Great family vacation destination everyone is really friendly.

The hotel was good buuuuuutttttttt ....... the indoor water park sucksss.its hot it smells like colorene and it s wack rides and it just sucks but the outside one is the best

Such an amazing place. With so much to do for a family weekend or couples get away. The indoor water park is another great hit. Although the bartenders' attude and lack of good service at the water park may ruin the moment, you can still enjoy other parts of the resort and the services they provide. Btw the guys that help with your luggage are amazing. They do make you feel so welcomed to the resort. I defenately condider coming to this place again. I will just avoid the bar down in the Aquatopia section.

I did go to the water pump. But I loved ski nice set up and good trainers.

Great place to get away. Very family oriented. I'd recommend it for families with children over 10 yrs old. For a younger child try Great Wolf Lodge.

We had such a great time! This water park has everything, but it's small enough that you can find the people that you came with. We came with a group of people of all ages from 3-61 and we all had such a great time. There is a variety of slides so that people who were more afraid of less afraid were able to go on. We all enjoyed ourselves. I definitely recommend Aquatopia!

Love it will be back every year winter fun water park, snow tubing, skiing, great shopping near by just wonderful

Fun place. indoor water park is fun for kids and adults. Rooms at the hotel are clean and nice. excellent service. the buffet, the pizzeria and the restaurat/pub are good. food was delicious and good service.

Bad. We left n got money back. Can't explain. Wouldnt have enough space

Loved had lots of fun also can bring inn your own food and Drinks on your own cooler loved it was like a kid at play again

Planned a fun weekend getaway to stay at a nearby hotel and use the Aquatopia waterpark for the day. The rates at Camelback were about $650 so we couldn t afford to stay there this time around. We got to the waterpark around 10:30am on a Sunday. Line for tickets was just starting to get big and it seemed very unorganized. I m 8 months pregnant and we waited in the line for about an hour with our 3 year old. We get to the front to pay for tickets and cashier says oh sorry, we re only letting guests of the resort in now and sold out to the public. I was so mad given we waited in line for so long (pregnant and uncomfortable) and there was no sign or staff letting anyone in line know that they needed to be a guest at the hotel only to get tickets. I asked for a manager and she wouldn t budge and said she was at full capacity for outside guests and couldn t let us in and didn t have any staff to use to tell people in the long line that they were full. How hard would it be to have someone just walk by and announce it or put a sign up ? A good business would apologize and offer us maybe a discount pass to come back in the future or some other accommodation but nope! We would have spent a lot of money there for the day and done other activities and come back to stay in the future but now this has left us feeling pissed off. We went to Kalahari (10 min away) and had a great time. Waterpark was much cooler and bigger than Camelback s looked and everything was organized there. Easy to get tickets and they even have spectator passes (for pregnant like me or injured etc) which Camelback did not. Highly recommend going down the road to Kalahari instead. They have all the same activities inside (mini golf , arcade etc) and we had An amazing day.

Always a great time here! Rent the canopy it's so comfortable and convenient for all.. We absolutely love this place even if it's for the day it's worth it!

It could be better. Needs more monitors. The jacuzzi was a zoo. Filled with little kids jumping around.

Food is expensive and NASTY.
Rude personel with very litle concer for customers.
And lastly the information on their website is inaccurate.

I came for the Venus Flytrap slide and it is closed, along with a few others. Other indoor waterparks are much nicer. I'm disappointed I drove so far and paid so much for the so so room and slides.

A great experience and vacation. The family had a blast, we will be coming back!

Terrible save yourself some mo ey and go somewhere else

I love the water park but to have just one server for 20+ cabanas when your paying $200 for it is a embarrassing.

Very entertaining place with several water games for the family, in general it is a very nice place but somewhat expensive.

Loved the park, fun for the kids, hated wearing that stupid plastic room key wristband while we were there that constantly dug in to my wrist. Overall we will be back, and hopefully theybwont have the wristbands

Almost as large as Kalihari. Has boogie boarding, big tube rides, and an indoor sit-in-water bar. I had a great time!

Great indoor waterpark with full of other indoor activities; rock climbing, rope climbing, mini golf, bowling, etc. was perfect spot to go especially during winter.

Water park is great but the other water park that is apart of here on top of the hill is not exactly close but however the food here is way to pricey and the staff is very rude except for the housekeeping staff they have been wonderful I can honestly Say I will never come back again... $5 dollars for a 2liter bottle of soda you must be out of your mind $23.99 per person for the buffet it should be $13.99 per person and kids should be $7.99 I think someone screwed up on the pricing that's for sure but yea first time here and last time here...

My kids love this place in the summer. There are so much to do here but book early if you want to get a good price, it can get pricey on last minute booking. There are a lot of place to eat in the surrounding area within 10 minutes of the water park if you don t feel like staying inside. The room aren t anything to brag about but you aren t stay there for the room anyway. Arcade is fun and exciting but the prize for the ticket are anything worth keeping unless you have the high ticket count. Word of caution, If you are afraid of height, don t ride the mountain coaster, it is really high going up :).

The kids and I had so much fun. Birthday party deals are very good.

Excellent place for a little get away. Kids loved it. Had a condo with 2 bedrooms and kitchen which was great cause food is pricey. Overall was a good time though.

It was pretty good except the loud people by the lazy river

It was fun here but the water could've been warmer. Not too many kiddie rides, more for the older kids. My kids weren't tall enough so they couldn't try the thrilling rides. The lazy river was fun. Enjoyed the wave pool a lot and stayed inside for a long time.

Can't beat a warm indoor water park when there is snow outside. Great break from the snow activities.

Amazing indoor waterpark. I don't even know how many different waterslides there are. 10? 15? Wave beach, lazy river, and Flowrider for body boarding. Too much fun for the whole family!

Very fun Waterpark, big wave pool, fun rides, went end of August without long lines for rides. Cool air brush tatoo stand

Very nice resort. Rooms were nice. Waterpark was clean and I felt very comfortable with my young son playing, lifeguards were everywhere. Will visit again.

New facility and great amenities, environment is nice and warm. Swim up bar is my favorite.

I love it. I am going for my 5th time. Best hotel I ve been to in years. But if I had 1 thing to change it would be the price. The food is a bit expensive but they got a all you can eat buffet. A big arcade and biggest indoor water park I ve ever seen

It was a great place to bring the kids to. Indoor pool aquatopia and the camelback beach, the arcade, ziplines...omg..it was great. We plan on going again soon

Expensive and long waits, but a really cool place if you're patient. Will be a cool place to go in the wintertime! (If lines are shorter)

Very slow in getting rooms ...check in is a nightmare, 2 hour wait, won't comeback that's for sure......

Had a fantastic time here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was extremely clean even down to the bathrooms. The food was a reasonable price and tasted great as well. The best thing about it was, THERE WERE ABSOLUTELY NO LINES. (I went on a Wednesday). The only complaints i have is 2 waterslides were closed and the amount of stairs to each slide were extremely overwhelming. Other than that this was a great attraction that not only i would recommend but would revisit as well

Best indoor waterpark for the family. The rooms are clean....the halls are clean....the staff is awesome...the food ehh so so lol
