Great scooter. Good customer service. Will rent from them again

All the staff were very helpful; even stayed open 10 minutes late because we got lost on pick-up. (BTW - they are located in the strip mall behind the McDonalds; the GPS lied and said they were further down the street) The scooter was awesome! Handled all the Disney parks and Universal and barely used any of the battery life. Will definitely use again on our next trip!

I had knee surgery a week ago and wasn't sure if i would need a scooter but it was the best decision I could have made. The battery for the "pride 10 scooter" was long lasting and got me around for the whole day at animal kingdom. Customer service was also amazing very quick and easy, a guy named Andy took care of me and was very helpful. Overall, an awesome service!

I have used Apple Scooter every visit except my first visit to Disney. They have always provided me with excellent scooters. They are easy to maneuver on the Disney buses. I had a problem with a scooter I rented from them two years ago, battery went bad. No fault of theirs. I called them and within the hour, they came to me in Fantasy Land at Magic Kingdom to bring me a new battery. No problems after that. The scooter is always at the hotel when I arrive and I leave it in the baggage area when I leave. I am able to contact them a week before I go and I always get a scooter. I never worry about my scooter I know it will be there waiting for me. Plus they are much cheaper than the parks and the service is alot better than other scooter companies I have used. Mr. Wong is very nice and Apple Scooter will always get my business.

We had zero issues, my mother in law loved her scooter. We will use Apple again when in Orlando.

Wow!! Apple was fantastic and so helpful on our recent trip! Spoke with Samara and she got us a scooter in less than an hour delivered to the Grand Floridian. Scooter was a beautiful blue and had a big comfy seat. Very reasonable rate for the quality of product and service that was given. Thanks again Apple!!

I have used Big Apple twice now for my Disney World family trips and was extremely satisfied with the service. Andy their representative made it easy to make the arrangements for our trip and the delivery of the scooter has been in a timely manner. All Perfect!!!

We stayed at a Disney Resort. The scooter was available when the company said it would be. The price was much cheaper than Disney charges. The scooter had a number of scratches but it was well worth the price. Somehow I had intercommunicated the day I was leaving. I called the company and was given the additional day for free. I would recommend them to anyone!

Went to Disney parks dad loved using this scooter. It was ready to at our hotel and worked perfectly. This was the first time for us with a scooter. Will be back.

Great Service. Fantastic detailed oriented service with delivery of my choosing. My mother had a breakdown and they happily replaced it with the smile on their face. First, I am very surprised Disney has this site listed on their website.
I ordered a scooter online to use the 3 days at Disney with my family. I have back issues that makes it hard to walk for long distances. We were celebrating my son's graduation and this was our last family vacation with just the 4 of us before our daughter gets married, so this was a big deal. Anyway, I reserved the scooter for 6pm delivery, they dropped off at 8pm. Since it was so late, we went to the park the next day. Took the scooter and one of the wheels made a noise that progressively became louder the longer I used it. I took it back to the hotel and called Big Apple Scooter. They said to take to the bellman and they had a service tech in the area and would be at our hotel in 30 minutes to swap out. I dropped it with the bellman and went to our room to wait. After 2 hours we stopped by the bellman. The same scooter was sitting there, bellman said no swap had occurred. I called Big Apple Scooter again, they assured me the tech was on his way. So....we waited again. After another 2 hours, no scooter. We had reservations for dinner at the park so we took transportation there, had dinner and returned to the hotel for the scooter. Nothing....same broken scooter waiting and no swap. I paid upfront for a 3 day rental and during the 3 days the same broken scooter sat at the bellman desk until the rental was over, then they picked it up. Even after several calls to Big Apple Scooter and assurance a tech was 'on his way', I received nothing but faulty equipment and a rental bill. They take your money upfront and give you nothing in return. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I have used Apple Scooter for many years at least once a year and many times twice a year. The service is great and I have never had a problem with the scooters. I have also rented strollers for my grand-kids from them and we were very happy. Honestly I would not be able to go to Disney without this affordable scooter. They have the best prices. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I celebrated our 42nd wedding anniversary with a trip to Disney World. And thanks to the great scooter we had a really good time. She was moving so fast I had to get one my self. We will return to Apple scooter again!

Such a great company! The first year we rented from them, we had to cancel due to weather and they were quick with the refund. I booked with them again this year and they were great. An easy process and the scooter was there at the agreed upon time. The battery was great and, even after riding it around all day, it still had lots of charge. I plan on renting from them again when we travel to Orlando next time.

Worse company ever, PLEASE AVOID, PLEASE AVOID!!!! Rude manager, late delivery, if you are on vacation to Disney and need to get to the park on time PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Manager was rude on the phone, PLEASE AVOID!!! Manager stated the delivery driver should not know the policy. PLEASE AVOID IF YOU WANT A GOOD VACATION, would not fully refund our money even though they were late. Stephanie the manager was yelling on the phone and stating if you can wait in line for a ride, you can wait for the scooter, so unprofessional, so PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY and let everyone you know that needs a scooter to AVOID APPLE SCOOTERS!!!

My scooter stayed fully charged all the days of Disney! We will definitely use Big Apple again next year. Easy pick up at our hotel and drip off. Prices were great and someone actually answered when I had a question before we left home!

On line reservation was easy; scooter was waiting for me at the hotel. Easy to operate and made my Disney experience much easier getting around.

This was the first time I had to use a scooter for a trip to Disney with my grandchildren. I am THRILLED I chose Apple!!! I m not very tech savvy and like to speak with a person, so I called first and was greeted very warmly and given such great information I decided to go online and reserve. It was SO easy even I could do it! Lol. Done! I arrived at my hotel and it was fully charged and waiting for me! I was so nervous about being able to manuever it. It ran excellent - handled great - barely used any charge running around Disney all day. Super easy to charge every night. There was a basket on the front, and my small cooler fit between my legs. It was a delight to work with Apple and I will happily use this company again and recommend to all my friends and relatives!!

I have used Apple Scooter while at Walt Disney World for years. Their prices are great, the scooter is comfortable and reliable. It was delivered to the bell captain at our resort and was waiting for us when we arrived. I would highly recommend Apple Scooter. We have never had a problem with it.

We recently rented a double stroller for our time at Disney World. It was waiting for us when we arrived and was clean and in great condition. After our first full day we found we were not able to close it all the way, something had become jammed. The following morning I called Apple Scooter and within 30 minutes of the call they brought us a replacement. We did not have to wait and lose time at the park, or worse yet, have two young kids complaining they were tired of walking halfway through the day. We were so relieved and impressed. We highly recommend Apple Scooter for stroller rentals.

Had a Great experience using this company. My mother was able to enjoy every moment with the whole family didn t have to feel like a drag or be left behind. Will use them again in our trip in October. We picked up the scooter at their store, it was perfect right next to Disney springs and the staff was more than helpful to make my mother feel comfortable.

Needed a WDW scooter in short order. Apple came thru and delivered quickly within a few hours. Also needed to extend contract by 1 day. A quick person answered phone call with no problems. Battery condition on our unit was excellent, body was a little beat up but perfectly useable.

I was wary to rent from Apple because of a few bad reviews, but I'm glad I did! They were dependable, responsive and the best price comparatively. We needed 2 scooters for 4 days in February. After the 1st day, one of the chargers wasn't working. Apple immediately sent a replacement to our hotel bell station for us to pick up at our convenience. A huge bonus is being a preferred scooter provider at Universal. Picking up and dropping off our scooters at the bell station was flawless and incredibly easy. I highly recommend Apple Scooters!

We paid a couple of months in advance to have a scooter delivered to the Cabana Bay Beach Resort and Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort for our vacation in August 2015. When we got to Cabana Bay we went to the luggage department to pick up the scooter. Turns out Apple never delivered it and the attendant said she has never worked with them before. Their website clearly gives you the option to have scooters delivered to Cabana Bay but apparently they can't. When we called the next day to find out what was going on they blamed the resort! No, Apple Scooter! It's your fault your website has the wrong information. They never tried to contact us after we booked (and got a confirmation, mind you) to tell us there was a mistake. On our Disney stay, however, they did deliver the scooter for Caribbean Beach fine. The scooter was a little banged up and the headlight didn't work, but it was good enough to get around the parks.

We were in Disney and I got a horrible upper respiratory and walking in the hazy, hot and humid sun was not an option. We called a few places and not one of them could help us. We ended up getting a referral to Apple Scooter and THANK GOD we did because they saved us!! Not only did they have the scooters sent to us the same day, they were so polite and reassuring. The scooters were great the entire week we needed them. Never went below 2 or 3 lines of charge. Had the perfect amount of storage space including a cup holder. I will definitely be using Apple Scooter in the future!!

Best choice on the whole trip was to rent a scooter. i called them and they had the scooter to the Boardwalk in less than a hour. Will be using again.

We rented from Apple Scooter last fall for 2 1/2 weeks. Cost less than 50% of what it would have cost at Disney World. Our ecv was in good shape and we had no problems. It was ready and waiting when we arrived and we left it with the bell hops for easy pick up. Thank you.

I love renting from Apple. I am a return customer, having rented 4 times in the past year. I love that they give me a return discount, that their prices are cheaper than anyone else, and that their price includes insurance. I never have to worry about anything. I had an issue with my scooter when I picked it up at the resort and they were able to switch it out ASAP, though I told them I was fine until the morning. Never an issue with anything and kind people that work there! Thanks all! See you again at the end of the month!!!!

Broke the ankle just before our Disney trip, so rented a ecv for my trip. They delivered and picked up from the resort. The scooter was nice and clean and worked perfectly. Full day at the park scooting around everywhere and still full battery at end of the day (which was my largest worry). Also cust service was great when I called to extend the rental a little. I hope to never need again, but if so would only use apple. Great experience!

I've rented a scooter twice from Apple scooter now. The first time wasn't a pleasant experience, but wanting to give them the chance to give better customer service, I just rented again. They didn't deliver at the contract time of 8 to 8:10 pm, they delivered the following day for 8am. They never returned my calls either. I've learned my lesson and will not use this company again.

Apple Scooters was a blessing for my mom. She would never have been able to enjoy the Disney parks without a scooter. Apple delivered the scooter to our hotel and picked it up when we were done. The scooter was in perfect shape and so easy for my mom to use. The battery lasted all day with constant use in the parks and we only had to charge it at night. The scooter we rented broke down into pieces for easy transportation in the trunk of a car. Renting a scooter from Apple was easy and convenient and we will definitely use them again on a future trip. Thanks Apple Scooters!!

The scooter was delivered as promised to our hotel. It performed flawlessly throughout my entire stay. I don't think my vacation would have been as enjoyable as it was if I did not have it with me. The company's customer service was excellent.

For starters... I completely agree with most of the reviews below Andy is AMAZING!!! Extremely helpful and willing to go overboard to help our trip be the best it can be. Gave me some tips and tricks from his personal experience at Disney. He was realistic in his recommendations and I didn't feel like I was being up sold like with the two companies I had called prior. I wanted a stroller and ended up getting a stroller and electric wheelchair after our conversation. I HIGHLY recommend booking with Apple Scooter!!!

I've rented from them probably 7-8 times now. Only had an issue once where the scooter wouldn't work while at Hollywood Studios. We called them and there was a new scooter at the front of the park within 30 minutes.

You will get a discount as a repeat customer and for 5 days was less than one day of in park rental prices.

I rented a scooter for my mother from Apple rentals. When we arrived at the resort, the scooter was already there. It was charged and ready to go. It ran great and never died at all when we were at Sea World all day. we were there 12 hrs and it held the charge. The seat was comfortable and it ran great. They even came to the resort to pick it up as well at no charge. I would rent from them again. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We use apple scooters everytime we go to Disney World! The Victory 10 is our choice scooter and we LOVED the NEW Victory 10 scooter (blue). It maintains charge throughout the day and the price to use the scooters are well worth the price. If you have any issues with the scooters they will also come and meet you at the park you are at and switch out the scooter. Apple Scooters is a great and quality service.

Great service!! These guys at Apple took care of my mother. Scooter was at resort waiting before the time I arrived. The scooter looked brand new and I charged it every night but I never saw the gauge really go down and we were there for 8+ hours everyday! And on the last day I needed the scooter for an extra 2 hours and they said just let them now when it was returned so they could send a driver. We will use again in the spring!

After the first day in the parks, my boyfriend and I realized that we would really benefit from having a scooter. This was the only company that had available last-minute scooter. I was reluctant to use them because of the bad reviews here but I did it anyways.

Pros:
-Scooter lasted all day. I used it to commute to the park (20 min) then inside the parks for about 8 hours aday. I was careful about turning it off when I wasn't using it.
- didn't have any issues with the scooter
- Carried me and my bf (375 lb combined)

Cons: didn't have sunshade

These guys took great care of me. I had a last minute reservation, like same day last minute. After I made the reservations the scooter was at my hotel that same day. Awesome! Our vacation was saved.

We have used Apple Scooter twice this year on separate visits for Universal Studios and Hollywood Studios. Apple Scooter delivers on time to your hotel and even allowed for a later pickup. They are easy to drive and lasted all day & into the evening. Just booked our 5 day trip in May with them again. Looking forward to being able to get around the resorts and parks with ease.

Loved, loved, loved having your scooter to move around Disney. We went multiple days because of the ease of having your scooter. Best vacation I ve ever had.

Apple delivered on time. The scooter was virtually new and in very good shape with only a couple paint scuffs which was much better than some of the other rental units we saw at Disney. Also the battery never went more than one light down on it's battery level indicator despite one of the grandkids always riding with grandma. All in all a very good experience.

This scooter made life so much easier for us. We rented for our grandma and we had a heck of a time keeping up with her. She loved it. It was her first time using this as we would usually walk the park. Not anymore with grandma with us. We will be running after her.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The rep on the phone was rude and full of it. He said he works at Disney and says you need a magic band and a resort stay in or get into the resort. Obviously not true, since people go in and out of the resorts for shopping and dining. I don't appreciate being lied to. Can't trust these guys with your business.

I highly recommend Big Apple Scooter! The scooter was waiting for me when I arrived. It was in perfect condition, easy to use, and maintained a full charge all day long. I charged it overnight and I swear it never went below a full charge. I used it for five days and simply left it for them to pick up after I checked out of the hotel. Most sincere thanks I could not have gone on vacation without it. I had surgery in September and the scooter made the trip possible.

I broke my ankle 3 days before a Disney World trip! When I called Disney to ask for a room closer to the door they recommended that I rent a scooter. At first I thought I could do without it - boy was I wrong! I called Apple Scooters - they delivered my scooter fully charged and I was ready to go! It was so easy to drive - and to be honest I had worried about that! Also at the end of the trip I just turned it in to the front desk for pick up - how easy can you get! After I got home I told my mother in law how easy the scooter renting and driving was and now she wants to go back to Disney World! Thank you Apple Scooter!

I have used Apple Scooter several times and the service has always been great. During one of our many trips to Walt Disney World, the battery on the scooter we rented was depleting faster than normal. We called to report it. Not more than an hour later, someone brought me another scooter. The exchange took place right in front of the It's A Small World ride! I didn't even have to leave the park!! Today, I spoke with Samara. She was great and very helpful! Nothing but great service from not just her but from everyone at Apple Scooter! The next time you're in need of a mobility scooter, take my advice and choose Apple Scooter! Thanks so much to All of you at Apple Scooter! We will definitely be calling you for our next visit to Walt Disney World!!!

I must say, very good customer service. We had a little issue at first but we called the company and they fixed the issue immediately. It was impressive. Thanks everyone, especially Stephanie in the office.

This company is terrible. I ordered a scooter rental for my ailing mother for a vacation at Disney World. The scooter that was delivered was in very poor shape and looked old and rusty. The charger had the words "shop" and "office use" written on the charger and the charger cord wiring was exposed. I attempted to call the office and was only greeted by a machine with which I left a message and my call was not returned. The scooter did run however there were massive chunks out of the tires and the motor speed control in the middle of the handlebars was very loose. Every time my mother would drive over a small bump the speed control would go up and the scooter would accelerate quicker. This I found to be very unsafe. Due to the fact that their office did not even return my call I will never use this company again and wouldn't recommend them.
