!

Awesome, architectural gem of an amphitheater surrounded by majestic red rock formations providing a venue for world class performers since 1910. Surrounded by gorgeous natural beauty of the Rocky Mountains.

As a Colorado Native I'm so honored to live right by Red Rocks. What an incredibly beautiful venue! The sound up there is mind blowing and it's just an all around amazing space for concerts and events, as well as an awesome place to hike! 5 stars isn't even high enough to describe how great this space is.

No matter what event you see here, you will have a great time. The view is perfect from anywhere for the stage and the scenery behind it. The bathrooms are very nice and there is more than enough parking, although your walk to the car will depend on how early you get there. A must visit for any and everyone. There is also a ton of workout groups here or you can run the stairs if you want. If you prefer hiking there is an abundance of easy to moderate trails.

Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater is a very scenic spot. There are a ton of stairs which may be difficult for some to navigate if you want to view the actual amphitheater however I think there is parking at the top to bypass that. Like much of Colorado there is wildlife you can see at the park as well.

The amphitheatre was closed for an event, however I've been here before. It's a must see for anyone coming through the mountains and this area of Colorado. The park is absolutely breathtaking.

A venue tucked in a mountain? It doesn't get any better than that. The sound was incredible. Scenery behind the stage at night gives you a perfect view of the city all lit up it's just absolutely breath taking in every way.

Red rocks is a interesting place that is alive with activity. It has both tourist and locals hanging out. Some beautiful scenery and the amphitheater await you. There were a lot of people using the facilities for fitness activities, which I understand to be the norm.

Amazing place which has a lot of red rocks and pretty trails. The Amphitheatre is amazing and you can get a excellent view of the Denver city. Also the trading Post trail you can see different shades of rocks from yellow, green, red. The size of these rocks is mind boggling.

Red Rock Amphitheatre is a gorgeous place to go to an event at. Located in Morrison, Colorado, it s a prime place for concerts and other events. Unfortunately, with the pandemic they aren t doing large events, but you still can walk the mountain of stairs to catch a breath taking view of the beautiful Red Rocks. I don t think the pictures do this place justice. It s breathtaking.

Great venue! The sound quality is great and the stadium seating is very steep so you can always see no matter where you are. Bring jackets and a poncho! Once the sun goes down it gets cold up there - we were not prepared!

Gorgeous for sunrise although try to avoid the day after concert because leaf blowers are ok full blast for cleanup and kind of ruins the experience. Acoustics here are crazy and a concert is definitely a bucket list item!

I think it goes without saying that Red Rocks is the best place for a live concert. You just can't beat the natural acoustics or the views!!! I can't wait to go to my next concert there!!!

Probably one of the greatest outdoor concert venues anywhere. I so enjoy coming here, I will be back. It is a hike from parking, so check the website or call for the list of prohibited items. It is a pain carrying anything (umbrella) all the way to the entrance, to be told you can't bring it in.

Love it. Them stairs are a beast and there are some things that can be updated but in my opinion it's the best venue for a concert I've been backstage and it's sad and pathetic and it needs to be remodeled, but in regards to mother nature and her part, perfect. I go for stars rating only because of man's part. You can bycycle, run/walk, and go to sunrise Easter service (church) as well. If u are visiting u have to see it. I read only 13% of inner city Denver kids have been to the mountains the schools have summer programs that r changing that.

There's not much to be said about Red Rocks that hasn't already been said. If you are a concert goer you MUST see a show, any show, at Red Rocks. The place is other-worldly and un-matched as a music venue! We saw local heroes Big Head Todd and the Monsters and they brought it!
