Red Rocks is always great! Even when there is no concert!

Must see in Denver. We had a quick stop being heading out to the airport. Amazing place

Great venue. Just an awesome place to be. Only complaint I had with the specific day we went was those that were navigating the parking blocked a lot of people in.

Red Rock Amphitheater was amazing! !! A must see if you're in Denver. Spectacular views and the red rock is an amazing sight. Local favorite for working out too. Only about 30 min outside of Denver.

Beautiful formation with tons of easy trails to take an afternoon stroll.

You just can't beat the sound quality from the natural amphitheater at Red Rocks. The venue is absolutly stunning, and the view is gorgeous! There's nothing like it anywhere else. They have a great shuttle service from the disabled parking lot up to the entrance gate. The entire staff is courteous. The restroom facilities are clean and well stocked. The only problem barring me from giving a full 5 stars is that the disabled ticket access is just absolutely awful. Only one row at the bottom and one row at the top is completely absurd for the large disabled population living in Denver that want to attend concerts. There is no reason why sections of the next following rows could not be marked off for the disabled as well. And even with the two rows they have available now you can't get tickets because computers are buying them up before the disabled even have a chance. Then when you get to the concerts half the accessible seats are empty the entire concert. It would be great if they could address this issue so that all can enjoy Red Rocks, not just the able bodied.

World class venue with great sound. Unfortunately the transplants to the town of Morrison needed to complain and make concert stop times early than most places.... guess they didn't know it was there when they moved into town since they just recently decided to build it in 1936.... oh wait.

Offers a concert experience unlike any other I've seen. Acoustically great and visually stunning. A unique mix of music and the wonders of nature. A must-visit for anyone who loves concerts and the outdoors and wants to experience a venue that truly sets itself apart from all others.

if you want some amazing pictures with some of the best views in Colorado, this is definitely the place to go, plus you can exercise or go in to the guest building and learn about all the artists that have played there over the years or maybe just to enjoy some really good meal at the restaurant in there, many things to do there!!

Awesome stage and amphitheatre. Not a bad seat in the house. Went and saw Kaleo and had great acoustics and environment with the lit up rocks was cool. Advise bringing earplugs to dampen the noise if you will sit in the first 30 rows.

What is there to say. We attend an event here at least once a year. There is no place like it. Always clean, staff is excellent and you will as appreciate all 380 steps up from the lower lots, trust me, it's worth it.

Saw Peter Frampton last night..wow! An hour weather delay but about 830 the led zepplen tribute band, Frampton, the venue, the views of the city and storm lightning were fanastic!

Would highly recommend it's a unique experience. The atmosphere is very chillband laid back absolutely would go back again

Its awesome experience to hear the beats in the open red rocks Amphitheatre. Its spectacular.

Such a beautiful, natural amphitheatre! Even the man made portions are beautiful and fit right in . There's only bench style seating, but anything else would be too much of a footprint. And you can bring a bleacher seat if you want. There is LOTS of leg room. Very comfortable. Acoustics are amazing! There are concessions and sometimes a food truck or two, but nothing amazing there. You can bring food in, but be sure to check the rules. Not for the faint of heart, though. Lots of steps, but so worth it!

The best place in the world to go to a concert. It just can t be beat. It s such a unique natural venue and listen to your favorite band under the stars surrounded by people you love, it s an experience like no other.

One of the best amphitheaters in America, but the sound was distorted in the very rear seats due to heavy cross winds.

Everytime I visit I have the most incredible experience! I love this venue. The music never disappoints. The crowd is always incredible. The views are top notch and unbeatable. From the crowd you can see the city in the background way in the distance. Yet you're miles away from it and immersed in a musical experience like no other. If you get the chance, I highly recommend catching a show here.

I would best describe going to a show at Red Rocks as a religious experience. This was the greatest concert experience of my entire life and the rocks are so absurdly dope it is actually messed up how sick it is. You gotta go here.

Great place to visit. We enjoyed concert at night. With lights falling on red rocks and music, this place comes to life - highly recommend it.

Amazing venue that you have to see at least once. An added bonus is that the staff is great and extremely helpful, especially if you need accommodations for disabled attendees.

This is a must see when in Colorado. Looking down at the stage plus the skyline in the back ground, the beauty of the rocks. It is an experience.

People always make good use of the amphitheater (especially when there is no event). You can see many people exercising here. People bring their dogs and hike here. We went on the stage and sang songs for everyone. The huge red rock frames all your photos beautifully. It is also a great lookout to see Denver. Downstairs they have a music museum and a simple geology and dinosaur museum. We'll try the cafe next time.

Great place to workout and hike. Would love to see a concert here one day

Amazing. I'd probably shuttle there next time instead of parking at the lot or (PRO TIP) park at the LOWER lot, nearest the exit! This means a longer walk and potentially quite a few stairs but the parking folks seem to adapt a "let the lower lot folks go first, and upper lot folks go last" policy. If the show wasn't so damn amazing I would have been furious about being parked waiting for the cars parked in front of me to go for 45 minutes. So, there's that. Bring sunblock and more water than you'll think you need.. especially if you're from out of town and the heat is more than you're used to.

It's easy to see why musicians LOVE to play this place more than any other, the sound is just sublime, I mean it is SO good it's hard for me to listen to the album anymore, even on vinyl. I know Dispatch did some recording there, I'm still praying the whole thing comes out on DVD/live album SOON! I drove 1300 miles just to get to this show and it was worth it! If I had more money I would have flown... well worth the trip either way!

Just waited 2 hrs to buy tickets at the Coliseum only to have to get on my knees to order through a 4 inch hole in the glass. Your ticketing system sucks and lack of respect for peoples time and dignity is astonishing

Loved the view. New experience. It was kind of cold the day I went and the stairs were a little tough for me since I honestly don't exercise at all.

I think Red Rocks is a great place to visit for concerts or just to bring your family. There are Fantastic views, Rock formations, as well history.

Awesome legendary venue! Be prepared for a hike. The views are incredible! Next time I ll bring my workout gear. Dozens of people were using the amphitheater as their gym...running up and down the stairs and through the rows. Although we did get a pretty good workout just making it to the bottom to stand on the stage and then getting back up to the top! Can t wait to go back.

A simply stunning venue! There are a lot of stairs, so be prepared to exercise a bit, but the view is awesome! They have modern, clean, and safe restrooms and food vendors in convenient areas. Parking is a flat $10, or you can park lower down and hike up. A truly great place easily accessible from Denver or points north and south of there. Bring water on a hot day, and you will have an amazing time!

Who doesn't love seeing a show here? Probably the most amazing and gorgeous venue in town. Entertainment under the stars.

Whether you're looking for a hike or the best place to see a show Red Rocks is perfect. I love the natural design and the way that even the structures are sort of incorporated into the surrounding scenery. They have several hikes with varying degrees of difficulty most of them Loops that allow you to see all the various natural beauty and planning that make this place the ideal 10000 seat roughly concert venue.

How do you rate this place any less than 5 stars???

Concerts for everyone, from Christian, to rock, and hip-hop to pop. They have it all. You should visit for a good exercise, and you can learn about all the people that have ever performed there. And EVERYONE has performed there.

As always, a perfect experience. Anything in this unique venue is a treat to the senses. A MUST while in Colorado.

My first experience at the rocks was the grateful dead. 1974 / 75. Can't say enough concerning those days. I love that its still a great source of hiking ,music, the shops. What history has been made in all the years I've gone. Be back soon.

Probably not a place with a more beautiful view to grab a great workout. I was surprised by how many people are out burning calories at 7am. Top lot was full

Such an AMAZING VENUE. After watching a show here, no other concert will ever be the same. No photo or video can do it justice. Do recommend that if you go during fall-winter you definitely dress appropriately. People were taking blankets so highly recommend!

This was a beautiful place! We went for Yoga on the Rocks, which I cannot recommend enough, in August. Watching the sunrise from the top of the amphitheater was spectacular!

Parking was simple, I imagine that unless you are going to a super sold out concert it should be an easy process. The walk from the lower lot to the amphitheater, while not long, is VERY steep. If you are worried about that, make sure you use the upper lot (it's a much shorter and decidedly downhill walk).

We are definitely going back for more Yoga on the Rocks and to just visit!

Once you go here you will see why this place is the BEST outdoor natural Amphitheatre. They just need more big headliners to play here.

Red Rocks is the epitome of Colorado. Whether your a tourist or a local it's a great spot. I consider summer "Red Rocks season". Going up shows is my favorite. But even if you're not catching a show, there's great hikes all around.. my favorite is yoga on the rocks! Family friendly and fun experience.
