Very nice hotel with modern facilities and nice design. On foot you can reach the city center in about half an hour, alternatively you can take a few stops by tram. We had a suite overlooking the harbor. Wi-Fi is free. For parking 35 euros per day are due. The breakfast was not varied but absolutely fine. We can well imagine staying here again.

Great hotel with great breakfast. Design rooms are nicer but the window view can suck. Desserts in the dinner menu are amazing, all of them.

Nice hotel with partly renovated new rooms. Very complete. With iron, hairdryer and safe etc. Only the lighting in the room can be improved. To a bit more light!
Restaurant for dinner and breakfast was good. Music in the bar too loud.

We have stayed at this hotel with some of our distributors from some 12 different countries during the Car Wash Show. we were treated very kindly by the staff at this beautiful Hotel. Especially by Linda, very sweet and always smiling manager. then again the concierges were also of very great help to make our journey very agreeable.

This is a great hotel on the harbour with amazing views from the top floor. The staff is very hospitable and friendly and helped me with a number of things throughout my stay in a prompt and courteous manner. They have two restaurants, one that is very French, while the other is a modern fusion of American and Asian dishes.

It is also across from a rowing club, so you can see people pulling out their boats to go for a cruise.

As soon as we arrived we were created by very polite and friendly reception staff who were happy to help with any questions you had and checked us in to a room earlier than 3pm which was great! We had a stylish and modern room that was

The rooms are very simple, problems in the bathroom, scalators cause some areas don't have elevator! Ask to see photos from the room before u rent!

I loved this hotel. The decor is fabulous and the location is amazing. The staff were super helpful and the bar is the perfect place to end an evening. The rooms are clean and well appointed if slightly less spectacular than the lobby. Highly recommend and will absolutely be back.

Yes I scored 5 stars for a non 5 star hotel, reason is the little things that they got and did to really earn that! Some of the reviews were mentioning some construction noise which was minimal during my stay at IBC trade Show, but everyday they would leave something on my table to really leave a smile on my face! Breakfast was just right with all what is needed for someone to stay fine until the evening. The boat transportation and bikes are an added thing that they really impress their guests with. The location on the canal is amazing especially that view in the morning. Restaurants are also quite impressing with the food quality and drinks. Finally the staff are quite friendly and they would never attend without a smile on their face! It s a really peaceful and nice hotel to stay at especially for trade shows in the same area.

Super convenient hotel but in a fairly quiet neighborhood 10 to 15 min walk from the museum district downtown

A lovely hotel outside Amsterdam central only a couple of stop by metro or a few by tram but you get to see Amsterdam better by tram. Staff very friendly and helpful and food was great. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It would also benefit from a shuttle service from the hotel to the centre for the older guests unsteady on there feet and could also benefit from some entertainment at the hotel.Only thing I did not appreciate was the city tax which is added to your check out bill and the payment was slightly higher than I had booked (exchange rate was higher when we checked out). We bought a 96hour metro pass that included the tram,buses and the metro for 24 each, worth it we used it all the time saved lots of . Amsterdam is a vibrant city and you could see the central and surrounding areas with in two days and it's not a cheap city.

Gym is very basic. Rooms are clean and new.

Great location if you want to be close to the center but without the onslaught of tourists around. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the back yard is a canal, in fact, most rooms face a canal. Closer to good supermarkets, good restaurants. It takes around 10 min walking to the museums quarter, and 20 to the old center. There are several good tram lines that take you to all the places most tourist needs, including the Central station and the airport. The hotel rent bikes. The employees were SO HELPFUL!

When we asked for something it was done. Great place! Will stay here again.

Hotel excellent staff could not fault restaurant excellent, close to public transport, tram system great not long to wait between the next tram. I will go again.

Great atmosphere in the lounge and restaurants. Sizeable rooms with the standard hotel furnishings. Not a big deal but there was no privacy door tag found in the room.

Both the check-in and check-out worked fine, the rooms are super modern with a wonderful view, the rooms are very clean and modern! Perfect for a short break in Amsterdam. Unfortunately, the hotel is not very good to reach by public transport, but the hotel can not change that.

Very nice to stay in Amsterdam. Enjoyed breakfast and lunch. Comfortable room with space.

The guest lifts only worked in the alternate, sometimes guests had to use the service lifts. Three times the room was only serviced after 17h00, when we wanted to freshen up. The room phone couldn t make international calls and the reception was not interested in fixing the problem. The hotel isn t well maintained. I wouldn t stay there again and wouldn t recommenc that anyone else do so.

Exceptional customer experience. Everyone was so polite and helpful. We only stated 2 nights and the staff help make it wonderful.
