I do not give it 5 stars because I expected something else, but it is still very good. It is very similar to the other Apple Store with very little else.

The headquarters for Apple, now the most valuable company in the world! Beautiful campus, and they are always on the cutting edge of technology.

Couldn't visit anything else than the shop there, nothing was made for the tourists like my friend and I who just wanted to see our mecca

I needed a new screen for my MacBook, it was cracked. The guys at Apple Infinite Loop gave me a totally reasonable estimate and fixed the problem with great expertise.

Will now ALWAYS return to their shop if future problems come about.

All Apple products sold here, including t-shirts, extremely friendly and helpful stuff.

Shopping and experiencing The Company Store was everything I hoped for and more. Literally this was the first place we went to after stepping off the plane at SFO - we drove straight here. First stop: taking a photo in front of the store's sign. Then, the experience really begins. I did a full circle of the store picking up almost one of everything they sold from luggage tags to notebooks to t-shirts. By the time I was done, I had two full baskets by the time I was done. Just to name some of things I purchased: t-shirts, pens, pencils, colored pencils, short sleeve polo shirt, luggage tags, badge holder, business card holder, multiple notebooks of different sizes and colors, baseball cap, cloths for cleaning screen, thermos, mugs, and that's all I can think of. I was disappointed though that they didn't have some of the t-shirts that I had seen online including one that said "I visited the Mothership." and one that said "I visited the Apple Campus. But that's all I'm allowed to say." I was told by an employee that the t-shirts are changed seasonally. Though this place is expensive, you can't miss it and you gotta get at least something! Oh and in case you were wondering, they do have a dressing room! :) This place is the real deal. It's the only permanent, official place to get Apple branded gear in the world.

A big disappointment, nothing interesting in the store

Never been but Apple computers are nargly! I use android phones ( LG G4,Note 4,S6....) but Apple computers are the best my main man. Word!

World famous Apple company is the best of the best.

Cool campus. It's massive but it doesn't have anything for visitors.

You can buy your favorite iDevices right from the retail store located on the main campus of the Apple mothership.

Nice store and the iPhones are not attached to any security wires so you can really feel what the product is like.

Not much to do for visitors if you're not here with a guide.

Apple Store there was one of the best experiences as they had plenty of staff to handle the crowd of people. They also have some pretty neat shirts that are exclusive to that location.

Quickly, the only thing to see is the building from outside, as the only place you have access to is the Apple store.... which has nothing more than any other Apple store.

We were supposed to visit the inside with my class (we were visiting different places on thus school trip) but arrived there they said we couldn't. So we could only have access to the basic store with nothing more in it..

It s a half store. They sell Apple products but they don t have a Genius Bar.

They do sell special Apple merchandise that s exclusive to the two HQ stores. The store itself is not remarkable and the building it s in is not pretty. The Apple Park visitor center is a much better place to visit.

This place was a trip. Everyone was so friendly and outgoing and the grounds are gorgeous .

Disaster! The quality drop that has taken place in recent years in both software and hardware is a disaster. Slowly, quality drops to its lowest level. Cupertino puts another shovel on it, see the process of current parts replacements. I can't use a poisonous expensive laptop for days because the charging cable is being replaced, but to do that you have to give up and wait for the good cable to arrive .... Skandalum. What does APPLE think of you? The problem is not that the part is faulty, but that it cannot be replaced in the same way as the charger connector of the Ipad is to ignore the customers. This is even worse than looking at a beach ball on a strong /? / Hardware machine. For decades, Apple products represented the highest standards! What has happened in recent years? Don't you have any reasonable people at your company? I don't think I can see the problems ...

Hard to find parking; service a bit slow. Otherwise, same stuff as any Apple Store.

the most boring place ever, I gave it two stars just because was my first time in the bay area...

I am completely disgusted by Apple. Was given an Apple store giftcard.... called in to convert it to iTunes giftcard which they said is doable and was going to be converted in two days.... 4 days later, 8 phone calls, 5 hours of phone time and 2 emails sent to corporate and nothing. The giftcard is now empty and they can t seem to find out what happened to it, how to get my the iTunes giftcard it was converted to and everyone keeps sending me to a different department .... empty giftcard and money lost. This is truly disgusting

Only place in the world to buy official Apple merchandise. Otherwise pretty usual apple store experience.

This place is delicious. They always seem to have a fresh fish dish that is delicious and light. The portion is just right where you finish not hungry and not full. One of the most unique things about this place is that they do not have fountain soda machines so you're left with their free, delicious, fruit-infused ice water. YUM.

One more thing.

Sometimes you'll see SJ walking around.

Apple died with steve jobs.
The products are made for obsolescence and are not worth the time or aggravation.
If you don't purchase the extra apple care insurance & something goes wrong with the phone such as manufacturer defect you're out of luck. Is apple worth it? Certainly not. The products are not reliable, company is inflexible with customers & apple/customer service employees at the apple stores don't give damn. Switching to Samsung!

Excellent location and easy to access, a lot of parking, and if you are allowed inside, you can see the amphitheater. The restaurant is also really nice!

My mother's credit card info is stolen, the criminal made a transaction at "apple retail voice auth cupertino CA", l called apple many times tried to stop this transaction, apple's reaction is really negative, all I get is they can't help me. They even don't have a phone # to deal with transaction issue.
After searching online I learned that "voice auth(short for authentication)"is a very dangerous way of transaction, by which criminals can provide the clerk a fake authorization code. Apple absolutely have no idea about this.
When I called police they said apple won't cooperate with them.

Cool place to shop for the latest gear at Apple's main campus. Wish they had slightly more interesting and unique things here , tshirts were the only "exclusive" thing being sold when I was there. Maybe when the "mothership" offices open the store will get a reboot.

It's cool to see the corporate campus for one of the biggest tech giants. They even have a small store with gifts that are exclusive to their campus.

The SIM card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported.
This iPhone is not currently setup to work with carrier you're attempting to use. Please insert another SIM card from a supported carrier or request that this iPhone be unlocked.

I was able to see new products in the visitor center store and see the exterior of the building.

In and out with what we needed in less than 15 minutes. Great service

Gross negligence from
Apple App Store Developer Support Escalation Team.

They pass the buck, shakedown developers to open TSI ( technical support incident ) cases
at $50 a pop. Ignore reading basic problem description and play dumb to steal time.

If you are looking for mugs and bottles, they are only available at this location not at the main Apple visitor center.
We had to come here because some of our guests wanted to buy a mug that was not available at the main apple store ... I didn't get why they had to have these items here. It was an additional trip.

It's a very vague place... If you want to go to the new Apple Park Visitor Center, the problem is that there are only products sold here-t-shirts, swell bottles, mugs, and ballpoint pens. Is this also Apple's specification?

Many people. The prices of mugs and shirts are very expensive.

The stored value of the gift card exceeded US$300 and was directly eaten by Apple. The customer service said that he could not tell me the reason, and the money could not be refunded.
This is how a large company slays old customers who have supported it for more than ten years.
