Appleton Campbell has served us well now for twenty years and the last service was over and above my expectations. Starting with Davy I learned things about heating and cooling I never knew. And he was more than happy to share his insight. In fact, based on Davy's recommendation, we agreed to have Appleton install a complete heating and cooling system. We chose the best option which was the most expensive option since I wanted to do it right. All i can say is it was well worth it. The installation team (Jason, Danny and Kyle) were more than expert but great guys well. The system is phenomenal as are the people at Appleton. This last experience only confirms the fact that you cannot go wrong with these guys.

Thank you to Davy, Jason, Danny and Kyle and get this, I cannot wait to see my next electric bill! I trust it will be less than ever!

We recently replaced our HVAC system and hot water heater through Appleton Campbell. Service was prompt and thorough and we are very pleased with the quality of the units they installed. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the work area upon completion. Customer service provided by both the office staff and the technicians was excellent. Had a replacement system installed. From start to finish took less than two weeks. Outstanding service, updates on the process as well as professionalism, by all members of the staff. Finished install in one day, very nice looking. Very happy with timeline and end result.

The purpose of this visit was to have Plumbing work done. Chad and Jim did a great job. They were professional and courteous and answered all of our questions regarding the new Water Right filter system.

Jerry and Seth did a great job fixing my AC unit. They arrived as promised, and were very helpful explaining the problem, then fixing it. The office staff were great to work with as well.

I called for a broken outside spigot and got an appointment for the very next day. They called to let me know when the technician was on his way. They both were very courteous, put booties and masks on to come into my house and gave an upfront estimate before starting any work. They were done in 45 minutes and did a wonderful job. I m extremely happy with the results and will gladly refer Appleton Campbell to my family and friends. Thanks Chad and the other wonderful gentlemen that sadly I cannot remember his name. After moving into an older house and discovering numerous issues post-sale, I have had Appleton Campbell replace my HVAC system, reroute two water lines, run several new electrical lines, replace my electrical panel, replace my sump pump, and cap an underground drain line. Every job has been done professionally and promptly, and every technician sent has been knowledgeable and friendly. Their pricing is higher than other companies; however, their work is sound. I like being able to use one company for HVAC, electric, and plumbing. I would suggest they consider additional pricing discounts beyond their member savings for people that have had significant work performed or who have had multiple jobs done.

We d lost water pressure August 1st and called AppletonCampbell. A rep came and determined it was a problem w/ the waterline to the house.
Kevin & Carter came August 5th (as scheduled) and dug at the well cap to find old fittings at the Pittman had failed. New fittings and a section of poly-pipe were installed-problem solved!!
Restorations after backfill we re made. Kevin & Carter were a pleasure to meet and watch work. They continued to meet our expectations of AppletonCampbell reps whenever we need assistance for our home issues. Thanks again, guys!!

Danny R. And Roger S installed a new unit for us. My husband was impressed with the precise way they did their work. They made sure the unit was level before completing job. They also worked nonstop until the job was finished. Both installers were very polite and respectful. Removed all old parts and left basement & outside clean. Would recommend them to others.

The team was on time, professional and precise in their work. Appleton Campbell installed our heat conversion to NG years ago and asking them to replace our AC was a no-brainer. Neat and tidy work before and again this time.

I used Appleton Campbell electrical service to fix a circuit outage. I was notified when the electrician, Stacy was on his way and he arrived at the time scheduled. I explained the problem and he was very quick to find the solution. He was also very informative.

Matt and Jake are very kind and professional techiniciabs who did a thorough HSA inspection. They found a gas leak and some mold in the humidifier which is very important to take care of.

Mr. Miller did very well by us.
These were difficult problems to deal with.

Appleton Campbell installed venting for our Master Bath exhaust fan and installed an attic fan. Their techs, Cory, Thomas and the roofer were all very friendly, efficient and professional. We are very pleased with the service and are definitely going to be repeat customers!

I have found the Appleton Campbell techs to be very competent. Noteworthy in particular was the outcome from our initial plumbing inspection. I had purchased a new combo sump pump / backup sump pump a year prior from another company. The tech determined that the backup sump pump had never worked. He called the other company on my behalf, explained the situation, and arranged for them to do a service call. It was the last day of my warranty! I believe he went above and beyond the call of duty and earned my respect.

We have had excellent service from Appleton Campbell every time and are repeat customers for the past couple years. The ladies in the office are very helpful in setting up service appointments, usually the same or next day, and they always let us know in advance exactly when the repair or service guys will arrive great communication! With other companies previously, we sometimes had to sit around the house all day wondering when the service technicians would finally arrive frustrating! We ve used Appleton Campbell for all of our plumbing, electrical and heating/air conditioning needs. No complaints at all the work has always been done right, with accurate cost estimates provided up front so there are no surprises. Most recently, Glenn and Tim performed a scheduled electrical service call, and Davy and David performed routine maintenance on our heating/ac system. They re the best even our pets like them! Will be calling Appleton Campbell again whenever we need anything done that s electrical, plumbing or HVAC related!

On time tech (Dooley). very helpful in explanations of what he was going to do and what could be done additionally. Looking to future work with AC and their techs. They are very professional and know what they are doing. Reasonable prices for the work. Have HSA program for years and it really pays off when other work needs to be done (plumbing, etc ) as discounts apply if you have the HSA. Work is always documented and is provided when complete. Great company. Every tech that comes here seems to love working for AC and that must indicate something.

Appleton Campbell were quick to respond to my online request and were able to fit me in that day! The estimator was courteous and thorough in his inspection and explanation of the problems with my water heater. I did have to replace my heater and they were able to do it the same day. The second crew who actually replaced my heater were great. They made sure that I understood everything that they were doing and left the workspace spotless. I would happily recommend Appleton Campbell to anyone.

I have been using Appleton Campbell for about 10 years now. They are always on time and are very professional. I get a system checkup for heating in the fall/early winter, and for cooling in the spring. My tech today, Keith Herndon, took many photographs of my system, both the inside and outdoor units. That helped me see what he was talking about as he explained what he saw and did. I found that really helpful.

This was fantastic work. Roger and Nick found creative ways to install the mini-splits to fit neatly into the rooms we selected without cutting drywall or adding visible ductwork. Thomas showed similar skill routing the electrical from the panel on the east side of the house to the outdoor unit on the west side through the unfinished portion of the attic. The whole installation was conducted in a single day, despite the scale of the effort. When we saw an error message on one unit, Roger came back the very next morning to troubleshoot and correct the issue. Everything was delivered on time, on budget, and to spec!

Emailed Sunday night and got a call first thing monday morning and had Davy at my door in about 45 minutes. Davy was very informative and walked me through several options and recommendations.

Keith from Appleton Campbell came out to do an annual check of the HVAC system. He was was prompt, courteous, and very efficient.

Appleton Campbell has answered the call time and again when I have needed them. They provided same day service (which is unheard of for many companies) and fixed the problem very quickly at VERY LOW cost. I cannot praise them enough, including the awesome technician Carter who helped us.

Appleton Campbell is a sure winner !!!

My experience with installation of a new gas furnace/air conditioning unit was amazing. Never have I had any employee work with more enthusiasm, professionalism, and respect for my home. Technicians Mike Loy, Travis Sandloin and David Forney displayed impeccable manners as they introduced themselves, explaining the process and projected time frame required for installation. They embodied the concept of teamwork and a strong work ethic. They not only take pride in their work, but Mike spoke with conviction, indicating Appleton Campbell is his dream job, his passion. He believes no one provides more superior service and installations. You could say he is the poster child for the company. I was genuinely impressed with all 3 men.
It could be said their installation was even punctuated with humor: Remember, if you ever see another unit like yours (a genuine antique that could have been donated to the Smithsonian!) run in the other direction.
Kudos to the ownership/management @Appleton Campbell who clearly have trained employees who provide service far above and beyond that which is required. They took photos for me at my request, texting them to my iphone I give the company 5 stars. Be certain you have a loyal customer who will sing your praises to neighbors and friends. Hats off for a job exceptionally well done!

I m a repeat customer of Appleton Campbell & when my pressure tank got water logged I knew who to go to. Mike Loy was the servicing technician & his work was outstanding! Very professional and honest while providing prices & recommendations that best suited for me. Would definitively recommend!

Our nee home had a heating issue. We needed a part that was not in stock. Bill made sure our heat was on in 24 hours and was honest about cost and possible time frame. I would recommend this company and ask for Bill Dooley. He was great.

Seth came out yesterday (8/6/18) to complete our HVAC visit for our HSA and we were again very happy with our service. Seth arrived on time for his visit and was very friendly. He answered all of the questions we had and described the results of his inspection, letting us know what issues were critical vs. what was recommended.

(4/2018) Bill Dooly came out to conduct the initial HSA inspection yesterday and we were very impressed. We received a phone call when he was on his way, which was very helpful in knowing when to expect him and he showed up within a reasonable time afterwards. He was very professional in all of his interactions and shared a ton of useful information with me in relation to our system. My husband was not here for the inspection, but Bill wrote up very detailed notes so that I could share as much information with him as possible. Bill was also awesome with my children. He even gave up his pink pen so that my daughter could have it!

Our central A/C died on July 4th. The team at Appleton Campbell proved to be both responsive and reliable. We were quoted pricing for holiday/weekend as well as normal business hours response. We got regular texts, callbacks and online tracking of our technician. Ronnie showed up and got the job done (well) and earned our interest in a service contract. Very grateful to be back to well circulating A/C and look forward to our service relationship with Appleton Campbell.

I have been working with Appleton Campbell for a YEAR and the experiences have been unwanted but exceptional. No one wants to have their sump pump die, but mine did this week. Today Ethan and David came by to check on the new furnace and airconditiong system I had installed last year. THANK GOD they came today. It was a rescheduled visit, but I found out my basement had flooded a bit.

I had my HVAC unit inspected and now they are installing a new sump pump Monday. I was hoping Appleton and Campbell could provide guidance as to what was happening and who to call to fix it. They are doing everything.

Last year I was purchasing my Mom's house as she had passed away. A week before closing the HVAC unit went out. They came out and a day later I had a team of people replacing the system.

I have natural gas and pay a monthly fee instead of paying a huge amount the months usage spikes. This new HVAC system is so efficient that I had 4.5 months where I didn't have to pay a bill because I ended up with a large credit.

Excellent experience! I called in a Saturday afternoon expecting to leave a voicemail. Was a pleasant surprise to actually talk with a real person. I was looking for an electrician to replace remote in ceiling fan as well as install an additional outlet. Glenn was fabulous! Super helpful and took the time to explain options and pricing. Ceiling fan is back in business - yay! Glenn - thank you! I will not hesitate to call Appleton Campbell for any future needs.

Carter Kerns was personable, proficient and amenable to all suggestions and requests. He spent time explaining his work in detail and was clear on warranties and quality of products. Our smoke and CO alarms give us peace of mind. The new outside GFC recept. is far superior to the old one. He obviously likes his work.

You always hear and read how good they are but when you finally get to experience it first hand you will be blown away. Appleton Campbell went above and beyond our expectations. Jason Williams and Justin Baron were prompt, courteous, and clean. The left everything cleaner than when they got here. They replaced our Hvac system at a great price and had it installed the next day. I would highly recommend the Appleton Campbell group for any of your needs. From the office staff to the technicians they are just the best at what they do. 5 stars across the board.

Tim also came out for a plumbing inspection and found a couple small issues. He was helpful in explaining the issues and options for repair. He fixed everything while he was here, all within about an hour and half.

As a long-time A-C customer with a Home Savings Agreement, I made an appointment for estimate to install three Ring Floodlight cameras replacing motion detector lights. Donnie arrived on time and reviewed work to be done - very professional and comprehensive. Estimate provided was based on his standard list of installations - times 3! Way out of line with other estimates I had received, and SIX times more than what I ended up paying for a professional installation the next day (all cameras up and operating in less than 2 hours!). Although I have generally been pleased with the service received from A-C over the years (specifically Ronnie's heating/ac inspections) this experience has (again) called into question the overall value of using A-C for other work - very unfortunate.

David was very knowledgeable and provided enough information for me to make a decision that best fit my needs. He explained all of my options in enough detail so I understood it.

I recently purchased an older home in town that had been neglected for some time (little did I know). What started out as a simple issue (or so I thought), turned into uncovering some major issues that could have put my family in harms way. I cannot speak highly enough of the techs at Appleton Campbell that have taken the time to explain and show me in detail all the issues that were identified. They have been met with challenge after challenge of creative wiring, neglect & original 80 year old plumbing & newly replaced items that were done to code/incorrectly by someone else prior.

Matt, Shane & Cory have been fantastic at tackling all the electrical issues. They have had to come up with some innovative solutions to some of the hurdles & have discussed all the options & allowed me to make any & all decisions necessary to take the best approach for my needs & my budget. WT & Carter were wonderful at coming out and taking a look at the plumbing issues & providing me with options to resolve the many problems that have come up & need addressing. Mike & Chris from the plumbing install team were great coming out the same day to correct the issues quickly.

Everyone has been so professional, knowledgeable and courteous, I am blown away. Coming from out of state & not having a clue who to contact locally for many of these issues, I can't speak highly enough of the company as a whole. From the folks in the office doing the scheduling & providing updates on the arrival of the techs to the guys doing the assessments & the work - there is simply no one better. If you are in need of any electrical, plumbing or HVAC needs, you absolutely should let the Appleton Campbell folks assist you. They will get the work done correctly & ensure the safety of your family. I am thrilled to know I now have such a phenomenal group of folks I know I can count on to call on when needed. Donnie Starr did an exceptional job fixing a light switch installation that I had tried, and failed to do myself. He showed me what I did wrong and gave me a lot of helpful advice. He fixed all of the smart switches and installed another two.

Dale showed up on time and went way above and beyond to fix our issue. I really cannot thank him enough for what he did for us. We had an emergency which created a river in our basement soon after he left, we had made an appointment to fix the issue the following day, after he left the problem literally blew up. He returned called his manager and began to work on the issue. Again, if any of you guys would have seen the river I had in my basement you would understand why I am praising him so much. I had to leave and he stayed and finished it all up, cleaned the place up and of course fixed our issue. Gave us good advice on how to do preventive maintenance on the rest of our plumbing. He is not the only one that s great either. All of the ladies that answered the phone helped me out immensely, talking to you Monica! And the lady whose name escapes me whom helped me out by getting a plumber on Saturday to call me back and help me stem the flood. This company truly went above and beyond. They are my only plumbing company from now on. Thank you from me and my family. They deserve 100 stars.

Update: Jason, James, and Danny came the next day and installed the New system. Quality installation, and they took the necessary time to explain how to operate and maintain the system. They had the utmost respect for our house, and cleaned up behind themselves. Great Experience!

I needed to repair a 15-yr old Kohler Waterfall shower tower, a model that had been discontinued. I searched online for estimates. One company told me if I found the valve they could do the work; another said they couldn t do the job; another didn t respond at all. Appleton-Campbell responded immediately, scheduled a technician to provide an estimate, obtained the valve, and completed the job within two days of the estimate. It was more expensive than I expected, but A-C charged a flat rate, so there was no concern about a varying hourly charge. The technician was professional, competent, and personable. I recommend Appleton Campbell.

We have nothing but good things to say about the services provided by the company contact personnel, the diagnostic persons, and the installation technicians! And Rene in customer service is beyond excellent! Everyone we ve dealt with at A-C has been helpful, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely courteous. We had two major jobs done replace a leaking water heater and replace an entire H-VAC system all within a two week period, so our budget took a real hit and we do think that the prices charged are very high, although services in our area are expensive. That said, we feel sure we could have gotten the work done more inexpensively; but there s no doubt that it was done well and the Appleton Campbell personnel, without fail, were more than exceptional and excellent. Jerry and John installed our water heater and Roger, Seth, and Isaiah installed our heating and air conditioning system. If you are looking for a job well done and they do clean up after themselves, hauling everything away while respecting the cleanliness of your residence you won t go wrong with Appleton Campbell. If you are looking for cheap repairs or replacements, maybe you should look somewhere else.

I had a messy leak under my kitchen sink on Fourth of July weekend. Chad, the professional who came (two hours after I called for help) couldn t have been kinder or more professional. Despite a barking terrier and an inquisitive three year old, he got us all fixed up in a jiffy. Neat, complete, and even helped set up the fan to dry the underneath cabinet. Couldn t have asked for a better day experience. Thank you so very much!!

The appointment was scheduled between eight and noon but the plumbers were two hours late. I called their office at two and learned that another customer had a no water emergency requiring immediate attention so my appointment was bumped to a later time. I understand and would want immediate help too if I didn t have any water, but a phone call - or any notification - to let me know about the change would have been greatly appreciated.

The plumbers took care to close off the bathroom and lay down a protective mat before cutting into tile and drywall. I appreciate that. However, they still left dust and debris on the floor that required scrubbing and vacuuming.

The job they did installing a pan under the washer and fixing a broken fitting to do so was excellent. Additionally, they wore masks and socially distanced.

Overall, did the job they were hired to do and the work was satisfactory.
