It was amazing I was drowning and the life gaured got me and gave me water excitement!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome place! It's new, so it very clean. The entire staff, in every dept, could not have been more friendly or helpful. For our two night stay I brought our razors, kites,toys etc., and never touched any one of them. There's plenty to do on the grounds. Parked our car and never moved it. It's a family place and It's perfect for that. Big arcade, mini golf, and other activities too. April 2016

Great food, waterpark, hotel, and hospitalliy i go there a lot because of these reasons and would definally recommend

Love the place. There is so much to do and have fun. For little kids ,big kids and adults.

A great family destination in Camelback. Lots of different activities that vary by level and age. Kiddie pool has swings and slides. Older kids enjoy the lazy river and the numerous other larger slides. There places to buy food and tables with chairs. All in all good place for a family.

I think I had more fun then the kids. Amazing quality experience with friends and family cant wait to go back.

I absolutely loved this place!! My family and I stayed in the two- bedroom suite complete with 2 balconies..a pull out sofa..and a fireplace.. every morning I was greeted with a mountain view and deer grazing grass. The indoor and outdoor waterpark was phenomenal my Children 21, 7, and 6 had a blast. The lifeguards are great and attentive just ask my 6 yr old who thought it was a great idea to go to the deep side! Anywho.. The water slides were awesome sauce...but the option for food there was not only sparse but expensive and not really kid friendly. So Please pack your own snacks.. water..juices..and even foods such as lunch meat.. waffles..sausages..fruit..the room has a refrigerator and microwave and a public toaster downstairs. Happy swimming!

2nd to none in experience from indoor to out door to arcade then room 10 out of 5 Marie Mgmt was ideal in resolving a issue the staff seemed to be having trouble with in moments

Had a great time! Bought a groupon and was able to use it during the week when my kids had off from school. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We got the king bunk room which was fantastic with our 2 kids. They have quiet hours at night so didnt hear much in the halls after 11pm. We will definitely be back!

Great place for kids. Not sure how to rate this place, though, as, when I was there, somebody pooped in the water. Chaotic and disgusting, but it's the guest, not the place. I give 2 stars as I won't go back no matter what. Disgusting...

Not the best customer service. We were told our room would be ready by 4pm or sooner and we wyld get a text message when it was ready. At 4pm I went to the registration desk. Told them we haven't received a text yet. Man walks away, comes back, tears a piece of paper off from something else at his station and hands it to me. Here is your room number. No apology. No directions to where we should go. Nothing. Just a piece of paper. Get to the room and the air conditioning is not working. Call down to the front desk and the phone keeps ringing. No answer. Had to use my cell phone to call reservations to get connected to someone who called maintenance. Again, no apology. But the maintenance man was helpful and nice. First time and last time we are coming here. Haven't even made it to the pool yet.

There was many areas to choose from, places for kids, udults, eateries, relaxation, and more can be found only in Aquatopia!

I took my son and a friend here for my son's 12th birthday. Thankfully, the first impression didn't linger too long. The people in the room/office where you get the wrist bands were miserable AND never mentioned that I would need a wrist band in order to supervise the kids. When I got to the door to enter, the much kinder woman, informed me that I needed a band as well. Once we got in, the kids had a great time. Changing clothes was easy and convenient, the other staff members were very pleasant and personable.
I would have liked to have seen more "maps" that show you were you are and where everything else is. Other than that and the cranky, not child friendly office staff, I would recommend Aquatopia.

The adults only hottub was not adults only. The warm water was nice compared to the other water attractions.
They say the water is suppose to be 86 degrees.... Not true. It's very cold.
Pool towels are only offered at the entrance.... Leave a towel lay on a chair while you go do a slide or lazy river and come back to no towel. Gotta walk all the way back to the entrance for another.

Great water park fun! Not too small of a park and not too big where it's overwhelmingly exhausting! Bottle Drinks are expensive. Food was responsibly price and good. Very clean but the chlorine was very strong and potent where my eyes was burning and I developed a headache after an hour of being inside the park area. Definitely returning with the family.

My family and I have visited Kalahari and Great Wolf, so naturally we figured we had to try Aquatopia for the trifecta. Big mistake!!! There is hardly anything to do here compared to the other two. The lazy river is just that, designed lazy!! It was quite boring. Food was overpriced and pretty basic. The rooms were lame, and we were there to celebrate our daughter s birthday and they wouldn t even consider doing anything special as they require 48 hours notice!!! Didn t even say we will try to see what we can do. NEVER EVER NEVER GOING BACK!!! I can say one nice thing, the staff working the FlowRider was very helpful and attentive as well as suggestive to the participants!! My Son who is 10 said he would rank his top 3:
1) Kalahari
2) Great Wolf
3) Aquatopia
But I said NO!! It is more like Aquatopia is #0 on our list!!! For the same money or less you are ALOT BETTER OFF AT KALAHARI. We have made it our annual Fathers Day getaway!! Sorry Aquatopia, YOU NEVER GET A SECOND CHANCE TO MAKE A FIRST IMPRESSION!!!

Let's just say, You Will get wet on every ride...Need I say more!!!!

it's ok. but the wait just made it worse. over 3 hours to get the room. cannot do anything with luggage. next day 10 am water park opens and check out is 11am

Great great place. Maybe a lilt bit pricey but awesome.. Great for the whole family. Didnt like that the wave pool floating tube are allowed, hot tube full of kids. Overall great experience love it. Room was great, love this place. Again a lil bit pricey but really really great. Staff really polite i went in there on a Friday place was empty. Really enjoyed my stay..

This has one of the craziest water slides I ve ever been on it was comparable to kalahari it was amazing

It was wonderful I went twice this year but they need to fix what they need to fix what's the money that we spent there that's not acceptable will you text back to get on a water ride and it's not functioning

Great place geared to families, something for kids of all ages.

Great Water park, however the hotel needs more restaurants and or food services. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

It was amazing! Food was a bit pricy but everything else was so great! The workers were so friendly and the place was so clean.

Such an outrageous wonderful experience. The staff was so wonderful, courteous, and helpful! Would definitively go back soon!

It was amazing my camp loved it the food is good and the better part was that we were next to the vending machine my room was 444 and it was asome I wish I could go again. (' ' )

It's a nice indoor water park where you don't have to worry to loose your kids, because it's not that big. If you just sit quietly on the chair by the pool, your kid will show somehow. LOL. Mom can relax by the hot water pool, part of it is outdoor. You must reserve hotel room which comes with the admission to the waterpark. I came too early, coz the snow tubing park is not open yet. You might want to come visit around Desember (2nd week i guess). Check their website. No food outside allowed to the park. Arcade just next to the park. Lobby is perfect to take picture. Many activities for the kids (pay extra) such as climbing, VR, shirt painting, pottery.

This is the best place for family to enjoy if your kids is between 6 to 14 you won't regret your stay.

Didn't like it there was a lot of hair in the wave pool and it just open the wave pool pump on one side wasn't working and they do false advertising on tv there 2 tubes are not open and they show on tv and food was expensive and wasn't all that good wouldn't come here again

Not much to do after going on each of the rides once

Great experience, got my daughter to go on the slides for the first time. I couldn't hey her off by the end of the day.

Aquatopia is my happy place. Graced with several slides, arcade and activities, this is a must for the family. Day passes are affordable and some weekends are not all that full so you can maximize your time there. Staff and lifeguards are friendly.

i thought this place would just be fun for kids but i honestly had a blast!

Superb staff, clean and well maintained. Had a problem at check in, upgrade given without asking.

We had an absolute blast!!! We will be returning. The staff was great in all aspects.

I wish there was more water attractions but its a nice place for kids and as a family

great slides(except the ride attendant announcing our weight...LOUDLY.. personally I don't care.. but some people might be more sensitive to that), cool environment at the swim up bar. the margaritas were delicious and well put together. the only complaint i have is the amount of kids in the hot tub. they were splashing, screaming, and SPITTING everywhere. also...graffiti pizza is awesome!

This place was super fun there is something for the whole family to enjoy. Definitely going back. I highly recommend Aquatopia.

My stay was very nice the hospitality was excellent there was one problem but the manager fix it immediately. We ate at the buffet during our stay which was great, our server was Kathy who made our dining comfortable. Kathy was friendly and informative.

Came here, specifically for the swim up bar, off season to celebrate an anniversary. The indoor water park itself was nice, a little chilly, since it wasn't a sunny day, but overall not bad.. good for families with kids. It wasn't very crowded when we went, so we had a great time at the swim up bar.

It is large, clean, and has a wide variety of playing water. The game machine is included, but you need to buy additional game coins.

I like this place alot. However waiting for my fries today had me very frustrated. it took about 29mins. what's up with that. Poor customer service last week. I will bring my own food and leave it in the he car.

Great time with the family. Get a cabana totally worth it to have a central space for a group to call home base.

We had so much FUN! Excellent costumer service, clean pools and rooms Definitely will go back. Recommend

Amazing place I enjoyed the place a lot. The kids had a great time also. So much to do. I prefer to go to the park during school days it's less crowded and much cheaper. The people at the park are great and really friendly.

Thus water park is a go tk place. The lines were decent 5-10 mins. The hotel room was very nice and the staff was great. Food prices are a little high but it is a resort.

DONT GO TO Berrelli s! My entire party Got food poisoning from there. Then the hotel challenged us. Had to go to the hospital. Beware!
