We paid a couple of months in advance to have a scooter delivered to the Cabana Bay Beach Resort and Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort for our vacation in August 2015. When we got to Cabana Bay we went to the luggage department to pick up the scooter. Turns out Apple never delivered it and the attendant said she has never worked with them before. Their website clearly gives you the option to have scooters delivered to Cabana Bay but apparently they can't. When we called the next day to find out what was going on they blamed the resort! No, Apple Scooter! It's your fault your website has the wrong information. They never tried to contact us after we booked (and got a confirmation, mind you) to tell us there was a mistake. On our Disney stay, however, they did deliver the scooter for Caribbean Beach fine. The scooter was a little banged up and the headlight didn't work, but it was good enough to get around the parks.
