I love renting from Apple. I am a return customer, but this year we had to get used to the three wheeler scooter. By end of the week we got used to them. Wish they had a little bigger basket on front. Thanks
For the second year in a row, the Apple Scooter was ready for me at my hotel concierge. Fully charged, simple to operate. Kept a charge for a very long time. I charged it only once or twice all week, and it was only down one or two notches at that. Then, just dropped it off on my last day back at concierge. Will use Apple again in the future!
No wonder why they are the cheapest to rent a double stroller. Their strollers have holes, rips, and metal hanging out! We also rented a scooter for my dad and it was not here when it was suppose to be. We had to call multiple times. Then the one we got had a broken seat, the meter was wrong and it looked like someone took a few bites out of the wheels!!!! Worse company around, spend the extra money at the other places!
Doug made my day. I don t think there is one thing that man can t do. Scooters were great and comfy, but the best part was Doug. Customer service was top notch!!!
I recently rented a scooter for my Mom because we were walking around Disney and she accidentally fell and broke her leg. The doctor gave us crutches but I decided to rent a scooter for her because it would be horrible to walk around with crutches. The phone people were amazing at doing their job. They were very calm and know how to do their job. When it was dropped off at my hotel which was Disney s Polynesian resort was amazing they dropped it off at the Bell captain.The prices were very good and cheap in my opinion compared to the other companies. It s so fabulous that they deliver straight to the hotels and not always have to pick it up in the office. I would totally rent from them again if something else happens next time.
I recently had a knee replacement and knew I would be unable to keep up with my 3, 6 & 8 year old grandchildren at Disney. I looked at the different companies offering scooters and settled on Apple based on what I read about it on line. The scooter was delivered the evening before my rental began and I used it for 7 days. It was wonderful. It was fully charged and never lost any noticeable power. I only recharged it twice during the week. I read that scooters don't do well in the rain but this one was great -- that is because Apple took the initiative to send me information on what to do in case of rain (simply cover the area where the key is located). I would rent from Apple again without hesitation.
Apple Scooter has been part of our Walt Disney vacations for 10+ years. Their delivery and products is far above other companies!! We recommend them to anyone we talk too! Thanks for making every trip supreme!!
NO STARS!!!!!!!! Apple Scooter was fast to take our payment for the scooter rental but did not deliver nor answer the 15 plus attempted telephone calls. I should have read the reviews before submitting our payment. NEVER AGAIN!
Excellent service, the scooter was waiting at the bell service of our hotel even if we had make the reservation only one day prior. We had an issue with the battery keeping its charge in our first day at Animal Kingdom and they came with a new battery within 45 minutes. Nice thing also is that Apple Scooters offers different sizes of scooters; my wife was happy with a small and nimble scooter.
We rented a scooter for our four day trip, great service, delivery and pick up worked great, scooter was in good shape and battery lasts forever. I highly recommend Apple scooter.
It is very very important to ALWAYS read the reviews before you pay for a service. I failed to do that and now i am Extremely disappointed in the service i received from this place. I reserved a double stroller a week in advance for my trip to Disney world. They took my payment out a day earlier than the date they said they would. Then the day they were supposed to deliver the stroller, they never did. Our hotel at a Disney resort searched every where and they couldn t find it. I got no call or email saying it was delivered and we needed it the next day for a day at magic kingdom. Every single time my husband and i had to hold our tired, sleeping or restless kids going back and forth from the park to Disney springs or our hotel i got mad all over again. It made our first experience with Disney extremely hard. And even though we rented a stroller at the park, we couldn t take it outside of the park with us. That meant carrying our 2 and 4 year old. Or making them walk and hearing them complain about how tired they were. They tried to take my payment early but want me to wait 10-14 days for my money back. I will never rent from here or advice anyone else to.
Long time renter of Apple scooters, first with my mom, now with me. Price is better than the other Disney authorized scooter rental agencies and the customer service is outstanding! The few times I experienced issues (with probably close to 10-12 rentals), a quick call to Apple had the problem solved with no interruption to our vacation or needs. They even met me inside Magic Kingdom within 2 hours with a new scooter when the battery on my rental couldn't hold a charge for the full day. I expected the battery to just be replaced, not a replacement scooter and definitely not within 2 hrs within a park. They stand behind their products and treat customers with dignity and respect. I will be renting from them again next summer.
0 customer service stroller was broken scooter had a bad battery. Called 18 times the first day only to have no one answer or they would just pick up and hang up. Mail box for voice mail is always full. Cannot get either replaced. Look elsewhere for a rental.
2 scooters were ready for us when we arrived at our Disney hotel...they stayed charged all day in the parks...they were a godsend for my husband and me!

I have used this company for a few years and great service when we are in Florida. My mom needs a device due to bad knees to get around Disney and this year Universal. Any mechanical issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Exceptional price and service. We booked a stroller through Big Apple for our visit to the Magic Kingdom. Stroller was at our resort hotel on schedule and was very clean and easy to use. Having the stroller, even though my kids are 5 and 8, was a godsend! Booking couldn't have been easier, the price beats any others down in Orlando, and the pick-up/drop off were insanely easy. Highly recommended!
THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have experienced with any business EVER!! I have rented a scooter from them more than once for our trips to Disneyworld and each time has been an exceptional experience. Apple Scooter has the BEST employees, one in particular by the name of Stephanie. She is very friendly, very knowledgable of their many scooters, and she goes above and beyond to make sure you have the scooter that best meets your needs. The best customer service I've had in a long time. Great prices. Had an issue and a driver Joe meet us at fantasmic in 10 minutes and fixed us right up. I'm telling all the DVC members and our friends to rent from them.
We have used them the last 2 years we have gone to Disney World and have had amazing service and no problems with the scooters. The only problem we did have was our fault. Forgot to charge the scooter one night and it died while in the park. So we rented one from Disney (more expensive per day and can't take it out of the park). I later found out that if you call Apple Scooter they will come out and help if your battery dies. I will be using them every time I go to Disney and highly recommend them.
Bad customer service and website! Even thought Disney recommended, I would advise you to find another business. Needed wheelchair for a week, made online reservations, called to confirm and give credit card # several days later. All was in order as of 5 days prior to needed date. Received a call from Apple Scooter the day before delivery saying they did not have my credit card # and did not deliver to our hotel. I explained that the website shows they deliver there and that the person I talked to confirmed that delivery and had taken my credit card #. They refused to deliver to the hotel, said the website had not been updated to reflect the change in delivery area. The hotel is still listed in their drop down menu a week and a half later. I was also not going to give my credit card number out on the phone in case it was a scam. I canceled the reservation. Did not care that they were losing a confirmed reservation. Told me the reason the credit card number was lost was I had left my browser open. Really!
This is the 2nd time i have used this place. The scooter was there when i got there, in working order with a full charge both times. I called to arrange the order and received prompt courteous service.
Just reserved a scooter for the third year for our visits to Disney World. Andy provided friendly customer service in helping me with the reservation. The scooters have made a world of difference for me getting around at Disney. We had a problem with the battery not holding a charge the first year I used one. It died while we were in Magic Kingdom and their tech met us in the park within a half hour, swapped out the battery, and we were on our way.
We used Apple Scooter when a last minute medical issue arose in our family! Apple was an excellent company to work with from start to finish. Reservation process was easy. Excellent customer service. Our scooter was delivered to our resort as promised. Our scooter worked great the whole week and saved our vacation. Knowing the scooter was insured allowed us the freedom to enjoy our time without constant worry of it being stolen or damaged. We followed Apple's suggestions on proper use and it worked great!
I would highly recommend this company and will use them again if we find ourselves in a similar situation in the future!
I have used Apple scooters several times. Always have had prompt delivery and the scooters have always been in good working order. The only time I had a problem was when the switch wouldn't work..called office and they delivered a replacement scooter to Epcot Park within the hour. I will continue to use Apple and refer my friends to their services.
No problem whatsoever for the week I used an Apple scooter. It was waiting for me out front at All Star Movies upon arrival on Saturday evening, even though my rental didn t officially begin until 10am on Sunday, so I had some much-appreciated extra time for practice. Disney person found me a shower cap type rain cover for the handle bar area in case of rain. Scooter fit easily in front of the window of our room (2 adults, 2 children) overnight, and with the seat turned sideways, provided an extra comfortable seat. I charged regularly each overnight, regardless of what the meter showed, and never had to recharge at the parks during the day, even on full out days. The 3 Wheel GoGo Elite was very manoeuverable on and off the busses, monorail and in the parks, and there was nowhere I was not able go with my family. The scooter appeared to be well used cracked upholstery on the arm, chunks taken out of the tires, scratches but it worked perfectly and was far less expensive than the alternate scooter rental companies. On departure day, I just turned the scooter in at the luggage area at the front of the resort. An easy, positive rental experience!
We had an issue with transporting my grandmothers scooter from one resort to another. Stephanie was so very helpful and found a solution that did not cost us any time or extra money! Very appreciated!
It was there when they said, it worked well, and they followed up to be sure I was happy. Great service and a pleasure to do business with. I will use them next time for sure.

We reserved to pick up my mom s wheelchair at 11:00pm today. When we got to the store, it was closed. We called them and apparently they are only doing delivery. Then why were we told to pick it up at the store? We called the number and they were very rude. They said they would be at the store within 15 minutes to give us our wheelchair and it has been 40 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.
So happy that I used this company. Due to a broken foot I required a scooter to get around Disney. The scooter was waiting at my hotel when I arrived. The bellman showed me how to use the scooter and it was no problem getting around at all. I did develop a problem with one of the tires while in the park. I made a quick call to them and they said they would be right out to help me. They told me to go about with the scooter b/c it was still drivable and they would call me when they were at the front gate to get my location. In the short time that it took for them to get there the skies opened up with a terrible downpour. This did not stop the delivery and after the company rep purchased a raincoat he came to my aid quickly. He even offered to swap the seats because his was soaked and mine was dry. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company they had GREAT customer service !!!!!!

DO NOT RENT FROM APPLE SCOOTER/STROLLER!! DISGUSTING, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! The stroller was disgusting, now I didn't expect new, but giving that they advertise as laundered I expected clean. The stroller was still sticky from the previous child, there was crumbs still in the seating area. Then when I ask for a replacement I'm told I have to call the delivery person to see if he has any strollers left. Frustrated at this point finally get the person to do their job and call the delivery person. The delivery guy tells me that he could get me a stroller by that night, I needed it early the next day for a Disney breakfast reservation. The next day I go to get the new stroller and the same nasty stroller is there. I call again, multiple times, finally get a hold of someone and they inform me that my reservation was CANCELLED!! He was very rude and unhelpful. I finally told him to refund my money and hung up. I ended up having to call apple stroller back because they never refunded my money. It took THREE phone calls and almost TWO weeks to finally get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM APPLE STROLLER!!
I wouldn't even give them a 1 my scooter never lasted over 4 hours i left voice mails never heard back and i will never use or recommend this company...and when talking to them for pick up of course they answer.....they were rude at pretty much called me a liar when my wife had to push me thru makic kingdom on there no good crappy beat up out dated scooter that you have to push....
Mom used their scooter 3 days and worked perfectly. Only complaint is too many people getting in front of her without any consideration walking in the park.
The best scooters hands down! Easy pick up at any hotel! Have used their service numerous times and never disappointed. Yes, I have had a few oopsie s, but their staff was available, attentive and solved issue quickly! Love the new scooters with bottle holder and phone charger!!
My father-in-law was given a faulty scooter that died in the Magic Kingdom. Called and requested assistance. Kept getting told someone would call in 5 minutes and finally got assistance an hour later. Made us later for our dinner reservation ....I don't recommend this company due to poor customer service.
The folks at Apple Scooters are top notch I was going to try and do Disney for the first time without a scooter after 2 days I could not do it, Apple Scooters came to my rescue. They delivered a scooter to me at magic kingdom and picked it up 2 days later at my hotel. I go to Disney every year and sometimes twice a year and will always use apple scooters from now on. Very professional ,affordable , great equipment and service with a smile. Things that are hard to come by nowadays. Thank you sooooo much
We rented 2 Scooters for my parents on our trip to Disney last month. Apple Scooters provides awesome service. The scooters were at the bell desk of the resort just as promised when we arrived. One of the scooters had an issue holding its charge on our first day. We were in Magic Kingdom when we realized. I called Apple Scooter and within 30 minutes they were at Magic Kingdom with a replacement scooter. Great service. We will definitely use them again.
I want to say that I'm very happy with the scooters that i have rented. The staff is willing to help with any questions i might have . I tell people all the time and i have posted your rentals on facebook( passholder ) that i recommend you from your rental at disney. I highly recommend the Apple Scooter store!!! I have rented from this location on numerous occasions in the last five years. The scooters have always handled well and maintain a charge. I have a mobility lift and have picked the scooters up at the store. I have found all of the staff to be very helpful and friendly. I provided a five star rating because the system doesn't allow for a higher rating.
We have rented scooter a couple of times and never had an issue. We spoke to Andy this morning and he was extremely helpful with our small issue we had. We will rent again in June when we come back again.
I rented a scooter for my mother-in-law on our recent trip to Orlando. It was delivered on time and it was brand new. The battery life was much longer than they even said it would be and everyone is so pleasant to deal with. I even received a phone call after to ask how our trip was and if we were 100% satisfied. We go to Orlando often and we have seen some of the other rentals and they are old, very clunky and not as sturdy. Ours was clean, very smooth and my mother-in-law found it easier to maneuver than ones we have rented in the past from other companies. They will definitely have repeat business from us.
Apple Scooter was a great company to us. I unfortunately found out i have a bone tumor that makes it very difficult to walk. I used Apple Scooter based on the reviews, and am so glad we did. They have been great to work with. The scooter was at the hotel before we arrived, fully charged and in great condition. Due to a change of plans, they even worked with me on the time I have the scooter. I cannot say enough great things about this company. It made our disney vacation, truely magical.
Scooters handled great easy to drive, comfortable seats. Appreciate delivery direct to our Bell desk and able to drop off there. Price was very reasonable.

Terrible! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I booked a scooter 2 weeks before going to Kissimmee. They took the reservation and said they would deliver the scooter to the address I provided. The day they were supposed to deliver it, they phoned and said they do not deliver to that address. They said that I could come pick one up BUT they would not have one until the next day!! I had to start phoning other companies to find a scooter on the spot. Luckily I found Mobility Scooterland of Central Florida. They were extremely professional and delivered a scooter to me within the hour. Nova and John Wade were awesome. So please DON'T USE APPLE SCOOTER. Use MOBILITY SCOOTERLAND OF CENTRAL FLORIDA. Oh! their prices were better too! :)
I have used Apple Scooters 10 times now and have always had wonderful service from them. There were 2 occasions when there was a problem with the scooter, I called them and they immediately came to the park with a new scooter and met me where I was and switched them out. I especially appreciate the discount for being a repeat customer. I highly recommend this company.

Great service. Made a reservation at the last min (Thurs morning for a Fri delivery). Scooter arrived on time and was waiting at the resort. Would recommend for anyone needing help around the parks.
Update: This is our second time renting a scooter from Apple Scooter, and it has been another fantastic experience! The staff is wonderful to work with and make the whole process very easy. They even went out of their way to accommodate me when my plans changed at the last minute.
If you are nervous seeing reviews describing batteries running out and being stranded at Disney, etc. I wanted to point out that has NOT been my experience at all. Even after about 10-12 hours of use daily at all of the Disney Parks, my battery was still full at the end of the day. Same as when I was at Universal a few months back. I did notice that if I turned the speed up to super fast (rabbit speed) one of the battery lights would turn off, so it seems that the faster speed used more battery. For park use, the slower (turtle speed) is more appropriate and makes you go the same speed as the people walking all around you without having to worry about running anyone over. This may be common knowledge, but in case you are someone like me, who doesn't use a scooter regularly, you may find this tip helpful! It is such a breeze getting around the parks and maneuvering the scooter, even in crowds.
Original Review: Thank you so much Apple Scooter! You made a difficult time traveling and visiting the parks with a foot injury so much easier! I am not a regular wheelchair or scooter user, and I was very nervous about getting around and knowing how to operate the scooter properly. I made my reservation online. Due to the easy to use website, I was able to select the scooter that was right for my needs. I originally thought I would just get a regular wheelchair (they have those too) and have my husband push me around, but I felt guilty making him do that, even though he insisted he was more than happy to do it. When I saw how affordable it was to rent the scooter, I went with that instead and am so glad I did. Minutes after making the reservation, I got a warm and friendly phone call confirming. She answered all of my questions about operating the scooter and even what to do in the rain. It was SO EASY. So if you are nervous like me, don't worry! If I ever need a scooter again, this is the company I will use and will recommend to everyone I know. I'm that person that always gets hit up for Disney advice, so I am adding Apple Scooter to my bag of tips, tricks, and recommendations. You guys were fantastic, and I will send anyone who needs your services your way! Thanks again!
Big Apple Scooter are the best! I've used them on my last two trips to Disney World and they do not disappoint. Scooter delivered to your hotel and picked up when you leave. The scooters have a great turn radius to make those sharp turns in line or in the stores. The battery lasts all day long. My Disney days would be over if it weren't for the availability of scooters. Don't hesitate. Fully enjoy your time at the park - get a scooter.

Apple scooters were wonderful to work with. They have competitive pricing. They delivered my scooter to me in line while waiting for transportation. The scooter battery never ran out after a full day in the parks. The scooter was easy to maneuver. The pick up and drop off couldn t of been easier. The scooter was compatible with all Disney transportation. I would highly recommend them
I tried to go it without one of these, but it didn't work out. I went back to the hotel Saturday afternoon and applied on my Droid. they brought a unit straight over fully charged in perfect condition. after using it all day Sunday and well into the evening it's only lost two bars out of about 20 on the charge meter. I will definitely use apple in the future.
