Food was ok. I had fries and the wings.
Anne-Marie knew NOTHING ABOUT THE MENU. NOTHING at all. I was most disappointed when she made it known that she would have to take a break (during which she partially familiarize herself with the menu).
We had to to switch out the planters punch which was completely awful for just a whiskey and ginger ale.
When we were just about to make an order for entrees, Ann-marie came back with our bill (clearly signalling it was time for us to go). We decided to pay and realised that the God-awful punch that was to be removed from our bill was still there. I brought it to her attention and she snatched the bill from my hand and sauntered off to the cash register.
I wish I had enough time to deal with with poor customer service but my friends thought it best to leave right away and not "make a fuss".

I went here to Pennsylvania it was a good place to bring the family for a nice day at the waterpark I went on the slide they call it lava luge it s truly a great place to go.

Excellent experience in this place is very good for children and adults! It has many fun games for young children. It is clean and organized. I went one day during the week so there were not many people. My daughter was able to enjoy the games without problems. She has lifeguards all over the place. The food is acceptable. pizza hamburgers hot dogs .. it also has 2 restaurants and room service if you are staying at the hotel i recommend it so you can enjoy more of the park .. it also has outdoor activities depends on the package you buy includes them if not At reception you can ask for the extra cost .. a bar to drink alcoholic beverages if your children are already grown up and do not have to take care of them of course . Highly recommended I recommend making your reservations and staying 2 days.

Awesome fun place for water activities and rides. Suited for all ages. There's enough place for everyone to lay out and the food was reasonable and tasty.

Great. Wonderful night with great friends. The park is small, but we enjoyed the bar pool, lazy river, and all the slides.

People are always friendly the staff if you asked him a question or always willing to help maintenance department is very knowledgeable of the building and where things are.

Great place, clean and friendly staff. Rooms are a little dark (maybe brighter lightening). Wave pool is large and fun. Will check out the indoor rock climbing and ropes course on the next visit.

The lines are way too long to get on rides. I didn't see any lifeguard they said they have. Food prices are good. Choices are typical pizza, chicken. The hot tub was so packed I couldn't get in and I was there all day. For me, it wasn't worth the price.

Pretty nice water park with a good verity of slides and pools. They ve got a couple of those vertical drop slides which are fun and some nice big slides that can fit 6 people per tube and go into those vortex features. There s also single More

On the small side compared with Great Wolf or Kalahari, but a better value if you get the indoor and outdoor passes for a night's stay. $60/pp for a daily pass v $300+ for a night, so stay a night is a better value + savings off zipline etc. Safe, good for kids, usual food and drink options. Restaurants (Trail's End) better than most. (Three stars otherwise)

Perfect place for family vacation. Not crowded, room was very clean and so was the water park. All staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. We had a great time. Love this place. Would definitely go back there.

We went before Christmas. Water was warm. Flow ride was fun. Good # of activities for the kids.

First time here......check in is at 4pm....check out at 11 am....you have a bracelet actived to your account so you don't have to carry a wallet in the park...towels are free....water park close at 10pm...on weekends....there....is a restaurante/buffet...overall ok...experience....rooms are clean and well equipped..

You will have to either dispose all of your food or go back all the way to your car, they wouldn't let you bring your own food, I only eat homemade! So I am suppose to stay hungry at your water park?! Stupid!

Very fun and a good place to spend time with your friends and family!

Had a great time with my friends and our kids. Bit of a mix up with rooms initially that took awhile to sort out (manager was not the most accommodating given that it was their error) but once that was resolved the rest was smooth and easy going. The cost of food is pricy and the selection is OK. 99.9 % of the people including children wore mask within the facilities however while at the indoor pool area most didn't. At the end of the day it was nice to have somewhere to take the kids during this pandemic where they we able to be just kids.

Family friendly resort but also a blast for a group of girls on a bachelorette party trip! The staff is wonderful and the facilities are great

Not a fan of the Poconos, but this is a great 4-season resort if you have kids. No snow? Indoor water park. Plenty of activities, reasonable food (price/quality) and popular but not overcrowded on weekdays.

This is the worst place that i went, little the indoor water park is not the amazing park to be the number 1 second it s look that they don t give maintenance. Don t have a lot of safety and the drinks they can make much better on my opinion. I little wait 1:40 min for Order a pizza and wait for the pizza and is expensive and is not even good the pizza, They even have ice for the drinks. The service is terrible. This is the worst place and it should not be the number 1 indoor water park, the best water pro is Kalahari so if you guys want a really good water park the best of the best Kalahari

Poorly managed. 4 slides down the two days we were there. Management offered nothing, wouldn't even waive their "resort fees". Had a similar experience at their local competitor last year when their wave pool was down for an entire day...they comp'd me a night. Won't be back, go to the other one.

From slides to wave pools, this place has it all. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

The waterpark is amazing but the arcade is horrible I tried to get a Fortnite llama from the claw machine and it just kept taking my money

I dont believe they should charge full price, for a one day indoor pass because most of the water rides were closed.

When we checked in and asked for a room with balcony, they said it would be additional charge? Never heard of that at an indoor waterpark. We weren't upgrading to a suite just a balcony.

My kids loved it. I was less enthusiastic. I wished it was cleaner, more fun, more novel, and definitely less expensive.

Bring your kids and then once they re sleeping go check out the bar in the pool!

Camel beach (Aquatopia Waterpark) is absolutely amazing. I had a great time with my family and friends. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The prices are super affordable. Despite my great experience, the only complaint I have is the following: I stayed for one night and woke up with a bite. Very similar to a bug bite so it most likely is. I m disappointed. I have to a pay the doctor a visit just to make sure it isn t something critical- the side effects are very bothering.

Not only fun for the kids but the parents to. While the kids are playing on the slides there is a swim up bar for the parents. The food is alright and there is an arcade which is fun for the kids. It's very fun.

Favourite place, price is very reasonable, this is my favourite place for a mini vac and when. I want to relax, kids love it.

Place is great. Fun and family friendly. Covid-19 has a couple of things on the indoor water park closed but its still a nice getaway.

Very good water park and clean. Security guards guiding us to ensure proper safety. Whole indoor well temperature maintained. Several water park activities and we can wear vest as well..

Great value at weeknight rates! Over 10 waterslides for 42-48" and up, 2 different littler kid areas, wave pool, lazy river, and swim up bar. This is my kids' fav indoor waterpark in the Poconos and we've been to all 3.
