WT came to our house to give us an estimate on a full house water filtration system. WT was professional and courteous in explaining and also in appearance. He was on time, actually a little early which is good, respected inside of the house by using the shoes cap. WT gave us a very good explanation on the install and the process. WT did everything with a big smile, thank you WT. The reason why I couldn't give a 5 star is due to the pricing. It was lot higher than I thought. No fault on WT, we just thought the price was a little too high. Thank you

Great service, fast response, came out the same day when i needed a valve replaced. WT was really nice, personable and did a great job!

I had Appleton Campbell out to my house for an annual servicing of my HVAC system. Chris was great; he was experienced, knowledgeable, and it felt like a conversation instead of an endless sales pitch like I've experienced with other companies in the past. Pricing was fair and competitive based on other quotes I had received. Overall, it was a great experience.

My repair tech was Joey. He was very respectful and completed the job quickly.

I called with a question regarding the new HVAC system that Appleton Campbell had installed for me last spring. I was told by Jennifer that I was due for a service call and she would see what she could do to get someone out to answer my question and check my unit. I actually received same day service! David F. came to my home, checked my unit and answered my original question plus many, many more. I am so glad I finally found an HVAC contractor that understands how to provide great products and exceptional customer service.

AC went out Friday evening. I was able to get service scheduled for Saturday (hooray). The technician David arrived earlier than expected. Had it up and running within an hour and included doing some routine maintenance. He explained everything, what happened and what he was doing every step of the way. Unit has never been this quiet. This was by far the most enjoyable service call I have ever had. Appleton Campbell is our service company from now on. Thanks so much!!!!

My wife and I moved into a new house, and reached out to Appleton Campbell for a check up with the fear that we were in bad shape and probably were needing to do an entire HVAC system replacement. Seth came out and walked us through our options and we felt like the best option was to replace our old oil and central AC system with a new high efficiency heat pump system. We were happy and surprised to hear that they would be able to do a 2 day turnaround on the job.

During the replacement, Roger and Thomas were the technicians who came out to assist, and they did a fantastic job. Despite running into some unforeseen hurdles, they overcame all of them to our satisfaction, and in the most professional way possible. On what was supposed to be a one day job, they stayed late to finish the job to make sure we had AC for the night, and came back the next day (initially unplanned) to finish up the remainder of the work. These guys are top notch in every avenue, I highly recommend them and will be using their services again in the future.

Shane and D3 installed four overhead lights and a dimmer switch in one room in our house, and an outdoor outlet on our porch. Due to limited space in the ceiling of the room where the lights, the istallation was very difficult. They did an excellent job and their work required no drywall repair. We will definitely call again when we need additional electrical work.

Have used A.C. for several years, new furnace, hot water, new faucet, electrical, new generator and they did a great job on all. Bill was out today for yearly furnace maintenance and another good job. Nice guy.

2020 Jan visit condensation small tank broke again, 2nd time, this one lasted 3 years. Someone needs to find a better way to handle what this part does. Nice workmen as always, come on time, experienced.

Glenn Griffin came out to give an estimate on some outdoor lighting installation. Very professional, thorough, and personable. He spent almost an hour with me going over all my options. If we decide to get this work done, we will use them.

The only service I required was the replacement of a pressure gauge. At first I thought the quoted cost was high but after watching Mike (service technician) perform the work, I was satisfied with the cost. Mike was extremely polite and helpful and left the site cleaner than when he arrived.

The guys were excellent in explaining what my system needed and offering explanation. They were polite and professional. Great work.

The installation went smoothly although it took a few hours longer than anticipated. The unit runs quietly and dehumidifies the air well. I was able to set the thermostat one degree higher and be just as comfortable.

We initially called them to look at an exhaust fan issue. They found the problem, which was minor but did not cost us anything. They provided advice after a thorough inspection. However, I mentioned symptoms with my water pressure and certain problems with hoses leaking a busting. They mentioned a bunch of other issues that I did not describe to them that had me concerned. They took care of what could have been a potentially huge problem with my whole house water pressure. Unlike many other contractors I've work with these guys were straight forward and reflected information back at me that I already knew, so I knew they were genuine. Refreshing.

Appleton Campbell is amazing! When your air conditioning breaks out of the blue, in the middle of the hottest month of summer, your desperate for a fast repair. Renee was amazingly responsive and had their local tech Scott to my house within 24 hours. Scott was friendly, informative, and best of all able to fix the unit in just a few minutes. I signed up for their HCA on the spot. Now they check on me at the beginning of the heating and cooling seasons just to be sure everything is tip top. Highly Recommend!

Had annual plumbing inspection today, and WT and Dale, provided great service for my home. Will recommend to others.

Chris Rounds came today for AC visit, found issues with attic system, and recommended replacement. We gladly decided purchase a new heat pump system.

We started with a new a/c unit with Appleton Campbell. The following year, we had them install a second unit and upgrade our air handler for another house zone. This last year, we asked them to take over maintaining our furnace. Each service person is knowledgeable and professional. We have only high praise for this company.

After having Carter review a number of electrical issues at our home, we selected Appleton Campbell to replace our out-of-code panel box as well as installing multiple light fixtures and fixing a broken door bell. Cory, Thomas and Devyn were on time as promised and did an outstanding job. They thoroughly tested their work and walked me through the finished product while answering all my questions. From my personal experience and observation, they might not be the cheapest electrician that I have hired, but I believe they are the best value.

The service was fine and they were able to fit me in quickly, but it was expensive. Last year I paid Brennan's Heating and Air Conditioning $139 for to recharge 2 lb of freon. Appleton Campbell charged $487 for less than 3.5 lbs. That's $139 per lb (or twice the cost of Brennan's).

Brennan's also examined my system for leaks and gave me quotes for both replacing my system or replacing the faulty part last year. Appleton Campbell did none of this (even though I asked for a quote twice during the visit).

In short, Appleton Campbell charged twice the price for about half the work of its competitors.

Appleton Campbell gave us a same day appointment to assess our air conditioning issue. Chris and Dave were very informative about possible repair (of a 30 year old system) and choices for a replacement system. We were scheduled at our convenience for a new system installation. Roger, Jay, Seth, Dave and Mike worked all day. They were careful to protect our flooring and were very good at explaining the work that was being performed. Thank you all.

Staff and technician were characteristically very professional and courteous. The industry as a whole, however, is wrought with price gouging. Labor charges have gone through the roof, and much of the materials are not manufactured to last and are generally of poor quality. Will American industry and merchants, particularly plumbing and electrical contractors, PLEASE stop ripping off the consumer!!! There is a million and one ways of stealing, and this type practice is the poster child that represents the pure evils of Capitalism!!

We needed help with a small electrical issue and called Appleton Campbell; they were able to set up an appointment that was convenient and they were prompt on arrival. The electrician Gary Seeley was professional and provided us great service.

Needed a whole new AC/Furnace system. Difficult crawl space to work in.Seth, Dylen,Jesse,Mike,Lee and David did a great job under difficult working conditions in the crawl space, not something I would want to do, very professional HVAC install. While the install was ongoing, they identified my pressure tank was coming on to often and we replaced that as well, plumbing guys were prompt, expedient and professional as well, sadly can t remember there names. Highly recommend!

A thermostat went south on us and Appleton Campbell had a first class technician to our house in about two hours. Bill Dooly was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and had a new programmable thermostat installed in a very short time. He also programmed it and gave us a tutorial on its operation. We are very happy with the prompt, effective service.

Carter Kerns was personable, proficient and amenable to all suggestions and requests. He spent time explaining his work in detail and was clear on warranties and quality of products. Our smoke and CO alarms give us peace of mind. The new outside GFC recept. is far superior to the old one. He obviously likes his work.

WHOLE HVAC SYSTEM NEEDED REPLACING. JERRY CHECKED IT OVER AND EXPLAINED PRICING AND WHAT CAME WITH IT. JASON W., JAMES K. AND SETH A. I am extremely satisfied with the service that I have received from Appleton Campbell. This morning we had an electrical inspection that was done by Glenn Griffin. Not only was he courteous and respectful in our home, but he went about doing his job unobtrusively. He discovered an issue which was really a plumbing issue, but he was knowledgeable enough to be able to give us his diagnosis of the problem, but he also sent a message to alert the plumber who happens to be scheduled for later today. I would be delighted to have Glenn Griffin come to my home again. Oh....and he brought his own shoe covers!!!

The young man was very helpful and nice. He got my oil furnace going and gave me a quote for my 25 year old system. I was impressed with his eye contact and his conduct. Bill Dooly was out yesterday (Wednesday the 4th) to service our A/C unit and furnace. He was very efficient, professional and knowledgeable. He was thorough, pointed out possible improvements (without being pushy) and provided prices for the improvements that I was interested in on the spot. Appleton Campbell also has a wonderful Home Service Agreement (HSA) that is affordable and truly pays if you service your units on a regular basis. We have been using Appleton Campbell for many, many years and they have never disappointed.

My Electrician Glenn was prompt, polite, and professional. The customer service provided was exceptional and made me decide to become a member.

Electrical problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly.

Kenny was out here for my plumbing emergency within the hour. It was such a relief to have someone who was professional and friendly to help out and be completely honest with me. I m a single mom so a lot of the times I feel like places will charge a lot more than usual, in this case even if they cost more it was worth it. He knew what he was doing and had my shut off valve and water pressure valve replaced quickly all while telling stories of his experience. I am a very satisfied customer and reassured that if this happens again I know who to call. Thank you Kenny!!

For the receptionist taking the call PLEASE inform people to call their water company to have it shut off ASAP when there is a leak. Of course, I doubt they would have gotten here as quickly as Kenny did with everything going on.

Liam was very friendly. We had a smell coming from the shower drain. He explained everything to us and we agreed to have him snake the drain and clean it. Showed us pics or what it looked like. Provided some tips for us moving forward.
