Long story short, it was not a problem. Seth expertly explained the ins and outs of our appliances and was very personable. The entire team was amazing. They were very knowledgeable, professional and the quality of their work is one of the best I have seen. Excellent job.

My husband and I have utilized Appleton Campbell for a variety of home services (new HVAC equipment, water filtration equipment) and they always operate at a very high level of efficiency and are clearly the experts in the industry. This past visit by Ethan was no exception - he arrived promptly and was extremely courteous, helpful, and informative throughout his stay. We've been very happy with our products and the subsequent service provided by Appleton Campbell.

Kieth inspected and maintained my furnace and air conditioner. He also installed some items that we deemed necessary to have our systems continue to run efficiently.
However, he did not leave me a receipt covering today's visit and purchases. I assumed the email from Appleton would have included that. Please send me copy of those purchases.

Shane and Cory did a great job installing a 50 AMP RV Outlet and a surge protector on our electric panel.

Please be aware this company will screw you they came out to my house to fix my heating unit told me I needed a new unit that my unit could not be fixed I called RC Mechanical for a second opinion and TJ came out and said it could be fixed he fixed it for under $600 dollars that was a month ago I have had no problems.he was so knowledgeable and honest and I know it is hard to find people like him anymore.

We had electrical work completed by Appleton Campbell on 03/19/2021. Thomas and Corey showed up and were very professional and knowledgeable. They wore shoe covers and masks while inside our home working. I can honestly say I would recommend Appleton Campbell for any electrical work you need done. As for their other service I have no experience. But if it likes the electrical service you will be fine. I know I will be requesting Thomas and Corey for any other service we need. Thank you

We had a water supply issue late in the afternoon. They were able to get a tech out right away and got the problem solved in no time at all! Highly recommend these guys

Stacy & Shane came to install several light fixture replacements. When I mentioned that I also had a kitchen faucet replacement to be installed they immediately contacted the office and a plumbing appointment was made for that same day. Danny not only installed the faucet he provided information/guidance on the possible replacement of other fixtures and equipment. All of the technicians were very professional.

After my two year old dropped a bottle cap down the shower drain, Mike Loy and his partner tried everything possible to get it out while saving us money. Unfortunately it was in the ptrap and the pipe had to be cut which was quite costly and the only reason for the 4 star. They were very clean and pleasant and nice to work with though.

We have had A-C service for a year...installed complete new HVAC, maintained same. Personnel are all very sharp, courteous, and of course knowledgeable. An outstanding company.
Techs arrive promptly as scheduled and scheduling is easy and quick.

Just had an electrician for a sensor controlling lamp post. Had it changed from garage outside wall mounted to pole mounted. $359 seemed a bit pricey, but the guy clearly knew what he was doing and was very professional in every way.

Wonderful experience. Your three technicians were at our house to diagnose our furnace problem. Chris came quickly to see what was wrong. The next morning Roger and Zack came to install a new HVAC unit. It was a real pleasure working with Chris, Roger and Zack. They were prompt, professional and courteous. They made certain that we understood all our options and were careful to explain how to operate the new thermostat. Last summer we had you install a new tankless water heater. We couldn t be happier with all the new units.

Called for service on our hot water heater. Tech arrived and told me that bottom element was bad. He then informed me that he wouldn t change just the one and could only do in pairs. He also wanted to change the thermostats which I said no to. I finally got both elements changed for $800, which is outrageous. Tech also checked our toilet, and said everything was ok. A couple days later we had an overflowing toilet causing thousands worth of damage and loss of use of the entire basement. Not even bare minimum is what you get apparently with Appleton. Tech also left his meter at our house and didn t pick up for weeks. He sent condescending messages to my daughter and myself. I tried to bring it to their shop( just to be nice) but couldn t find the time. That tech made me want to never use them again. We are contractors as well, and if I acted the way he did we would have no customers. Awful experience. We will never use them again.

I had a new HVAC System installed by Appleton Campbell today and I could not be happier with the service provided. The three technicians (Jason W Seth A and Dean S) did a fantastic job. They arrived on time (as promised) and worked throughout the day. They took time to show me all the changes to the new system and how to operate the programmable thermostat and download the app to my phone and register on line. At the end of the day, their cleanup was spotless. I highly recommend Appleton Campbell for all your HVAC work. I have been using them for years, we have a service contract with them and they respond immediately when called for any concerns. Appleton Campbell is the only company I have fully trusted to do the job right the first time.

We wanted to post a "shout out" to Roger, Jesse, and Davy for the great work they did in installing the Air Scrubber system to keep our HVAC unit clean and mold free! Thanks for a job well done!

Appleton Campbell came out to check out a communication error on Carrier Infinity system today, October 12, 2016 which they installed two years ago. The technician told us that our fuses we had in the disconnect box that they installed & it would $129, plus the service fee. We want back and forth as my previous Goodman unit was on a breaker system & since this is a dual zone unit you can compare both units. So, rather than installing the correctly sized breaker, they installed fuses and tried to put this back on us saying this was disconnect was preexisting. I spoke to the technicians manager, Jason who said he doesn't understand my issue with this and once I asked for pictures since I no longer live in the area, Jason said that sounds like a trust issue, so he will tell his technician to leave and there was nothing else to do.

All I wanted was an explanation why my disconnect box changed from a breaker system to a fuse system. I paid over $10K for this unit and it was installed by Appleton Campbell, so I would've thought it was an honest question.

Don't trust this company unless you want to deal with shortcuts on their work and managers who don't have the time or want to for answering questions.

Helpful and thorough. Not only did the work we talked about but also fixed problem that arose from different plumbers earlier work.

Larry and his assistant were here on time, did exactly what they were asked to do. All seems to be working well. They took their time and explained things to me. Keep Larry...he is the best plumber I have ever used in a half century of working with plumbers.

Dale was very courteous, professional, and did a wonderful job with our kitchen sink.

These folks do good work. But you pay a pretty hefty price for that work. I had two outdoor plugs replaced. Tab: $845.00 or $422 per plug. Figure about $25 for material, and that leaves pricey labor and overhead charges. Total job took about two hours. As I said, good work, but I would recommend getting competing estimates.

We're very lucky to be saved from the summer inferno with a new air conditioner, heat pump and window units from Appleton Campbell. Their installers were Daniel R., Seth, Jason and Justin and they really know their craft too! Words that come to my mind are fast, knowledgeable, tidy, polite and quiet. These are my new best friends caring for my home climate.

Glenn arrived on time and was very up front with pricing and options for a doorbell and light switch rewiring. Once I agreed to start the work another crew showed up very fast to help and they had everything done extremely fast. Very happy with the service all around. I will definitely use them again and would definitely recommend them.

Jason & Micah installed our new heat pump, quick and professional! We're very happy with the work. They were also diligent about wearing masks during COVID-19.

The tech was on time, explained what he was doing, cleaned up after the project. His professionalism was best I have seen in this trade. I was impressed.

Really knowledgeable and very nice staff. Glenn from Electrical and Kenny from the Plumbing team both visited for an annual inspection of the house. They both made a few recommendations for some steps to make improvements as well as costs of options I had requested. The prices are pretty steep so I am not sure how competitive they are versus other options but they seem both very helpful, very responsive, and quite knowledgeable.

Last week I had Chad and Lee install a new pressure tank, whole house water filter, and a hot water heater in my house. Chad and Lee were very professional and were very informative about the progress throughout the day. The area they had to work with was less than ideal, but they were able to make everything fit. I also, had Steven, Jake, and Jay install a new HVAC unit; the guys were very professional, and did a great job with the install. Extremely happy with the job that was done, and highly recommend them.

Appleton Campbell replaced an entire electrical box due to excess water damage. A quick response and estimate was completed almost immediately after initial contact. The repair work was schedule as soon as NYSEG could turn the power off to the house. The electrictions were professional, knowledgeable, and super respectful. I couldn't have asked for a better team. Thanks for your timely and superior worksmanship! Will continue to be a member for life!

We contacted Appleton Campbell to check our air conditioner/heat pump unit before summer. Bill Dooly, one of their Senior Service Technicians, came out and found that our unit had some major issues. We previously had worked with a different company when our unit froze up and flooded part of the basement, and we thought it was repaired. Bill took a lot of time checking and re-checking the unit, and then clearly explaining our options to us. He has already scheduled the new unit installation within 2 days after we mentioned our daughter was coming to town for our nephew's wedding. We appreciated his professionalism and knowledge, and look forward to working with Appleton Campbell.
Appleton Campbell installed our new AC/Heat pump unit last Friday. We appreciated their prompt response to install. When we explained our daughter and grandchildren were arriving from GA for our nephew's wedding, they came on Thursday to measure, and the two technicians worked all day Friday to get the job done. My daughter arrived as they turned on the AC!! Danny R. and Josiah S. who did the installation were excellent! Competent, considerate, and importantly very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent job! Improved upon another company's previous installation. So glad to be working with Appleton Campbell.

Our HVAC failed last night. We were offered a two week response time from other service provider. Appleton Campbell came out today and diagnosed the problem. Reid was incredibly helpful and because of his knowledge and ability to answer all of our questions regarding other items we may need now and in the future, we plan to continue using Appleton Campbell for our future service needs. We were so impressed with Reid we are going to ask him to be our preferred service technician.

Great Service. I would definitely recommend Appleton & Campbell if you need service, repair or installation. Appleton & Campbell replaced our family's boiler and hot water heater. Both installations were done by two outstanding, highly qualified Appleton & Campbell technicians - "Jeff and Jason."

After getting a ridiculously high estimate from another plumber, I decided to call Appleton Campbell. I described the issue over the phone and made an appointment for two days later. Plumber Mike Loy was punctual and graciously took the time to check, test, and explain everything to my satisfaction. He was able to remedy the issue at a reasonable price and recommend future services to minimize our issues going forward.

Absolutely delighted with my experience Shane & Eulises were a delight to work with keeping me informed of the process and status. I can t say enough nice things about this experience.

Our A/C wasn't working properly and since the unit was 18 years old, we figured we were going to need a replacement. So, we called Appleton Campbell and they sent a technician out to us the very same day. He was professional, polite and went through the various different options and suggestions on replacing our unit. They put us on the installation schedule less than a week later, and even moved us up a day. They also offered to install window units to keep our bedrooms cool and comfortable in the meantime.

The installation technicians showed up to our house promptly on the scheduled day and we even received a courtesy call letting us know they would be arriving within 15 minutes. The unit was installed without a hitch, and you would never even have guessed that the technicians had been to our house.

I would easily recommend them to anyone. Everyone on the staff has been extremely courteous and professional. They definitely provided top-notch service.

We've used a number of different service companies in the 20+ years that we have lived in our home. We have finally found the company that we will stay with! They have done three major projects for us over the last few years, and even though we are very particular, they always exceed our expectations. They are on time, courteous, they know what they are doing and do it with great craftsmanship. They don't make excuses for things like bad weather- it actually started to snow while they were replacing our well last winter, and they just kept working to restore our water.

I feel like they really follow the Golden Rule, and treat people as they would like to be treated. I have found a respectful and caring attitude in every single person I have dealt with in this company, every single time.

I also like that they have been in business for a while and plan to stick around. I have had some bad experiences with other companies that go out of business or change names, and then were not around to back up their products and service.

Installed six 10 year battery life fire and/or carbon monoxide alarms. Was done quickly with a minimum of disruption. Do believe that the cost was high.

Ronnie, an Appleton Campbell heating expert, completed an inspection today as a part of my service agreement. He was extremely professional, efficient and took time to discuss with me some of the very minor findings he made. He thought he might have smelled a slight trace of gas. He immediately told me about this and took action to determine the cause. He discovered that, in fact, it was not the heating system but my propane tank was low after he had went outside, found the access to the propane tank, and checked the tank gauge. He explained to me how this would impact the heating system if it went too low and recommended that I immediately call the propane provider and tell them it needed to be filled, don t let them put you off . After he finished the inspection, he followed up with me to make sure I had called the propane provider and got a satisfactory answer. :-). I really appreciated his determination to identify the potential safety issue, make sure it got fixed (even thought it was not his to fix). That is a professional. His customer service was flawless.

Larry is the best ever geothermal expert! He s very thorough with maintenance, and is great at diagnosing when anything goes wrong. He also maintains the conventional heat pump we have.

After Larry of Appleton and Campbell found the trouble with our unit and it was discovered that it had to be replaced. Appleton and Campbell was quick with the quote for a new Carrier system and installed on the day promised. The crew of Danny Z., Seth A., James K. and Jason W. were on time and I was impressed by their professionalism and quality of work. To my horror I needed a new boiler. Jason Knight, Jeff Hamilton and Jason Hitt techs from Appleton installed a beautiful new system. They were considerate and easy to have in my home. What started out horribly turned into a painless situation.

This program has glitch after glitch and is difficult to answer. WT, The plumber from Appleton Campbell, came to take care of an emergency water pipe leak and flooding. He was courteous and thoroughly professional. We appreciate his help and the recommendations that he made. We find Appleton Campbell thoroughly reliable, providing first-rate service.

Mike Loy came out to clear a blockage in our shower. He also drained the hot water heater to clean it out, another thing we had requested. While he was here, he also checked the water quality (we are on a well), and checked our kitchen sink for which we were interested in changing the faucet.

He was very thorough and explained everything, as well as taking care to clean up anywhere he had been working. With this experience, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend services from Appleton Campbell.

I couldn t be more pleased with Appleton Campbell s plumbing service. They ve been great with big jobs (HVAC, water heater) but this was a late on Black Friday, broken disposal job small but important. Dale called about fifteen minutes after I reported the problem and was here, done, and gone before an hour had elapsed. Great service, fast service, and reasonable cost. I love these guys.

Professional and courteous service. Technician arrived on time at the scheduled time. There were no surprises.

Glenn and Travis spent about three hours in our home going over the electrical system in great detail. In that time, we developed a clear picture of flaws that needed attention and improvements that can be made, and of course the cost of that work. Their explanations and suggestions were clear and easily understood by non-electricians. It was a great first step in a process that we believe will enhance our home.

It is always a pleasure to have the Appleton Campbell team come over and help us fix and provide maintenance to our heating and air conditioning systems. Seth did a great job today! He explained everything to me and was very patient in explaining and assisting me in the paper work!

They couldn't even give me a price on the phone for basic installation of ceiling fans with rough ins. It's ridiculous that they charge $50 just to come out and give a price.

Chris was great to work with, respected health precautions, was knowledgeable, did a good job and helped me make the best decision for our home. He wasn t pushy at all and really seemed to want to make us happy above anything else. I ll use them again for sure.

Kenny and Stanley (I believe) were very professional. They work was excellent!

Technician was helpful and work with me on what needed to be done.

A serviceman from appleton campbell repaired a small leak on our toilet by replacing the small rubber ring inside the connection. He did not give us an estimate before doing the job and charged us $400 for less than 30 mins of work. I wonder what he would have charged for replacing the toilet?

We have been a customer of Appleton Campbell for many years. We have always been pleased with the service by the technicians. Ronnie has been to our home several times and he demonstrates superior customer service. He is thorough, knowledgeable, explains everything, polite, and a perfect representative of your business!
He came for our seasonal checkup and determined that our heating system was frozen up. Especially from the recent cold weather. He gave us options, and the repair was made quickly. It was a very, very cold day, but Ronnie continued to work to completion. We admire his professionalism and dedication!!!

The guys that installed our new heat pump were outstanding. They arrived on time, worked the entire time they were here ( about 11 hrs). Ensured the system was working properly before they left. Jason William's, James Kerns and Justin Barron are very knowledgable and very professional.

These guys are great. First Kenny showed up because I was having trouble with the toilets. What a friendly and nice guy, felt I had known him forever. He priced my job and THAT SAME DAY Mike and another Kenny showed up and swapped out 3 toilets and an expansion tank in an hour. Clean job done right, I am thrilled. No mess, did not tell my wife I did this and she had no idea until she had to use it of course, and could not believe it was done in a day. Three days later Stacy showed up and did a full electrical inspection and alerted us to 2 situations that we need to have taken care of and he was another nice guy, where does this company get these people I can use them around me to make me feel special all day, feels good. And then the first Kenny showed up again and did a full plumbing inspection, all good there, Thanks Kenny. Great company, I can NOW flush my troubles away. Thanks

Appleton Campbell is outstanding!!! We had to replace our water heater In December 2019 and Appleton Campbell sent out Michael, a bright, young, professional, honest, and hard working individual who not only fixed the issue, he identified several other areas that needed addressed to be code compliant, as well as improved performance as part of their overall service guarantee!

So when our HVAC system failed in July 2020 ( right?, what else will this year bring). We had been using a different HVAC company that installed the original system when we upgraded in 2010. The salesman was good, However, we were sorely disappointed in the overall lack of professionalism of the crew performing the install, their poor quality of workmanship and total lack of follow through.

So once again we called Appleton Campbell and received same day service and once more we were graced with Chris, another bright, young, professional, honest, hard working individual who not only fixed the issue, he too identified several other areas that needed addressed to be code compliant, as well as improved performance as part of their overall service guarantee!

IMHO, Appleton Campbell is an example of of you get what you pay for! . Everyone enjoys a bargain until it has to do to with air conditioning, hot water, and refrigerators! This company obviously takes their business seriously as it is certainly reflected on their personnel s overall professional demeanor, attitude, helpfulness, and quality of workmanship!!!

I m very pleased with the HVAC service I received today. Keith was very professional and thorough. He arrived right at the beginning of the scheduled time range, and completed the work within that time range. He also took photos to document the HVAC inspection, explained everything clearly, and sent the photos to me electronically. He also applied a coupon for the service, and he made arrangements for the follow-on duct cleaning to meet my schedule. I am also very satisfied with the Carrier HVAC system installed by Appleton Campbell 2 years ago, and with the maintenance agreement. It is helping me to keep the equipment in top running condition and giving me piece of mind.

Technicians arrived on time, identified themselves, completed work in a reasonable time, and then explained the new features of the equipment. Very professional.

This was the first time Chris came to do the seasonal inspection and maintenance on our heating system. He was very thorough, professional, tidy, informed us of all of the work he did, cleaned up after he was finished and it was a pleasure to work with him.
