So happy that I used this company. Due to a broken foot I required a scooter to get around Disney. The scooter was waiting at my hotel when I arrived. The bellman showed me how to use the scooter and it was no problem getting around at all. I did develop a problem with one of the tires while in the park. I made a quick call to them and they said they would be right out to help me. They told me to go about with the scooter b/c it was still drivable and they would call me when they were at the front gate to get my location. In the short time that it took for them to get there the skies opened up with a terrible downpour. This did not stop the delivery and after the company rep purchased a raincoat he came to my aid quickly. He even offered to swap the seats because his was soaked and mine was dry.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company they had GREAT customer service !!!!!!
